Ne manquez pas l’opportunité de séjourner dans ce lieu idéal situé au premier étage, à quelques minutes du golfe et à 10 pas de la baie! .....Sans oublier la piscine chauffée avec des cabanes en tiki et des chaises longues. Ce condo est situé juste au nord de la plage de St Pete sur la détente du West Gulf Boulevard à Treasure Island. Il se trouve à quelques pas de sites populaires tels que Caddy's on the Beach, le Ka'Tiki Beach Bar et la Seadog Brewing Company.
Livré entièrement meublé avec lit king size et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La cuisine a tous les appareils et fournitures nécessaires. Le nid est livré avec deux télévisions à écran plat, wifi, chaises de plage, un parasol, et plus encore.

This was a very clean and well stocked condo….we enjoyed being so close to the beach and places to visit in the area…Treasure Island, St. Petersburg, Gulfport, Dunedin…we love the opportunity to see and do things…and love being able to spend time on the beach…we will be back!

This property is primarily owner condominiums. So, it is well maintained and does have certain rules that help make it a peaceful place to stay. Owners were very friendly and helpful if needed. The property does have a pool but Sunset Beach is right across the street -- the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, sugar white sands, many shells! And Caddy's and Ka' Tiki are a short walk down the beach for food and nightly music entertainment. On the back side of the property is Boca Ciega Bay. The property has a very fine dock on which to sit and watch dolphin and other Florida wildlife. Or if you like to fish, the dock is set up for you to catch and clean your catch. All around a pleasant place to stay.

The beach nest was perfect for our stay. It is located in a quiet area, but with food & fun not too far away. The very quick walk to the beach is my favorite part of the location. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we could need for a week get away! Would for sure stay again!

The Beach Nest never disappoints, super clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for your stay. It is in a perfect location, across the quiet street to the private beach, and yet many great restaurants and stores within a couple miles, even a few within walking distance. Jeff and Virginia are wonderful hosts and we can't wait to return to the Beach Nest later this year.

Been coming to the area since I was a little kid, stayed in many places very similar this one definitely didn’t disappoint. Very clean and well maintained. Great host, was very helpful and commutative

Beach Nest is a nice, comfortable condo in a great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. The Condo has everything you need, well stocked with appliances, good pans and dishware, plenty of kitchen, bath, and beach towels, blankets, extra sheets and pillows. Nice couch and chair in livingroom, and room darkening drapes in bedroom. The condo is quiet, has a view of the intercoastal from bedroom, and is a very short walk to the beach, across the quiet street. Jeff was easy and very nice to work with. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We loved being so close to beach & beautiful views behind our condo. ( #2 ). Equiped with all you need. Only complaint is the uncomfortable sofa! We were there in winter & pool not heated but I'm a beach person anyway & that was ok with me. Loved having a clothes line option for my wet suit.

Very nice condo in a great location
The condo was awesome! It was clean and had everything I could need. The owner Jeff was very helpful and communicated quickly. The only negative I had was with the very nosy head of the association lady and the property manager guy named Micky I think. He was just rude! They clearly don’t like people who are just renting for vacation and don’t actually live there. Other then those two my stay was great. My nephew had a blast playing in the pool and walking to the beach.

Easy access to the water!
This place offers easy access to the water, both the canal and the Gulf! We enjoyed the pool and ocean. This place was perfect for our family of three. Just what we needed. We liked that this was a less traveled area because it was down a 'no outlet' peninsula. It was perfect.

We loved this condo. It was clean, perfect size for 2, and in a great area.
The time we had here was amazing. We loved it was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly. Its a quiet location and beautiful. Jeff was very helpful and nice. We would love to stay here again.

We love it here. Coffee on the dock with a fishing rod. Walk across the street to the gulf. Quick walk up the beach to Caddy’s. Access to public transportation tales you all the way to Clearwater. We shall return!

Enjoyed our stay!
Was a great little spot for us to stay while dropping our daughter at college. Property managers on site were pretty rude but we understand they were just doing their job. Did not find sheets that fit the pull out couch which definitely needs replacement. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

We've stayed at Sunset Cove many times over the years, and this property is one of the best! Very up to date, clean, and easy access to the beach! Would highly recommend, the owner is awesome!

Love the amenities and the extras in the unit. The beach and the bay were very close. Saw manatees and rays. Really enjoyed ourselves. Experience was better than we were expecting.

We enjoyed our stay, especially being so near the beach. Premises well kept and maintained well outside.
There is some deferred maintenance but generally well kept condo. Could use more closet space. Ideal space for two people. Would rent again.

Property mgr is not nice
Mick the property mgr is a jerk. With a small mixup in parking that effected no one he became quite belligerent and used foul language with my wife and a guest that had some car trouble. Only bad experience we had tho but it tainted the trip

I love this little place. The location is perfect. I had everything I needed right there. The condo also has everything you need for a great stay. The pool is very nice and clean. Walk across the street, and you’re on a beautiful beach.
