We loved the Pink Cottage! A charming cottage with the loveliest quiet location with a spacious front patio, outdoor shower and grilling area. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. We will surely return!

Another great week in the pink cottage at Gasparilla! The weather was nearly perfect! The cottage so comfortable! The town was absolutely teaming with visitors but the neighborhood was really quiet!

We love this cottage. It is perfect for us two retirees. The spaces are well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. I spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. The location is ideal - quiet but just a few blocks from town. The film festival in Feb. was a real bonus. Andy was very helpful. We are returning next Winter.

Absolutely loved this piece of property. It is a charming cottage and gives that perfect Boca Grande feel. Fabulous location. It was perfect for my husband and I with our son and his friend. The front courtyard is large and a great place to have a few other friends over for happy hour. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, just far enough away from things to not be in the noisy crowds, but close enough to walk to everything in 5 minutes. Close to the beach, close to most of the restaurants, and good kitchen for when you want to stay in. Five stars +++

What a wonderful spot! Great outdoor space for dining, relaxing, and for the kids to play. Fenced in too! House was super cute, cozy, and plenty of space for the family to sleep and play games. We would go back in a heartbeat! Homeowner was very proactive with communication and kind. Whole process could not have been easier for check in and check out! 5/5 stars!!! Thank you and hope to be back the cottage again soon!!

I had admired this home for several years while staying a couple of nights at the Inn and finally got the opportunity to take off more time and stay for more than a few days. Ian recked havoc over the entire island but dedicated homeowners found the way to restore most homes before their season!
Home is in such a great location! Well stocked kitchen and comfortable living area! The yard is just beautiful with new landscaping and furniture. Owners are extremely nice and very responsive.

This is a lovely cottage with full amenities. Large screened porch and a big front yard with ample seating. As is not usually the case, the cottage is even more beautiful and cozy than it appears in the photos. It is located no more than a few blocks from everything in Boca Grande. Our hosts Andy and Regina are lovely as well. We will be back!

Second year renters
We love this cute and cozy house and have already made our reservation for next year. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is a brief golf cart ride to the business area, we find ourselves often reading on the nice screened in porch. We love the included bikes for early morning rides to the lighthouse end of the park for seashell hunting. The included beach chairs are also a welcome addition to our enjoyment of a day at the beach.

Perfect Spot
This is a great location in the middle of town. Walk to everything. It is indeed an old fashioned bungalow, which means beachy and comfortable. It is small but great for 1-2 people. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathrooms have been redone. Andy is always available and wants to insure that you enjoy the house. I hesitate to be too glowing—it’ll never be available!

Thank you Andy & Regina for opening up your home for us to enjoy!! Your Boca Grande Pink Bungalow is so warm, charming and relaxing! We loved waking up every morning to sit on the porch, enjoying our coffee, breakfast and birding. It was a great way to start our day.
Our time on Boca Grande was much needed R&R. We enjoyed bike rides, walks on the beach, walks on the bike path, shopping and so much more!!

Fun getaway in great location
Great location. Seemed a little pricey after all the fees and taxes but probably because that area is in high demand. Perfect size for 4 people and loved the porch. Roomy yard to gather with other friends in town.

Perfect cottage by the beach
This cottage was ideally located within walking distance to town and the beach. It was clean and comfortable and we were able to enjoy the outdoor space with our dogs since the entire front area was fenced in. Andy, the property owner clearly explained the check in/check out process which made it really easy. We look forward to staying here again!

Can't beat the location!
My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The cottage is located on a quiet tree lined street within walking distance to town and the beach. You can't beat the location and we really appreciated that the property came with two bikes. We loved exploring the island this way and really didn't need our car once we arrived. The kitchen was very well equipped (especially for a rental) and the front porch is a the perfect spot to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or eat dinner.

Lovely “old school style” cottage.
We loved our stay in this charming cottage. Perfect for two adults. A family with 2 children would be comfortable too. Step back in time, but bring the important modern amenities with you. All the appliances you expect for comfort and wifi. Excellent location with great walk and bike-ability. 2 bikes available for use. The fenced in yard is spacious and offers a sense of privacy with mature plantings. The screened in porch out front was one of our favorite features. We would stay again.
