Cette villa magnifiquement redécorée et rénovée à Palmetto Dunes a récemment obtenu tous les nouveaux matelas début 2017 ainsi qu'un rafraîchissement de la cuisine (y compris une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse en acier inoxydable et un réfrigérateur) en 2016! Il est à quelques pas de l'océan et comprend toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour, y compris un SYSTÈME D'ENTRÉE SANS CLÉ!
Située au cinquième étage du bâtiment 2, cette villa avec vue sur l'océan comprend un salon avec un canapé-lit queen et une causeuse, une télévision SMART de 32 "et un lecteur DVD, une connexion Internet sans fil dans tout le logement et des appels interurbains GRATUITS sur le continent américain. . This is a comfortable, clean, attractive unit. We appreciated having the large washer/dryer and dressers/closets for putting away clothes and luggage items. There was even a free standing coat rack that we could use. The living room has shades that are operated by pushing a button on the wall (a very cool feature).
For past trips in other complexes we have used a pull-out couch for the kids but it was nice for them to have their own bedroom and beds this trip. Compared to many other units in Villamare the price for this 2-bedroom seemed quite reasonable. Ellen is wonderful to work with- she is accommodating and proactively reaches out to provide information on the unit and area. We enjoyed the complex (the pool is lovely and it's a short walk to the beach) and this unit so much that we have already booked for next year! :-)

The property was better than described, we were able to get in earlier than 4 which was really a game changer. We enjoyed the villamare, the pool and fitness center were wonderful, we would not hesitate booking this property again.

We have stayed at Villamare before & knew we wanted to be there again. We are so thankful to have gotten in this condo. There was plenty of room for us, a well equipped kitchen, & great views. Even though this unit isn’t in the building closest to the beach, it is such a short walk through beautifully manicured grounds. We had members of our party who have dealt with back surgery and knee surgery who greatly enjoyed the convenience!

Villa was very clean and comfortable. We were offered an early check in, which we had never had before in the 20 years we’ve been coming to HHI, and it worked out great. The TVs were easy to use, access was right off of the elevator, and the manager was easily accessible and even notified us of the testing of fire alarms. The bedrooms are really good size. The master bath has a toilet and shower, the shower is good size but overall the bathroom is a little squished. But with the big room attached, it made up for it.
There could be a little more of the basics for the kitchen. It seemed to be the minimum as far as cooking pans, cooking utensils, etc, but not a big deal. Also, there seemed to be early morning work at least 5 out of 7 of the days we were there-like 7 am. We realize they have to mow and get things done, but the jack hammer sound outside our door was a little much at 8am. It looked like they were resurfacing the cement? Not sure, but that’s not anything in control of the owners.
We look forward to staying here again.

This unit was very spacious, clean and in a great location. Property description was exactly as presented. Instructions for staying on property were communicated clearly. Owner was very communicative ahead of arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. I look forward to staying in this unit again.

What an amazing property Ellen has. Palmetto Dunes is the perfect family area with so much to do (we tried pickleball for the first time and loved it!). The beach was just steps away from our condo with the heated pool being even closer. We also loved that everything was in walking or bike riding distance and took advantage. Ellen’s communication was amazing and her property had everything we could have wanted. If we had any questions at all, she was quick to respond. We’re already hoping to come back for another spring break!

We chose to stay at the Villarmare in February '24 since there is an indoor pool and fitness center. Traveling with grandkids (ages 8 and 11), that was a big plus. The unit worked out perfectly for 4 adults and 2 children. Although the Villamare complex is older, there are many revovations underway (new pool!) and the ground are kept nicely. It's close to the beach, pickleball, bike paths and the famous General Store.
I can't say enough positive things about our host, Ellen, who kindly answered many questions before and during our stay. She was always available by text or phone. Thank you for a terrific two weeks. We hope to be back again!

Location is perfect! Unit is laid out great for two families to still have some privacy. Amenities at the resort are good and will be even better when pool renovations are completed. Ellen is an excellent host and very responsive! Will return to this unit

The condo is very spacious and comfortable with all the needed amenities. The Villamare property is very clean and well kept. A short walk to the beach or the pool. Also walkable to many Palmetto Dunes hot spots. We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. Ellen, the owner, was very communicative and responsive to any of our questions. We provided some feedback on the cleaning crew but not an issue.

This condo is very clean, updated, and decorated well. It is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. There are family board games for nights in. We had a great experience. The owner was responsive and provided information regarding area activities. Overall it was great in meeting our needs.

This was the perfect condo experience! It was an amazing location with great facilities and close access to the beach! The Palmetto Dunes facility had great walking paths to get around the complex. Great location on the Island. The condo was very clean and spacious! Everything was great and the process was super easy for checking in and out. Ellen was super helpful and was very good at communicating throughout. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a family! It made it the perfect First Vacation for our new family!

The condo was very spacious, updated and very clean. We appreciated having space for everyone to spread out and enjoyed the balconies and kitchen. The beach is only a few minute's walk away and lots to do in Palmetto Dunes. Ellen was wonderful to work with too. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was clean and spacious. The walk to the pool and beach wasn’t bad. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer worked so well! Ellen was very responsive when we noticed that both toilet seats were broken upon arrival. She was so friendly and worked quick to fix it! We would definitely stay again!

All was good at the condo. The batteries need to be changed in the remotes.
And we questioned if the quilts in the spare bedroom are getting washed with each guest.

Wonderful beach vacation!
We had an excellent stay at Viilamare. The condo was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable! Communication with Ellen was excellent. Very responsive. The pool at the complex was great. Plenty of chairs. The beach- absolutely perfect! We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Condo
Very, nice property. Extremely well maintained. Has all the appliances, dish ware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. that you would need - per the property description. The owner is also very responsive to any questions you might have. If we come back to HHI, this is the place we will try to stay.

Short but sweet…
This condo is tastefullly decorated, not too beachy as many are and very comfortable. It’s a great location, the beach is beautiful and the sunsets and sunrises spectacular. We did have an issue with the tv but Ellen was extremely attentive.

Great long weekend
The owner was very quick to respond and super helpful with providing all the info we needed for our stay. The complex is right on the ocean with an indoor and outdoor pool as well.

Beautiful Week
We so enjoyed our stay at Villamare. The property is beautiful and although our unit wasn't beach front, it was a short, easy walk to the beach. The unit is lovely, clean and comfortable. Ellen has a folder that gives directions for the TV (so often lacking and very necessary for those of us that rarely use a remote)and other unit info, plus ideas for activities and restaurants around the island. We went kayaking on Broad Creek and saw dolphins and other wildlife. We also took a sunset dolphin ride on a small Carolina Skiff where we could bring our own food and drinks. We were so fortunate to have absolutely beautiful beach weather. Lovely sunrises and sunset and lots of walking and riding bikes on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay in Villa Mare. Immaculate condo, view of ocean, everything you need for a vacation. Ellen is continually updating and improving the condo. She is always available for your questions and stays in contact with you before, during and after your stay. Close to shopping and restaurants but nestled away from traffic and on the beach. Buildings, grounds and beach immaculately maintained. So happy we found this rental and will never stay anywhere else on HHI.

Great stay!
Great experience in this unit, our third at palmetto dunes. Never before have we had such an abundance of nice towels and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the check out process is SO easy as we didn’t need to strip the 3 beds. There were some fruit flies in the unit, perhaps the last renters didn’t run the disposal or something else, but we managed just fine. A fantastic experience overall! Would 100% return.

Awesome Vacation
The location of the Villimare complex and the cleanliness and comfort of the condo made our vacation literally perfect. We walked the beach every morning, hit the gym, and could ride our rented bikes anywhere we wanted to go. I haven't been to the Island in 10 years, and now would like to come back on a regular basis and stay in the same spot.

Amazing unit, great building, fabulous beach
We had a terrific stay at Villamare 2517 when we needed a break from the Northeast weather. The unit is so well-designed for ease of use and privacy, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the central kitchen-living-dining room space. Our teenagers even had their own doorway off the entryway so we didn't hear their music at night. Two balconies with beach views, functional kitchen with a handy bar for passing food over, and nice big, modern washer-dryer combo that worked beautifully. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, showers nice and hot and strong. The place was sparkling clean and just a short walk through Villamare to the most gorgeous beach. We had a terrific time relaxing, biking, walking and playing. We were a bit nervous about the elevator since we're covid cautious but whenever we were going down and the door opened, the other residents / guests said they would take the next car. Maybe they saw our masks and realized we were being super careful. Everyone was polite and friendly. We didn't use the pools or communal hot tub because of covid, but the other guests seemed to be having fun. The only tiny flaw in our stay was trying to figure out the dishwasher - it didn't seem to clean effectively when we loaded the little container with soap - but once we figured out to pour soup in the bottom of the unit, it worked beautifully. Communication with the host was flawless. She was very responsive and she helped us figure out the dishwasher with concern and compassion. (And even had a neighbor bring over extra dishwasher soap within about 10 minutes of us mentioning the problem.) Wonderful experience overall. We would love to return!

The condo was very nice, comfortable, clean and very convenient in location. Furniture is very nice and beds were very comfortable. Loved the view from the living area window. Having a full-size washer and dryer was an added bonus! Would definitely return to this condo.

Lovely villa with a great beachy feel
Very nice top floor villa. Very comfortable and relaxing. Washer and dryer are easy to use and work well. The only recommendation I would make is to get rid of the carpet. It is very soiled and worn especially in the room with the queen beds. Otherwise, a lovely stay in a very comfortable place!!! Thank you!

Great condo in Villamare!
This was our seventh trip to HHI and our third stay at Villamare. This condo was our favorite from those we've stayed in. Plenty of room, very comfortable beds, and tastefully decorated. We had wonderful weather which helped to have a great week. Ellen was very communicative and helpful. So thankful for a week away before our sweetest girl starts kindergarten!

Fantastic place
Nice updated condo in Villamare located in what I consider best area on HH Island Palmetto Dunes. Close to everything. Bike anywhere. Nice pool and beach is great. Ellen is a great host and cares about her renters. She even made special arrangements to move our vacation around due to the Covid mess.
Couldn’t be happier with our experience there.

Great condo
The condo was great, the only thing my wife complained about was the dishwasher it did not get the dishes clean. My only issue was the requirement to wear a mask everywhere. I think I will wait until this scam-demic is over before I travel again.

Outstanding condo
This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it doesn’t disappoint. Great location and convenient and a nice setup with great bathroom updates. Ellen is extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend this two bedroom condo for a trip to Hilton Head.
