Boca Grande Beach House, South - Great Price! Great Location!
Le Boca Grande Beach House, unité sud est 1/2 d'un duplex d'un étage. L'unité sud est décontractée et confortable. Il dispose de deux chambres, d'une cuisine, d'une salle de bains et d'un salon / salle à manger combinés. La cuisine et la salle de bain ont récemment été entièrement rénovées. Il y a un grand porche grillagé à l'arrière de la maison. Lorsque toute la maison est louée par la même partie, des portes doubles peuvent être ouvertes pour un accès du sud aux unités du nord. Chaque côté de la maison a une cour latérale généreuse avec table, chaises et chaises longues. Vous pouvez choisir de louer l'unité Nord ou Sud séparément ou la maison entière.
La maison est dans un emplacement formidable sur un grand terrain d'angle, juste en face d'une plage de 7 miles avec salles de bains et tables de pique-nique. Il est à l'angle du caddy du phare historique de Gasparilla. Une courte promenade vous amènera au charmant village de Boca Grande avec des magasins amusants et d'excellents restaurants. Au centre communautaire de Boca Grande, vous trouverez une salle d'entraînement et un terrain de jeu pour les enfants. Ne manquez pas la bibliothèque Johann Fust sur la 10e rue où vous pouvez emprunter des livres et des films. Des courts de tennis et un marché fermier du vendredi (en saison) sont au bout de notre rue. La piste de jogging / vélo de sept miles passe directement en face de la propriété.
La plupart de nos clients choisissent de revenir année après année et le considèrent comme leur «chez-soi». Une fois sur l'île, vous n'avez pas besoin de voiture. Des voiturettes de golf et des vélos peuvent être loués en ville.

Clean & great beach access
We came during a busy week so it wasn't as peaceful as we hoped but in terms of the property- it is nicely kept , well stocked & tastefully arranged, although we would have preferred a king in one of the bedrooms rather than all twins

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is in an excellent location right across the street from the beach, but also walking distance to town. It is a very clean, comfortable home on a nicely landscaped, large lot. The home was excellent value. We highly recommend it. The owners were very responsive.

Great Rental Home
We drove, so were able to bring more of our personal items.
The house was very clean, the furnishings were in great shape. It had a wonderful enclosed porch, perfect for reading! The home is directly across the street from the beach and the lighthouse. You can be sitting on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Walking distance to the town and restaurants. Ate at The Pink Elephant, South Beach Grill and Miller's Dockside. All were great! (Check times and dates for seasonal variations).

Molly is the best! This is our third year Booking this property for Tarpon fishing season. Communication is always spot on with Mollie and we absolutely love the location and flexibility with this particular place. We will keep coming for years and will hope to get to stay here every time.

First of all, the hosts of the property are fantastic! Molly & Mike were VERY accommodating and concerned for our well-being during our stay, and we were happy to be able to meet them during our stay. I think the place was the cleanest of any place I have rented, and we really appreciated that the house was well stocked (in the kitchen as well as thoughtful items for personal hygiene.) Quality cotton bedding, coverlets, and towels show that the owners are concerned for their guests' comfort. We really loved the "old Florida" vibe of the place and will definitely be back (if we can get in)!

An amazing place to stay
The Boca Grande Beach House definitely exceeded our expectations! There are very few reasonably priced rentals on the island, and this property is definitely a value as it is set up perfectly, super clean, and all you need to do is walk across the road to hit the beach. We even enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our front porch. Molly is a wonderful host, promptly available if needed and very interested in making sure your stay is a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the Beach House if you are looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway.

What a great spot! The home is very well equipped - you really don't need to bring a thing. Mollie provides beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked and there's even a good supply of spices. The bathroom has been updated and includes nice towels. We loved the location. Very walkable to town but not right in the middle of it and the beach is right across the street. We had a wonderful week!

Boca Grande Beach House
An absolutely perfect location. We were at the beach every day. Close enough to town to use the golf cart to get around. Spotlessly clean house with a great layout and amenities. I have to agree with other reviewers - the beds are extremely challenging to get comfortable on- an easy fix! That is the only negative thing about this lovely spot.

Lovely stay in Boca as always! Great house within walking distance of town, beach, and the lighthouse walking trails! Stayed there with my husband and 19 month old and it was very baby friendly- he loved the outdoor patio and the front yard area! Thanks for a perfect get-away!

One of the cleanest we have stayed in
This property is very well maintained and very, very clean. We would have loved our stay here if the weather had just cooperated! Close to town/beach and Farmers Market on Friday. Very well equipped with all the extra necessities. Enjoyed our stay!
