Chose this property because it was pet friendly, location and it had a boat slip. We were not disappointed! Great host and condo was excellent!

Very clean, spacious, and beautiful view! I am in an electric wheelchair and I was able to go on the patio using my ramp.

We had a blast! Fireworks shows almost every night!

Wonderful open floor plan! Relaxing, quiet and very scenic - would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent experience! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. The check-in process was easier than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Check-out was easy too. The driveways are SUPER steep so if you travel in winter, snow or ice would trap you in, which might be really enjoyable. Lol. We had a herd of elephants above us so the room where my teenage boys stayed was a bit loud. But all in all, I’d stay here again. It was wonderful!

Very smooth process the property was spacious and clean, master bedroom and kitchen/dining area gets👍🏾👍🏾. It had everything we needed my family really enjoyed the home away from home feel.We all love the view to bad the water was down.I would definitely stay there again!

The slip is very shallow even during full lake levels. Our wakeboard boat caught on its propeller trying to dock. As long as you come in straight and do not pull all the way in, you should be ok. Do not try to come up to the dock at all, just the slip. The owner offered a different slip a couple of miles down the road but what’s the point if you have to shuttle people back and forth. The reserved parking could not accommodate our long trailer but the owner arranged for us to park beside the condo. A one ton truck might fit in the parking but I wasn’t going to try. The master bedroom outside door did not work but it wasn’t a big issue. Our code did not work when checking in but the owner answered the phone within 5 minutes of us calling and was able to get the right code to us. The couch was absolutely terrible. The cushions would not stay put. We brought an air mattress so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The owner said she will have the slip dug out this winter. Lake Hamilton does not mark its low spots so pull up google maps so you don’t run aground in your boat. Loved the cow and goat rug. Loved the first floor easy access to our boat. Thank goodness our expensive wakeboard boat didn’t sustain damage. Thank goodness for a good accommodating owner. Great location. My kids cleaned up the trash floating in front of the condo but that’s everywhere on Lake Hamilton. I hope they clean up the floating debri in the water this winter. Plenty of pots and pans. Overall a great stay as long as you don’t expect perfection.

Easy to access, very spacious and welcoming. If you have a large vehicle the parking is a bit snug.

Our family had an amazing time in this waterfront condo. I had a disabled adult with me and was able to easily access the porch, restroom and the open concept floorplan without everyone being on top of each other. The property management team was responsive on all things. I cant wait to go back again soon!

We had a great stay! The condo is in a great location. The private boat slip was convenient and made our stay even better.

Great location on the lake, very large interior living area and bedrooms. The deck has a great view of the lake at night and was very quiet in the evening! Fire pit was an added plus. I would stay at the location again. Gregg Orr Marine will let you park a boat trailer for 10 dollars a night and it’s just down the street from the condo!!

The property was clean and easily accessible. Absolutely loved the large deck overlooking the lake. Our kids had a great time being able to just run right out to the dock and go swimming and paddle boarding.

My family of 4 LOVED our stay at this property! It is literally right on Lake Hamilton and a quick drive to downtown Hot Springs. All of our down-time was spent on the back deck or on the water right off the deck. My husband would fish while waiting for us to get ready in the morning and fish again after dinner! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be seen from the many windows in the living room and master bedroom or from outside on the deck. Be forewarned - the driveway is steep but manageable! That was the only thing that surprised us! We had an amazing stay in this beautiful town. We plan on coming back and will bring a kayak or paddle board when we return to this property!

We loved our stay at this condo! The kitchen and living areas were more than enough room for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen had plenty of amenities and our young kids (ages 7, 5, and 3) had fun on the dock looking for turtles. We hope to be back!
