Chicasi is a beautiful property. The outdoor space was to die for and the cottage itself was a a great blend of modern conveniences and beach living. We also loved the outdoor shower. I would definitely stay there again!

We've stayed at Chicasi four summers in a row. We love it. Location is perfect. The cottage is cute and well maintained. We especially enjoy the gazebo and outdoor spaces. Communication with Hal is quick and easy.

Chic a si cottage has become our favorite summer vacation tradition. A charming beach house with tons of character where every little detail has been carefully considered. The hosts are exceptionally accommodating and friendy. We will continue to return as long as they'll have us! This is not just another beach rental, but an cherished family home.

We hosted a small daytime birthday gathering. Guests ranged from 6 weeks to 95 (birthday girl). All perfect.

Just as described, this was a great house for 3 of us who stayed for a week. Beachfront location is spectacular with lots of outdoor seating. House is well equipped. Bedrooms are small but comfy. Across the street is cvs and restaurants. Host is welcoming and available.

This is the second year we have stayed at this property over the holidays. It’s a beautiful private home with just enough yard enjoy family and friends. Just a few steps to the beach and easy running and walking in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.

This was my family's second time staying at Chicasi and it was everything we expected and more. Cannot say enough good things about the charming cottage, the amazing location, and the awesome host of the property. The place was clean, had all the cookware, linens and towels you need. Right on the beach! Such a lovely place!!!

This charming cottage just steps to the beach is a gulf shore vacation spot perfected! Enter the lovely white cottage gate to an inviting entrance lined with palms and potted orchids hanging from the trees. My breath was just taken away stepping through the bright teal front door and taking in the old Florida vibe of this beautifully restored and appointed cottage, tastefully decorated with nautical decor and family treasures. The owner’s attention to detail truly make this coastal cottage a “home away from home” with cozy bedding, top quality (and plentiful) linens and towels, and a fully stocked, beautiful kitchen. Take the red solo cups off your shopping list — you won’t need them! Step out back to another whole level of FABULOUS onto a sitting deck with rocking chairs and comfy cushions for morning coffee, a view of the gulf and the owner’s custom yardarm flying Old Glory on top, along with a personal welcome of our state and military flags below. Wow! But that’s not all! Just steps out to the expansive sun deck, we loved relaxing and enjoying meals under a gorgeous fanned gazebo with seating for 8 and a spotless Weber propane gas grill (with spare tank) — the perfect setup for cooking and gathering with family. Pick your favorite color from a bright row of Adirondack chairs at the edge of the deck and catch the sunset with cocktails to end each perfect day. Chicasi cottage has everything, and I mean EVERYTHING you’ll need for an amazing stay. Hal was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with, and his responsiveness is top-notch! If you are hesitating at all about reserving this property — don’t! Book it now!!

We had a lovely 8 day stay at Chic A Si cottage. We ran into a snag upon our arrival (hence the 3 stars in one category) but the owners were quick to rectify the issue which was out of their control. The cottage has everything you could possibly want or need for cooking and is a great location. There are an abundance of towels and linens and they are organized perfectly. The location couldn’t be better. I think the favorite part of the entire house for our family was the outside shower. I don’t think we used the indoor shower a single time. That shower is heavenly after a day at the beach. Overall it was a lovely stay and we looking forward to another stay next year.

My family and I recently stayed at the cottage, it was a delightful experience. Chic a si cottage is so charming and cozy, you really feel like can just relax and disconnect. From the adorable bedrooms to the fully equiped modern kitchen we had every thing we could wish for. I will never forget the memories of my family watching the incredible sunsets. Absolutely perfect!

This is our second time staying here and if possible, we love it even more. It's location, set back from Gulf Blvd, makes it feel secluded. The yard and deck are wonderful for morning coffee, family dining and hanging out. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Hal is very friendly and responsive. We hope to stay here again in the not too distant future.

This was an amazing cottage! Perfect location, beautiful sunsets, used the grill a few nights, that was very nice. The owner checked in with us when we arrived, which was very nice. We will definitely be staying here next year!!

We just spent an amazing week in the IRB! This was our second stay at the enchanting Chicasi cottage and it is such an amazing beachfront getaway! The evening sunsets are unforgettable as are dinners in the gazebo, the outdoor shower, and the beautiful Indian Rocks beach in your backyard. There are many restaurants within walking distance and even a CVS across the street for any last minute items. Harry is an amazing host and is always just a phone call away if anything is needed. I cannot wait to get back to Paradise at Chicasi!

We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is at the top of the list for the home having EVERYTHING you would need. The house was VERY clean - inside and out! The location was amazing - if you forgot something once you were on the beach, you could be back at the house within a minute to retrieve what you forgot. We traveled from Colorado and Hal, the owner, had the Colorado flag up to welcome us - it was such a nice touch. We loved the outdoor space - ate all of our meals outside in the big gazebo and we loved relaxing in the hammock. We hope to make it back!!!

So convenient and clean. Was well stocked with everything at hand. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Harry was so helpful and just a phone call away for anything we needed! Definately will stay here again!!!

Gorgeous beachfront property. Great outdoor space with gazebo. Short walk over the dunes to the beach or across the street to great local dining options. Definitely stay here.

The property was just as described. It was a super location, right on the beach, near food places and easy walking to shops. The outside gazebo provided great shade while we watched the osprey and other sea birds dive into the water. The kitchen had everything that we could need and all the rooms were adorned with real orchids. The outside plants added to the atmosphere and provided privacy in front and in back of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a delightful cottage. On the street side there are stores and restaurants. In the back of the house is the beautiful beach!!!! We had an absolutely wonderful time. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the back yard has a BBQ and plenty of places to eat and sit to watch the beautiful sunsets. We loved it!!!!

We spent a lovely Christmas week here. It was the perfect place to visit with family and relax over the holidays.

My husband, 16 year old daughter, and I stayed here for fall break and had a great time! This cottage is so charming with all of its decor, history books and wall pictures. It has all the upgrades you could want and the property is very well maintained. The backyard is a dream with a wonderful gazebo where we ate our lunch everyday. Nightly sunsets are to die for!!! We will definitely come back!
