Spacious, extremely clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Leona and Vinnie were helpful, thoughtful and welcoming. Lots of nice touches, snacks, bug spray, coffee, Leona even sang Happy Birthday to me! The deck is huge with great adirondack chairs, the garden is beautiful. We'll be back and will be happy to stay here again. Its a hidden jewel.

Pictures do not do Justice to the beauty of this location. Place is just minutes from Frisco beach. Clean home, stocked with everything we could need. There is a grill on the wrap around porch (which was relaxing and had a peaceful view of the property around us). Host were even gracious enough to provide us with beach chairs. Great place for a group of friends or a small family to comfortably stay for a week or longer. Super clean and host were easy to reach if there were any issues. Would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in OBX.

The property was very well prepared and great location! The hosts were amazing and treated us like family. We will definitely be staying there every year and my kids can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time! Vince and Leona were great hosts. Unlike most rentals where you're struggling with access codes and trying to get into the place, the owners are right there to greet you. The three bedrooms and spacious dining and family rooms were plenty large for our family of 5 to spread out. We would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I loved our time with Leona and Vince. The apartment was spotless and had the best stocked kitchen I have seen. Close to beach and vey quiet wooded location.

Hosts were wonderful and offered or had everything you would need. If you have small kids, beware we saw a black panther in the back yard by the woods on the morning we left.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Comfortable and clean. A kitchen well-stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware. It was quiet and felt isolated but was just a quick drive to get to the beach or lighthouse. And the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. There's not a doubt in my mind where will want to stay next time we are in the area.

This was our second visit here and once again the place was perfect! Wonderful hosts, accommodations, and amenities. It is spotless and has plenty of space to relax after a day on the beach. Full kitchen, beautiful big deck, good water pressure and hot water. They have everything you need. Great location too! Quiet and peaceful. You can tell the hosts really care about great service. Vince even called me the day before we came to let us know we could check in early if we wanted! We will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful experience during our visit to Frisco! My family and I were coming for a long weekend, because the rest of our family was already down for the week. This house was perfect! The beautiful view from the deck, and the amazing garden! Check in was super easy, and Vince actually called me that morning to update us, and we were allowed to check in early. The house which was so awesome was just a bonus from the wonderful welcome, generosity & hospitality that we received from the hosts, Vince & Leonna. Leonna didn't have to extend her gift of generosity to my daughter who just got married but she did it anyway, this is the reason why we were in Frisco, for my daughter's wedding. They made our stay so special, we had all we needed & so much more, Leonna filled the kitchen with all the necessary supplies plus the welcome baskets of snacks. The place was amazingly clean, couldn't ask more for the location, what a calm reprieve from all the wedding preparation. I enjoyed waking up to the sights & sounds of beautiful nature, bird chirping & flying, beautiful green trees all around, Leonna's flowers & vegetables gardens, Vince's landscaping gifts, made spending time just sitting on the wrap around porch/deck so refreshing and a wonderful start for the day. The place is so spacious, rooms were well- appointed , loved the beach themed rooms. The Inn on Pamlico Sounds where my daughter had her wedding was only 5 min away, they have the best restaurant/cafe. Vince & Leonna's place was very accessible to different landmarks for sightseeing like the Hatteras lighthouse, beaches as well as the groceries, restaurants & coffee shops. Our family had a blast with our time in their home creating beautiful memories. I highly recommend their place if you're planning to stay in Frisco. Vince & Leonna, thanks so much for making our stay so special & beyond what we can ever imagine.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice and clean. The deck was a nice place to sit and relax after a day of fishing. It was a perfect place for us to stay on our first surf fishing trip. We would definitely stay again.

This was an exceptional choice for our annual trip to the Outer Banks this year. This was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Vince and Bebop showed us the kindness and generosity that experienced hosts do. Their home was expertly decorated and made it so comfortable to live in during our time there. The deck was great for viewing the stars around the whole house. We truly felt that they went above and beyond to create a warm, clean, and welcoming place for us to stay. love this place and will be back. We got in late, not midnight late but 2 am late. Nothing is open at this time except food lion about 30 mins away, they had snacks when we arrived saving us the long drive for the night. Beach is very close and property is beautiful. We will be back
