The house is very roomy everyone had their own space.Boat was docked at the home easy in n out. The communication was excellent. This was my 3rd stay and will keep comming to this home again and again

Very comfortable home very spacious the good thing it has the boat ramp in the house.

The whole trip was better than expected. Being able to hop in the boat and reach many beautiful destinations was a plus. There was so much sea life right under the deck. The whole place was perfectly spacious. The kitchen was very accomodaing for our needs. We cooked all the dinners there. I didn't realize how helpful it was to have 2 pantries and 2 refrigerators. It was also very helpful to have some wonderful renters next door as the boat situation could have been a little tricky to figure out. (that was tide dependent, not the place itself). Great stay great memories. Virginia was extremely responsive which was an added plus. Loved the whole experience.

The location of the property is quiet and thankful our neighbors were a quiet family too, you can hear right through the dining room door every evening at dinner time. When we opened the garage to unload, bait was left in an open bucket w/ plastic trash STINKY!! Flies were all around, so the first thing I did was take that to the outside trashcans. The garage was full of bikes and strollers and an air mattress, which was nice but it could be organized with some of the construction stuff removed. The bait freezer should be thawed, it is gross. Upstairs the room to the right has no ac or vent in the bathroom, it was hot and humid the whole trip unless you left door open which I would have done except the brand new ac unit did not cool that bedroom well, which is why they offer a portable unit that spits water all over the floor and on you while you sleep at night. My daughter fell on the wet tile. George was very attentive, brought us some extra towels to put around the unit. There are units you can purchase that don't spit. The opened outlets should be plated all around the home. Safety hazard. He is a great manager of the home, My guess is the owners wont spend the $ he knows it needs to upgrade and address hazards. So the mold with small children in the showers is just a NO!! take a wire brush or re-grout or whatever you need to do. That is yuck. A shower curtain can be replaced or washed, yes you can wash plastic curtains; the rod was loose & fell on my other daughter and her infant while in the tub, two different times. George brought a new rod. A foul sewer smell coming from the bathroom at top of steps the whole time, there is a plumbing issue. We tried to bleach the smell away. The tile grout is in obvious need of deep cleaning throughout the entire home. especially bathrooms. All cushions in house need replaced or cleaned. We were excited there are 2 frig but disappointed, they need new seals when you close the frig the freezers pop open so we taped them and under the kitchen sink, at least clean it, lay down contact paper or paint it, goes a long way. The kitchen is spacious, lots of storage, could use a more accessories, but we made do. The pool was clean and fun/umbrella for the little ones was great, the dock could use a little upgrade, desperate need of underwater clean up / removal of dangerous metal crap everywhere! Low tide no bueno for our boat bottom. Disclosure- I am retired property manager.

A very nice and spacious place to relax after exploring the Keys. Thought we would spend more time at the private beach but found more secluded spots at the public beaches. This was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunset, a few of us were even able to see dolphins in the canal.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is wonderful with the water right behind the house and beautiful sunset views. I would just like to recommend that the owners of this property update a few things. There are 2 refrigerator/freezers and the one on the left seemed to struggle to get cold. We definitely needed all of that space in both refrigerators with 10 people in the house. I would recommend replacing the one refrigerator. Also we cooked a few meals at the house and the burners on the stovetop do not function properly. They cook unevenly and burn food in some spots. One of the burners didn’t seem to work at all. That was frustrating when trying to prepare a meal. My last complaint was that our Internet was not working for the last few days of our stay. We had some school-age children with us that needed to complete assignments and that was not possible because the Internet was not working and I do feel it would have been appropriate to refund some of our money due to the lack of Internet and TV. Overall we really did enjoy our stay and some attention to these problems would improve others future stays at this property.

AMAZING Location and beautiful home! We rented both sides to celebrate birthdays, families and our wedding! This home was large enough for all to sleep comfortably and get away for some privacy if needed! The outside area was perfect! We fished right there and caught many including some shark! What an experience! As my Mama would’ve said memories to last a lifetime” were made here. Thanks for providing such an awesome home! We will return!!

Love the location of the house. Have rented this house before several times. Maintenance and cleanliness definitely need addressing. Each year it gets worse. Not sure I would stay here again because of maintenance & cleanliness. Sad!

Great fishing dock & it worked great for our boat rental. Pool & property could have been cleaner. Maintenance request left a little to be desired. Location and Tiki tables were great.

This property was by far the best location I’ve stayed in the Keys. Just minutes to the ocean was incredible. Having a launch ramp on site was a huge plus and the house itself was large enough for our group without seeming crowded. It had all the amenities necessary for our stay. We loved having a pool as well! My concerns were definitely the cleanliness of the house, the bugs (ants, spiders, roaches) inside, the a/c barely kept up with the size of the house, the master suite was very hot even with the additional unit, the kayak was not available as advertised and none of the bike tires were filled, one refrigerator (so great to have 2!) didn’t cool well, and the pool got so cloudy we couldn’t see the bottom after 3 days. We contacted the property manager and the pool company came out the next day. Not the fault of the property, but be careful of boats speeding by through the no-wake zone. The house provided more basic supplies (trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, ice trays, etc.) than I’ve ever received as well. That was a great surprise! Overall it was a great stay; I’d stay again, but I’m just trying to be thorough for next guests.

We had a great week long stay at this property with our family. The house was clean and spacious and accommodated us well. We enjoyed the pool, big patio/dock area, seeing the boats go by, and fishing from the dock. We loved the location and quiet neighborhood.

A potentially beautiful home in a perfect location. Unfortunately it suffers from big maintenance and upkeep issues. The interior was not clean with dirt and finger prints on the tables and surfaces, the freezer in one refrigerator was iced over and the other had a broken open bag of ice left in it. The A/C in the master bedroom did not work correctly so a noisy, drafty spot cooler was placed in the room that left us with muscle spasms in our neck. The pool was cloudy and the filter was clogged when we arrived so we didn't have use of the pool for the first several days. There is more, but just suffice it to say we were feeling ripped off for the amount we paid. We relayed all of these concerns to the owner and property manager and heard nothing back.

We loved this property. The location was great, close to restaurants and the marina. Cabana Club pool, beach and bar was great. Loved being on the beautiful canal. Grandson caught a few fish. Loved the big open kitchen, dining room and living room. Pool was great and very warm. Kids liked the bicycles. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family! Clean, spacious, great location and checking in and out was super easy. The pool was nice, private and clean. The channel behind the house supplied a wonderful variety of wildlife (dolphins, iguanas, manatees, seahorse, fish). We fished off the dock and caught quite a bit while watching the boats go by. Our only critique is we needed more towels, a blender and cutlery but George (who Maintains the property and was super nice) assured us he’d order these items for the next tenants. So much to do nearby (turtle hospital. Aquarium, 1 hour to Key West). We would definitely stay here again!

This place is so big perfect for large families. Boat ramp on property. I will be back. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.

The home needs a little work and some updates here or there, and was not as clean as it was a few years ago but the location of the property, the fishing, the dock, wildlife , pool.. these all make me want to keep staying at the same place

The kitchen was very dirty needed cleaned food on counters and cupboards and cob webs in drawers. Under trash cans haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The owner was super nice and very responsive. The bathroom on middle level started to smell very bad toward the end of the week, the master bath has no ventilation. The master suite was super hot no air flow what so ever. The pool is very tiny. The dock space was great for fishing and boating. The kayak was nice and we used it a few times. I think if the property had a nice deep clean it would be a great property. The sofa smelled like wet dog and was very dirty and well used. I dont think we would rent this property again though it was very spacious. We will definitely consider other properties through this company for our next vacation.

Location is everything and this home has it! Easy and quick access to get gas for the boat, A couple of minutes out to the ocean and the sandbars to have great fun!!! I would rent here every year! Thank you Toni for a great time and a great house! Oh and launch your boat from here too. The pool was refreshing!!!

Property management was great to work with and answered all our questions. We rented both sides to accommodate 4 families which gave us plenty of dock space for our boats and with a boat ramp on the property what a bonus! We’ll be booking here again next year can’t wait 😎

This was the second time we have stayed at this property and we loved it as much as the first. The view is great, we love the pool, the cabana club being Available is nice, the location is killer and my favorite, the fishing is awesome! We will stay here again when we return.

Overall experience was good. House is need of minor maintenance. Will be back again.

Loved everything about our Trip. The house was amazing and in a beautiful location. Toni, the owner, was a blast to work with. She truly does care about making sure folks enjoy their trips down to the Keys.

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. We caught many fish right off the dock! The pool was cool and refreshing. Everything we needed was in the home and there was a lot of space for our large family.
