Have stayed in this area several times before because its such a great location. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants and the beach. Water park for the kids to enjoy. The unit itself was clean and comfortable for 5 of us. 3 adult size teens included in that. Top floor so you can see the gulf from the balcony. Really great place. Nothing but good to say about it. *** one tip. Upon arrival, the elevator to get to the room is in the back of the parking structure (go straight and then left). There are 3 elevators in the garage but the one in the back of the garage is the only one that will get you to the 8th floor.

The view from this condo is beautiful! We watched three dolphins while having our morning coffee on the deck.

Perfect for young children. Close to the beach and the water park. We enjoyed both! The condo was just as pictured on the listing. Very clean and we loved sitting out on the balcony waching the wild life and boats on the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Let me start first off by saying we truly enjoyed our stay here and the location was 10 out of 10! What we loved: 1. Location 2. Access to water park and pool 3. Close distance to public beach access 4. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit giving us ability to prepare meals and snacks for outings and wash and dry our beach towels 5. Unit had all beach gear needed…beach cart, umbrella (which broke but we replaced), 3 chairs, boogie board, skim board, kid toys and beach games. We loaded that thing up and headed out! It was perfect! 6. Quiet… our deck faced the inter coastal so it was calm and peaceful. Bring up high meant nobody above you to make noise 7. Plenty of space in unit 8. Hardly anyone around…here and there on the elevator, never in the stairwell. Felt like our own space. 9. Nice big fridge 10. Water park passes… great to be able to float in the lazy river or cool off in the pool. Pool area was very clean. I’d see them almost every day out there vacuuming it. 11. 2 big box fans, 1 for each bedroom 12. Plenty of beach/pool towels What we didn’t love: 1. Unit was not ready till after 4 to check in. Faucet was broke and maintenance was “fixing” it. 2. Unit was still being cleaned after 4. My family is sensitive to harsh cleaning smells and when the door opened the smell hit me like a truck! I asked the cleaning person to stop mopping because the smell was so strong. She did and we aired the place out. 3. Not very clean, which I had seen on other reviews…I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. There were crumbs and debris in the drawers, air vents had thick dust on them, the pocket doors (which are white) looked like they never got cleaned since they are slid in, the washer/dryer unit was uneven so the dryer door hit me in the head while trying to load the wet clothes in, and the table under the tv in the master bedroom had pieces of broken furniture inside it. Decor was mediocre. 4. Elevator did go out of service several times. Def could be an inconvenience. We took the stairs as much as possible tho but In order to get the beach buggy downstairs you def would be needing the elevator. 5. Vacuum in unit fell apart as I tried to clean up some sand from the beach. I would have appreciated a working vac bkz the sand did come in. No point in having a broken vacuum. Over all I really liked our stay. Just wanted to give an honest and complete review.

Loved this spacious property! The view was incredible. I would definitely stay here again - lots of space, and with two queen and one king size bed, there was lots of space to sleep as well. An added bonus is that the water park is included. Would absolutely stay here again.

The view was great! Housekeeping was horrible. It was not the cleanest. And the housekeeper was extremely unprofessional entering our room after arriving stating she needed to change the bedspread because it had a stain on it. Proceeded to change it and says oh sorry it’s too small but it will do. Then says did you know one of the beds is broken? We of course did not know this. She says well are you using all three beds which we reply yes she says well let me make a call. Leaves and two minutes later knocks on the door proceeds in the room where the bed is broken and lays on it and says it’s good. Mind you doesn’t ask if it’s okay she lay on the bed?!?! Nor does she offer to change the linens after doing so!!! The kitchen floor was coming up. The air vents were full of dust like they haven’t been cleaned in months and months. The bathroom sink didn’t drain we had to hold the drain plug up with a knife to drain it. The price for this unit per night was not worth the experience we encountered. Very disappointed in the simple reply we received from Vacasa stating we ensure you this will be addressed. Working in the hospitality industry myself I’m embarrassed that I allowed my guests to experience the things they did.

The view from the 8th floor was amazing. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. My kids loved the small waterpark and it was an easy walk to the beach. We had a great stay!

The location of this property was amazing. Several food locations within walking distance. The beach was just a short walk away. The elevator was out during our stay otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.

Location with the water park and walking distance to almost everything you need and the 4 Waterpark passes were so great! We definitely used them! Awesome week!!!

Great location, walking distance to lots of places. Water park was great! You do need to pay if you have more than 4 people, $20-30 per person per day. 4 free passes.

The communication with the rep handling the property was great. We will defiantly stay again. The only issue I’d mention to get looked at is new mattresses need in the room with the two queen beds. Other than that, it was great!

The property was in a great location, with attached water park and very close to the beach. Everything was convenient to walk to even with little kids in the summer heat. The communication was a different story. Upon arrival we noticed the floors were wet but thought the cleaners must have just left. We went out for a meal and came back to find the floor even more wet, dangerous for anyone to walk on without slipping. I contacted Vacasa (condo owner) away via text since no one answers the phone number provided. I mentioned that it looks like there might be an issue with the fridge (water was dripping from the ice maker) and they said they would contact me the next day. After zero contact and another day of wet mess and random ice cubes shooting out from the fridge, my husband figured out how to turn the water feature off. It was not until the day before we left that a technician finally arrived to assess the situation, I was very disappointed in the timing of the “escalated” response especially since it looked like the floors were already ruined f the buckling and water seeping out with each step. I recommend this condo location just unfortunately not this unit or going through the company Vacasa.

We felt at home. Great location. Pool and beach toys, coolers, umbrella, chairs, and beach buggy provided. CVS close by with anything your missing. Comfortable beds.

Condo was nice. Could have been cleaner. There was something splattered on the door frame going out to the patio and when I wiped up water off the kitchen floor the cloth came away extremely dirty. Bedrooms needed vacuumed as well. But nothing too serious. Bathrooms were clean and linens smelled nice. Vacasa was great at communicating before and during our stay. Balcony is fantastic with an incredible view of the inlet and the shore. Unit has EVERYTHING you might need for the beach including a wagon, chairs, fishing poles, wake boards and coolers. Overall a nice stay, I'll would book again.

We loved this place. The view is fantastic and can’t beat the location. We had previously stayed in another 8th floor rental, and this was by far the nicer of the two. We can’t wait to go back. There are plenty of beach towels and gear for the beach. My kids loved spending time in the water park. My only complaint is the same as a previous reviewer- there aren’t enough plates/bowls and the ones that are there are all chipped.

Our stay was perfect. I would suggest to the next renters to bring a few laundry pods if you have a group of 6. We were left 3, which was nice. With checking out instructions, (white towels and beach towels should be washed separately)we could have used at least one more. Bring a few garbage bags. We were given two. We are in a lot which created a lot of extra garbage. We appreciated the beach items that were available. Fishing poles that were provided was a huge plus! We bought shrimp and caught 4 different kinds of fish off the docks. So fun! We highly recommend this place!

Within 5 minutes of arriving and going on the deck to an incredible view of the intercoastal and beach we saw dolphins and the most incredible sunset. Unit was very clean and comfortable with space for all. This area is great for kids due to the water park and some great restaurants. The only thing we noticed is the lack of hot water in the master/main bathroom but everything else was wonderful!

Very good stay…will definitely stay here again! Everything is within walking distance and there is a water park literally outside the units door..

I loved everything. Nothing to complain about. So much space for everyone. I was sitting pool side when a lady asked us about our condo. She continued to complain about hers, and how family didn't like it. Paid to much for all the problems they were having. We said no problems with our condo. I ask we had more in our place then they did. We had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation our family enjoyed themselves.

We have stayed at Harbourside at Marker 33 for the last 5 years, however, this was our first stay in this particular unit (and our first experience with Vacasa). Vacasa required me to pay the remaining balance (minus the initial deposit made via VRBO) on their website. This was concerning to me as VRBO only protects the user's payment made via VRBO. I spoke with Vacasa about my concerns and was told that it was the only way to complete my reservation. Unfortunately, there were no other units available at this property, so I had no choice. At check-in, we realized that we were only given one keycard (every other unit we've stayed in at his property has provided 2+ keycards). I asked about getting more cards and was told that I would get them the next day (we never received any more keycards despite almost daily correspondence with Vacasa and many promises).Our first night in the unit, we noticed that the guest bedroom was not cooling. We called Vacasa immediately and were told that it might be the next morning before we heard back from maintenance since it was after hours. That was understandable, however, we never heard from maintenance at all the next day. On day 3 of our stay, maintenance came by and discovered that the air filters were extremely dirty (we saw them as well). They stated that someone must have forgotten to replace them 6 months ago. Vacasa instead stated that they are changed every 30 days (which could not be the case based on their appearance). The ceiling fans in both bedrooms were broken and the speed could not be changed. The guest bedroom was stuck on low and the master bedroom stuck on high. Maintenance replaced the guest bedroom fan for us on day 4 of our stay since that bedroom was not cooling properly and we were under the impression that was all that would be done during our stay. On the last day of our reservation, we were surprised by a visit from the A/C company. They replaced the compressor which fixed the A/C problem, however, they discovered a short in the entryway light that was causing the power to go out in the guest bedroom. I contacted Vacasa to let them know about the new issue and never received a response. Overall, the unit was dirtier than any other we have stayed in at Harbourside and it needs many updates/small repairs. The dishwasher was difficult to close, laundry door was missing, blinds broken, and bathroom door locks don't work. I will stay at Harbourside again, but not in this particular unit.

We enjoyed staying in the condo. The only thing I would change would be the mattress in the master bedroom. It was a little too firm. It was a great location and short walk to the beach and several restaurant choices. Love the Indian Rocks Beach area.

We had a rocky start on our first day but it was because the renters before us trashed the place and made us late on our arrival. The views are amazing, we saw dolphins and manatee on the balcony. The waterpark was not used very much because it was overcrowded everyday. My only complaints were having to take cold showers because hot water was used up or not enough in master bath, and the a/c was not cold enough in the front bedroom. We has two teenage boys in there but if it was adults, they would be hot at night. Overall, place was great, location amazing, and it was like our own private beach because not very many people there. Quick response on things needing attention...

1 week stay-very nice, roomy-fit 8 well. Sleeps 8, were 8 of us, but only 5 beach towels, 4 bowls, 7 dinner plates, 6 salad plates=a lot of laundry and dishwashing all week. Only 5 dishwasher tabs, 3 laundry tabs, 3 rolls of tp. Biggest issue-the A/C. Very warm in condo. We set it at 64 and no change. Called the given contact & she immediately sent a service. They literally laughed at us and said the room is registering as 72, despite set at 64, and what more do we want? So zero help there as well as rude. Beach wagon was so helpful. 5 min walk to beach so easy! Wish there was a tip that told us our trash key let’s us into 7th floor sun deck. Super confusing arrival as we had no directives. You proceed to elevator 3, only, in a parking garage and go straight to room where there’s a lockbox. Ice maker made minimal ice. Loved the views & water park and ease to beach and dining! FYI you get 4 free wristbands at water park and remainders are half off. Had no clue we got any passes. Once we arrive, a vacasa rep was in immediate contact with us simply to reach out-very helpful. Our friends were in another unit that had a helpful tips/dining/transportation binder-wish we had that. Again, very nice place!

Our family loved this condo in indian rocks beach! There was plenty of room for everyone and we had 6 kids. This condo had a great view from the balcony, we could see the harbourside where the boat docks were and the ocean! The kids especially enjoyed the Waterpark at this place. There were plenty of stores nearby and great restaurants! I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for us to unwind after a busy competition after Disney! Clean, great view, access to both pool and beach! We had a great time!

Overall location was top notch. We had difficulty finding where to get in. The description wasn’t the clearest to us. But overall stay was fantastic!

We have been staying in this set of condos for a few years, it was our first time in this unit. Everything cannot be perfect, but it still gets 5stars.
Cons-
Hot water just doesn't seem to get hot enough
Elevator (which is necessary for 8th floor) is slow, most likely too bc Spring Break high capacity
Bring or buy some of your own paper goods, dishwasher tablets and detergents for longer stays
Some of the other units we stayed just overall had more kitchen supplies and beach supplies in closet.

Pros- FAR MORE
For young kids this is the perfect place. The walk to the beach is so short and the beach is nice. The waterpark is a great small size for kids. There is a bar next to the pool, concessions and a restaurant close by too. Many restaurants are within walking distance and ice cream too. We do not rent a car and have groceries delivered. This year we uses and Uber to CLearwater to the Aquatic Rescue Center and took the Trolley home. THere is a CVS very close for any quick grabs too (milk, medicines, sand buckets, food). Miniature golf is in the Holiday Inn, it is simple course but great for am activity. The views from this specific unit are best because you get the canal view and the ocean view. You are not exposed to the loudness of the waterpark. You can watch dolphins in the canal and tons of birds passing by. There is a volleyball court next door too. We will continue to return to this location and will book this specific unit again. Please note that we love using Vacasa opposed to VRBO and similar. They are always available for your needs and check in with you to make sure things are satisfactory. You do not have to deal with the owner directly.

We loved our stay, location is great. Loved the water park, wasn’t sure until we arrived, but includes 4 daily passes to the water park. We’ll stay here again!

The 8th floor overlooking the intercostal with an ocean view to the right is breathtaking, from sun up to sundown.
For a rental it had a lot of extra supplies, slow cooker, griddle, ironing board and iron, beach items. Kitchen fully stocked.
Only 4years old so everything was in good condition.
Weak side no router in the unit so Wi-Fi was weak and thermostat was a learning curve all three units have to be set exactly the same or they don’t work.
Splash park pass could be used daily nice to have. Gets busy starting Feb 15, families coming down for a week followed by college students. Overall we spent 30 amazing days in this unit.
