We had a great stay here! The space is nicely updated and well maintained. We had trouble with the sliding door leading to the pool, but were told that that’s being fixed in September, and one other small issue which was quickly taken care of by the owner and property manager. Check in was easy and the location is no more than 15-20 minutes to Disney World. Getting off of the highway by Walmart is rough at the end of the day, so make sure you bring your patience and give yourself some extra time. The rest of the resort looked amazing, but to be honest, we were so busy and exhausted we only used the big pool once!
Just a side note - make sure that you bring 13 gallon kitchen garbage bags with you - the garbage is supposed to be changed every day so you’ll probably need more than what’s provided.

The house was perfect. 4 generations of a family stayed there with comfort. My grandson, almost 3, was so delighted with his room, very family friendly orientated.
The community pool with a splash pad for young children was a short walk.

Owner and property manager was extremely helpful through our stay. The location was perfect with being so close to Disney/Disney Springs. The house was clean and well maintained. Layout of the house is great for big or small families. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a great location and a property owner that cares about your stay.

We loved staying at Mickeys Splash pad! It was clean, spacious and comfortable! The kids loved the pool and the water park. Owners were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Our experience was wonderful and smooth from start to finish. We had excellent communication with David when we booked. The property is very well maintained and stocked with lots of essentials. Our check in was smooth and we received all details through email including a follow up after our first day to check in. The place is amazing with lots of fine touches to detail. Our beds were comfortable and the location is great, just a quick walk to the clubhouse with lots of amenities. The location itself is very close to lots of local attractions including Disney. Overall we had a great stay and even tried to book for next year, it was already booked which speaks volumes. We would definitely book a stay at Mickey's splash pad again!

This property has a great location, backs on to open green space. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable furniture. Has all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, which is well equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and most importantly - lots of wine glasses!! The owner and property manager are very responsive. This was our second stay at this property and the only disappointing thing is that it is not available for us to come back to next year in our time frame. I would not hesitate to staying here again, and will certainly check availabiltiy before I look anywhere else.

This property is perfect, with exception of one thing. The sun doesn’t hit the splash pool side in January or February. Otherwise it’s GREAT! The owners make it welcoming. The appliances, beds and furniture are new and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it!

Stayed January 2024 for a Disney trip. Property is just as pictured and conveniently located to parks. Has all the kitchen equipment you need to make a meal there, and is great for snack prep for the parks. For any incidentals there is small market place on property, but a Walmart was within a 5 minute drive. For those looking for Disney souvenirs or apparel Walmart has lots of options and cheaper prices than buying at the parks.
Unfortunately it was too cool for swimming during our visit, but the on site water park and splash pool behind property would be great for warm days. Everything was clean inside property. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and a first aid kit. David was responsive to any questions we had and was great to deal with. There was minor issue with fridge door handle being loose. David had the property manager (Vania) contact us right away to address it. During that communication she informed us of tornado warning that was issued which we didn’t know about! Vania reached out to make sure we were safe during the storm and after the storm. Caring about the guests staying at Mickey’s Splash Pad puts this place at the top!

This place was perfect for our family of 4! My boys loved the private pool, the bunk beds and the short walk to the amenities of the area! The place was clean and had everything we needed which made us feel like home away from home. The management and owner were VERY responsive which just made our stay that much better. We will definitely be back!

The home was clean and cheerful with everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The complex definitely gives off Disney vibes, we all enjoyed the community pool, and the location can’t be beat. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay - the house was just perfect - it had everything we needed. David was a super host - he responded to all queries promptly (prior to arrival). Huge bonus being so close to the Disney parks - this made life easier being able to leave the parks and return later.

I cannot say enough good things about this resort and Mickey's Splash pad. The house was just as pictured. Clean, spacious, mattresses were soft, and my family enjoyed our stay. Kids loved having a mini pool outside the back door. It was wonderful having a Keurig for my morning coffee. The resort itself is also beautiful. The pool and waterslide was so fun. You can take walks everywhere around the property and feel safe.
The only thing I would add is maybe a couple more rolls of t.p. and a couple more garbage bags? For 7 days we almost didn't have enough for a family of six :).
Otherwise beautiful house, great communication with the owner, and we would definitely come back in the future!!

Returning renters to Windsor community: excellent amenities for all ages, especially waterpark; safe & gated; located a couple blocks down from Walmart and main entertainment drive; just very easy convenient location to everything, no need to pay prices for on Disney property, use $ elsewhere.

1st x to this property, was even better than the 1st, which we ranked high.
Communications: Very quick, David almost always responded w/i the half hour! Complications w/VRBO payments, he made it a smooth transaction.
His property manager, very quick via text and on top of any minor issues we had.

Environment of property: Clean and over stocked! These owners truly analyzed their job as an owner because we overpack and some of what was packed was not needed because it was already there!
Very clean, @ least 1 of lil things to get us started, décor amazing & thought out per potential guest, several extras to ease the stay- floaties, strollers, booster seat, kitchen stuff galore (the best was the crockpot and Mickey waffle maker...much appreciated for budget & food allergy folk THANK YOU), nightlights, extra bedding & towels just to name a handful.
Made a few minor suggestions privately as it in no way impacted our stay.
Overall, BRAVO, to the property owners. Thank you so much for giving us a home away from home for 2 weeks! A Blessing, we shall plan a return in the future!

We stay in Windsor Hills at least once a year. We've had houses and the townhouses depending on who joins us for our trip. This townhouse was SUPER clean and very nicely decorated. Communication from the hosts was great and we had no issues with anything during our stay. Kudos on the check-out procedures as they are really reasonable! Nothing bad to say about this stay, would stay again for sure! Thanks for another fun visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very confortable and I loved that each had its own bathroom. It was very clean. One of the best attractions for us were the recliners and reclining sofa for relaxing after those long busy days at Disney. Kids enjoyed the splash pool - great way for them to unwind after a day at Disney. Would definietly recommend or stay there again! Thanks

We had a wonderful week and a half at this townhome! The kids loved the pool - it was so nice to have somewhere to cool off right out the back door after (or before/between!) long days at the parks! Communicating with David and the property manager, and getting into the home late the first night for check in, was easy. The one issue we had (our five-year-old locked us out of the bathroom from the outside!) was resolved very quickly once we reached out to the property manager.
The kids appreciated the Toy Story theming and toys in the upstairs twin/bunk room! The men in our group appreciated the recliners in the living room ;).

This house is incredible. The cleanliness was well above expectations. First time renting a house and would come back here in a heartbeat. The owner David answered every question in minutes and made the entire process smooth. The resort is well maintained and kids loved the pool .

Great location, backs on to greenspace and just a short walk to the Clubhouse. I would definitely consider renting this property again, if it is available whenever we return to Windsor Hills.

This property is absolutely amazing! Everything was so clean upon arrival. The kids loved the Toy Story theme bedroom and attached bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and there were ceiling fans in the bedroom! The heated pool was perfect and just right out the back door. We appreciated all the little touches…hidden mickeys, extra pillows, beach towels, etc. We also loved the location. Amazing zero entry pool with water slides and a very nice playground. There is a Walmart and so many restaurants within a few miles. Very close to Disney! The property manager replied to every question within minutes and check in was a breeze. We would love to stay here again!! Thank you for everything!!

We had a wonderful time. It does however need black out curtains in the bedrooms it is extremely bright in the mornings and more chairs around the pool. Only having 2 chairs for an 8 person townhome is just not enough. Overall I would recommend this place.

Our family of 4 went in vacation with our friends, a family of 3. It was planned that our firat week was at a Disney Resort and 2nd week was at this rental property. And honestly wish we had stayed both weeks at this rental property! The kids loved the Toy Story themed room and we all had space to move around without being toppled on each other. I liked that their bedroom was on the 2nd floor so we were able to stay up and watch a movie without the noise disturbing them. Great kitchen space with everything we needed to male great meals. There is a Kerig coffee machine which is our preferred way of making coffee. Every morning my kids went straight from PJs into swimsuits to jump in the private pool.... and the clubhouse pool is a short walk away. I have one child who is sensitive to chlorine... when the attendee to the pool learned this on our 2nd day while checking the water he added what was needed to make it better for her as he said he also has a child sensitive to chlorine. I appreciate the attentiveness to those details. The little water park at the clubhouse was a huge hit. And location is so close to a variety of parks - while all the Disney parks are so close, during this 2nd week stay we went to Seaworld and Aquatica as well as Disney Springs with little drive time.

The owner and the property manager were easy to communicate with, the check in was easy, house was spotless and location was perfect for all the parks we wanted to do. We were 2 families and the house set up was great for us and our 3 children. While we had a blast at the parks, we regret not having a “down day” to enjoy the amenities the community offered. Maybe next time!

This property was perfect! Very clean, and decorated so cute! We had no issues with our stay and would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Orlando area. So close to Disney and Walmart/restaurants. My daughters loved the Toy Story themed room. The beds were comfortable and the house is very well kept. They even have children’s plates/utensils, pack/play if needed, and stroller, great if you have little kids.

The townhouse was perfect for our trip to Disney. The house was even better than the pictures! Everything was clean and kid friendly including the locks on the back door to the pool. The pool in the backyard along with the pool/slides in the community were perfect for our rest days, plus the Disney parks were only 10/15mins away! The property manager was super helpful and quickly responded right away. We will definitely be coming back again on our next Disney vacation!

I went back and forth planning our trip to Disney, do we stay on site or off. This property was the best decision I made. Pictures do not do it justice. It's clean and most importantly comfortable. The bedrooms were perfect after our long days. We did 4 parks in 4 days. All of which were 15 min from the house. Walmart a mile away. So many options that made this stay perfect for us.

Very pleased with updates that have occurred since renting. Pictures and description need updated! The only issues we encountered were handled by owner and property manager the best they could. The washing machine, which we had planned to utilize, did not spin. The property manager arranged to have towels picked up, washed and returned. We had to hand wash some personal items. Just glad we discovered this at the beginning of our trip and could plan accordingly. We also had visiting family members, which were given a hard time at the gate. Both the owner and property manager responded quickly and were able to get them in. Kids enjoyed having their own room, the splash pool, and the resort pool/slides. Nobody wanted to leave. Would definitely recommend for families traveling to DisneyWorld. It was a short drive to the parks.

The property changed hands just prior to our stay, the new owner was great wtih communication and had done some great upgrades to the property prior to our stay.
Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for our family of 3.
The splash pool was perfect.
we were in residence for the hurricane and the property manager checked in with us frequently which was very nice
We utilized the Windsor hills concierge for grocery pick up and a birthday party surprise set up which is a really nice service on the property.
The property pool and playground are very nice as well

A win for our family!
We have 4 kids 6 and under, and this was our very first time staying off property for a Disney vacation. I was nervous we would lose some of the magic, but we are sold on off property stays! The space and individual beds for each of the kids was everything! 🙌🏻 There were many items we didn't bring due to car space that we would've liked to, but were gladly surprised to see at the house like box fans for night time and an infant pool float! The ONLY things that could've been better were the number of wash cloths, (there were 8, and as a family of 6, we had to run a load of laundry every day to have clean wash cloths.) and the pool floor was super rough. It scratched up my kids' feet. ☹️ It was a great vacation, and we greatly attribute that to staying here! We will definitely be back!
