Only 1/2 mile from the beach was a big plus for us. The weather was perfect 55-73 degrees. We enjoyed going to fish fry every Wednesday evening at local seafood restr. that has live entertainment for free.

Regina and Eric’s home exceeded my expectations. They welcomed us with a tour, a welcome gift, and walked us to the shortcut to get to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and some food essentials. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. The home is beautifully decorated as well. There is also surround sound in the living room which made movie nights even better. Hearing the ocean as I fell asleep was so healing. There is also tons of fresh air that comes through the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom and the living room. Thank you two for hosting my fiancé and I during this time! We also had plenty of cleaning supplies including Lysol/wipes. Highly recommend, it is a great value.

The condo is in a quiet complex, furnished for style and comfort, with high quality bed and bedding. Kitchen is well-stocked, and well-lit seating areas were useful for reading. Nice updated master bath. Easy walk to the beach pier for sunsets, and short drive to Channel Islands Harbor for walking path and restaurants. We enjoyed our winter stay!

The owner was very responsive to our needs. The dryer broke & she had it fixed immediately. There was also a refrigerator full of essentials so we could get by without shopping right away, & she left a beautiful vase of flowers. The outside of the buildings are in need of repair & paint. We miss the nice weather.

our beach condo was exactly as described and pictured online, and even cuter in person! We especially appreciated ocean-facing sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom and the cool ocean breezes each evening. Eric and Regina were gracious, generous hosts who met us personally to show us around and be sure we knew the fastest route down to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was great to have a washer and dryer on site for all the beach towels. There was a clog in one of the sinks leftover from previous renters, but it was remedied immediately and the remainder of our stay was stress-free. A perfect home away from home.

The property is a condo with your own parking space just steps to the front door. I stayed here while recuperating from a kidney transplant, and the owners were very accommodating. Any question that I had was answered they were very responsive and kind. You can hear the surf from the condo if you leave a slider open. There was no stress which is great for healing. I would definitely return for another stay.

This place is amazing! It’s the second time I’ve stayed here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, roomy, well decorated home away from home. The beach is literally across the street. Eric and Regina are amazing hosts! Looking forward in staying here again!

Overall highly satisfactory stay... My family and I want to personally thank Eric and Regina for provided for such great accommodations. Location was great with close proximate to beach and other specialty shops and restaurants ... It was a great experience for the entire family and provide the right environment for our family trip... This condo was home away from home for us close to everything especially to our daughter nearly door to door. We had everything we needed even a card for a discount at Ralph food store. I just wished I had lower chair on the nice balcony. I can't seat on hight chair. Beside that everything was perfect. Thanks Regina❤️

We stayed here for 2 months while house hunting and were really sad to leave as it really felt like home to us. The condo is just perfect-stocked with everything we needed and just a quick walk to the beach, the park and a few restaurants. It was also very clean and comfortable and so nicely decorated. The pool was great and never crowded! Regina was so wonderful and very accommodating- She even put out a little table and toys for our 2 little kids. The complex seems very safe and quiet. We really got to love the town and the locals. The weather is amazing in the summer!!! So happy we found this place and we will definitely be back for a visit!! Thanks for everything!!

Accommodated my family of 4 comfortably. The beach and park was in walking distance. Los Angeles and Disneyland wasn't far away. The condo was nice and neat. Equipped with modern amenities, free WiFi, pool/hot tub, tennis courts, beach accessories, etc. Bedrooms were cozy and suitable for both adults and children. Pricing was great and both Regina and Eric were awesome. I would recommend them to everyone. When I go back I would surely go through them again.

Place was amazing! Great location if you have the beach in mind. Eric and Regina were amazing! Check out was very easy. Boogie boards (provided by Eric & Regina) came in handy! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

The property looks even better in person than it does in pictures! From the beautiful views from the balconies to the updated bathroom! Very family friendly! Loved being so close to the beach, as well as having the option of the pool and the hot tub! Regina and Eric have everything you could possibly need already there for you when you check in--- from kitchen appliances to a hairdryer, chairs, toys and towels for the beach, a bike, even a cart to use to push to the beach so you don't have to drive or carry your things! They are very friendly and easy to work with and are always available if we have questions!

We enjoyed our month at this condo very much. The condo building itself appears to be somewhat old, nothing fancy, and could use some sprucing up. As we were there in the winter we didn't use the pool. The apartment itself was comfortable though, like the building, was nothing fancy. But it was fine - small but complete kitchen, washer and dryer, good size master bedroom, full bathroom upstairs and convenient half bathroom downstairs, large screen TV with basic cable and entertainment equipment, Wifi, and covered parking space nearby, and 2 small balconies for sitting outside. The owners were responsive and quickly had a sliding door to the balcony fixed for us. We rented this place to get away from winter weather in the East Coast and enjoyed mostly good days even with El Nino, which brought a few rainy days. Temperature was usually in mid-60's, perfect for walking in the very nearby beach and fishing pier. Very nice farmers markets with lots of great California produce even in the winter. Good movie theatres in Oxnard and the town of Ventura is a lovely historic mission town with lots of restaurants, museums,and for some reason oodles of thrift shops?? (don't miss the view from Grant Park up on the hill near the cross.

Such a beautiful, completely clean condo with all the amenities. The beach is outstanding and the weather was perfect. Regina and Eric are the perfect hosts!

Our family of 6 (me, my wife and our four kids) had very comfortable accommodations with plenty of sleeping room. The condo was super clean and stuffed with games our kids enjoyed. The neighborhood is very family friendly with a clean beach, nice park and a library all walking distance. I recommend it to anyone!

The best beaches!! Eric and Regina were amazing hosts. Weather was absolutely spectacular. Would definitely recommend; condo was very clean and grounds were well maintained.

The condo was lovely, very homey and easy to enjoy. Falling asleep to the sound of the surf was wonderful and just a short walk to Hueneme beach. The condo ameneties were excellent, all anyone could need, even icecream in the freezer! Nice and clean and a very comfortable bed. I can recommend the Roxbury Deli for any meal, but breakfast was a triumph which lasted all day. Many other good restaurants around the area, with a Sunday morning farmers market bursting with fresh fruit and vegetables and crafts. A good base for visiting Ventura County.
