Check in process and message from owner with quick response. House is locate in a wonderful area close to so much. Loved the touch of there favorite place to eat drink and so things. We only live 3 hrs away but will stay here again if we have another big event to attend. House is update with amazing metal work low maintenance: had great choice of of local wine and beer and sprites that I didn’t even know about. Even through we are up in that area every other month or so. Just completely fell in love. If it was slighted cheaper I would stay there all the time when we just go up for the day. But we stay again hands down. The only thing I wished was that they had a few spices and condiments in the fridge and cabinets. Other wise it was wonderful so extremely thoughtful. We all loved loved this place. Oh and I would get a few black towels to use for women to not dirty for the make up. I take most of my make up off with make towels but was afraid that when I washed and then dried my face I would leave a stain on them. But these things were are own personal touches. Not really needed cause the house is a spectacular and amazing present. how much money and work was put into his house to make it work beautiful and the privacy was just wonderful felt very comfortable and I could see myself if I ever lived in Albuquerque living in this home!

House was exactly as listed. No funny photo editing. Great location and is set up for privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

We recommend this house to anyone wanting to see different parts of Albuquerque. The location is perfect. There were so many restaurants near and hiking was easy to get to. The house layout is great for privacy. Staying was me, my husband our daughter and her husband , so the separate bathrooms and outdoor space as a buffer was great. The house is updated. The only negative was the screens and the vertical blinds on the sliding doors were really not usable. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here two years in a row for a large event in town. I would definitely stay again.

We were in Albuquerque for a highschool age baseball tournament. The house was actually better then expected. The pictures truly dont do it justice. Was a very convenient location with good food and shopping really close. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and the hotub.

The property was perfect for our family of 6. Three bedrooms with 3 king beds and three bathrooms. The layout of the house is great with the central area being the living room and kitchen and the three bedrooms in separate areas. We asked Bennie to check in a few minutes before 4 and he text us as soon as the cleaning was complete. Getting into the house was easy and having a garage was wonderful. Bennie has put a lot of attention to detail and love into his home. The decor was modern and thoughtful and included a lot of wonderful personal & local touches. The bedding and beds were amazing and everyone slept well. Also very nice to have a whole house speaker system and hot tub for relaxing. Bennie brought donuts Saturday morning which was a nice surprise and the kids really enjoyed them. House is perfectly stocked with everything you will need to stay and Bennie included sweet touches like complimentary bottled water, chips & salsa, and candy bars. We will definitely search out this home the next time we are in Albuquerque because it was a perfect home away from home.

This home was perfect for my family of five; three being teenagers. We loved the big beds, clean bathrooms, and large open kitchen and family area. Fun things to do like play bags and relax in the hot tub at the end of the night. Bennie was great at communicating with me and responded promptly. Thank you for a fun stay!

Beautiful home on a quiet street just minutes from the action. Fun decor, comfortable beds, great hot tub. My only disappointment was the shower water pressure, but this isn’t unusual in the VRBOs I’ve stayed in around the Southwest. Would absolutely stay here again if I were visiting central ABQ.

We traveled from California to Albuquerque to spend Christmas with our daughter who lives there. The house was beautiful. The three bedroom were spacious and private. The jacuzzi was used every day. We had a very relaxing and memorable stay. We definitely will be staying here again on our next trip.

We have stayed at several properties, but this home is by far the best we have stayed in. Bennie was phenomenal to work with. The home is modern and clean, with great decor and recommendations for local favorites. It had all the items you may need, especially necessary kitchen items. Very spacious and the double master worked perfect for us. The location is close to the Uptown shopping center and the Coronado mall with plenty of food and shopping selections. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful new construction property in a perfect location, super clean, and very comfortable. Love the split floor plan having two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on opposite sides of the home. Bennie was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Albuquerque.

House was very clean, plenty of room for five of us, had a great outdoor space. Location was close to restaurants and all activities. Only negative is the limited towels, and we made it work. Would definitely recommend!

Property was clean and had everything we needed! The drinks and snacks the owner left were great. 4 adults stayed and we had a ton of space. Great spot to stay and close to the Isleta Amphitheater. We were in town for a concert.

There are so many positive things to be said about our experience with Bennie and his home. Everything went very smoothly, his communication has always been prompt and efficient, and he has genuinely dedicated his efforts to ensure his guests to have an amazing experience. The atmosphere of the house is clean and spacious, with emphasis on modern and southwestern styling, and with accents pertaining to engineering, design, manufacturing, local businesses, and so much work has been put in to enhance the experience. The home is equipped with comfortable beds, clean tile floors, a hot tub, Sonos speaker system, and several 4k TV's. My wife and I were very comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
