Very clean. Great location

This house is as advertised. It has great space for a large family to hang out. The upstairs layout can be tough if you're not too mobile, but that's reflected in the listing. A/C units are now in the bedrooms, so no worry about it being hot in the summer. We didn't cook while we were there, so I can't really speak to the kitchen accessories and supplies. The location is great with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and more a few minutes away; the grocery store is also nearby. When we arrived, we saw aants walking from the sunroom toward the kitchen. We texted the management company at 6:30PM. We called them at 6:45PM. We sat on hold for 30 minutes without anyone picking up. I texted again at 8PM. My wife tried calling at that point and sat on hold for an hour without response. At 8:30PM they texted me and said they sent the problem to their local office. I responded asking whether my wife should hang up. They didn't respond until 3AM (yes, 3AM) saying yes, she can hang up and asking me to send photos. I sent them at 6AM. I sent more photos at 7:30AM since the ants were still there. At 11:15AM, I texted again. Finally, I called Vrbo to see if they could assist. Vrbo called the company on my behalf. Two minutes after I hung up with Vrbo, the management company called me and said the local office would be out. They finally arrived at 12:30PM to set ant traps. Extremely poor service that they blamed on "higher than average" volume.

Convenient location, cute historic home. Received accurate timely communications from Vacasa. I wasn’t aware there would be someone coming to access the garage during our stay, I think it was someone coming to pickup garbage and recyclables. And if you’re a coffee drinker we left behind Folgers and sugar cubes :)

The place was extremely clean, nicely decorated. Lacked fans but they were brought out within 30 minutes. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels, salt and pepper shakers. We left them for the next guests. We like the home nicely payed out and room to spare. Owners should consider adding window AC units. It was very hot, I have asthma and had difficulty breathing. Stayed outside more than inside.

What a perfect location! We loved our family ski weekend. The house was welcoming and the location was amazing. Walkable to town and just a couple minutes from the mountain!

Ludlow was first stop for our two week road trip through Vermont to Maine Coast, spent four nights in this home. Older historic/house been updated well and offered great place for my wife and I. We didn't need all the bedrooms but this home was reasonably priced in comparison to less bedroom condo'e etc. Beside gave us feel of living in this neighborhood. Loved the house, although it does have 12-15 narrow steps climb to bedrooms as stated in vrbo description, so anyone with mobility related walking issues should be aware. We did have one let down in communication with problem in kitchen. The microwave oven was not on and seemed to have no power connection. We checked power box for any tripped connections, found none, called number to report, was promised someone would come the next day to check on/repair. No one came, called again and was informed repair person would come the next day, no one showed, didn't bother to call them again nor had they communicated with us about this issue, so did without the microwave, not a great inconvenience but communication about the issue was negligent. Still would recommend this place highly though as place to stay.
