Le marais salant est le dernier développement de Seabrook et est niché dans un marais naturel le long d'un ruisseau de marée de la rivière Bohicket. Les clients ont accès à une piscine privée, un putting green et un quai privé s'étendant sur 300 pieds de marais jusqu'à un courant de marée. The place was beautiful, very clean and in the perfect location. I would love to live here someday! It was a very quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife and beautiful plants.

I came to Seabrook Island for the Bohicket Marina Blue Marlin Tournament. My two adult sons stayed with me in the condo. It was perfect for us- 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths.

We loved our stay in Seabrook. The condo was the perfect location for our teens to ride their bikes to Freshfields Village, Bohicket Marina or just around Seabrook. The amenities and beaches exceeded our expectations. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 5 plus a last minute friend that joined us. We loved our mornings on the screened in porch watching deer, frogs and even spotted the alligator a few times. We highly recommend the Salt Marsh condo!

This is our second time staying at the property, based on a great first experience. The property was just as great for a second visit. The property managers were kind and responsive, and we had no issues during our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a great week. Will consider coming back again!

Great Family Fun!!!
This property has all the necessities to feel like home and then some! Perfect location for a family retreat for the active adventures types or the stay in and relax types. We’re both! Beach club and resort amenities are top notch and the neighborhood and residents are welcoming! We enjoyed the accessibility to it all via bicycles or a low speed vehicle! Then Charleston and other attractions are just a short drive away. Perfect!!!

We rented bikes for our stay which was nice to bike to the Lake House (fitness center-additional $ and outside pool-included), Marina, the Villages and around the island.
We drove to the club house and visited that pool and beach several times. We didn't have any problems finding a parking spot, but we always went early. There is a $5 charge for every towel for the day.
They provided a started pack of toiletries, which was nice. Also the house was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Back screened in porch was very nice to sit out on early mornings and evenings overlooking a small pond with a 3' alligator and a large osprey nest. Garage was large enough for 2 vehicles. They provided a couple beach items - I think a cooler and cart. We loved this property and this island. We will be back soon! Thank you.

Beautiful townhome property. Convenient location to Freshfileds, Bohicket, Lake House and racquet club. It was a 10 minute drive to beach, we rented a golf cart from Lightning Bugz which was great to have. Last night on neighborhood dock the dolphins put on a great show for us.

We had a great time here. The house and kitchen was well stocked, the layout was ideal for families with kids, we were very close (a bike ride away) from several attractions, and the elevator was a big hit and helpful. Our only downside was that the refrigerator/freezer did not seem to cool very fast and the ice maker wasn't great. If you're planning on daily cooler usage, I would buy some ice.
The back porch was lovely for my morning coffee, and my kids loved getting to watch the small alligator in the pond behind the home. The Garage is big enough for two cars, and the owners have left a few beach items for use. The amenity card and activity card was fun and helpful (we loved the pirate cruise and kayak tour).

Central Location
Overall a great property. Located outside the Seabrook gates allows for easy access to Kiawah and John’s Island. House was exactly as shown in the pictures and all amenities were provided as per the listing. We would definitely consider coming back another time!

No major issues. Both entry doors into house difficult to open. On last night planed on eating at “home” but found gas in grill was empty Another bottle at location was empty also. We worked a solution Would plan on staying again

Beautiful and relaxing!
We had a wonderful time in Seabrook Island and I would definitely recommend to others. Lots of locations to visit, and we loved having a bike when we arrived (we also brought our own). Riding to Bohicket Marina for dinner was so much fun! We drove to the Angel tree and visited Charleston one day- very close to the area. The house is beautiful and we were very comfortable. The only downside was the dryer being broken during our visit, but the property management ordered the part for the next guests. We hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration with family. The house was tastefully decorated and very well stocked. Would definitely return to this area and house.

Place was lovely. We enjoyed our vacation.
Everything was very nice and house was well equipped with all we needed. Seabrook is a beautiful island to vacation at. It was nice to have a choice on which pool we wanted to swim at each day. Only downfall was that there was construction across the street so almost every time we needed to get out of the garage the construction workers were in our way and we had to wait until they moved their vehicle. Otherwise, we would recommend this unit for a wonderful vacation.

Delightful
This property is delightful in every way. Well located near Bohicket Marina, Freshfields shops and upscale market. Our rental bikes had been delivered when we arrived. Home decor is pretty and all is scrupulously clean and well organized. We enjoyed the all cotton bedding. All island facilities are very nice. Be sure to walk out on the long community marsh dock and go to the beach. We came upon the distinctive tracks where a sea turtle had hauled herself up to the dunes to lay her eggs. We definitely recommend this villa.

Always Love visiting beautiful Seabrook and Kiawah Islands!
This year we stayed in the Gated Community of Salt Marsh on Seabrook Island. It is quiet beautiful neighborhood of townhomes. With a private pool for the community as well as all the amenities Seabrook Island has to offer. From the beautiful oceanfront Beach Club pool area, the Lake House, the Island House for golfers, and many more. And the proximity to Charleston can't be beat.
We enjoyed our time at our townhome in Salt Marsh as well as on Seabrook Island. It was a wonderful week of family and relaxation.
The townhome was very comfortable, and met our needs for the week. Having the elevator was a great convenience on the arrival and departure days. Working with Coastal Island Getaways was a pleasure they were very prompt and supplied all the information and details needed for the rental process from entry instructions, departure checklist, gate entry passes for the island. Great to work with!

Family Getaway
I am a 5th grader that has come to this nice villa every Spring Break.
The inside is so welcoming. There is a porch that you can go and look at the pond for the alligator. There is a small pool over by the entrance of Salt Marsh.
My family rides our bikes everywhere, we can ride to the market, restaurants, horse stables, and the tennis courts. There is also dock that you can walk to, to catch crabs. Let's just say that this villa is close to everywhere and everything.
The interior of the villa is beautiful. The beds are so comfy. The dining room can fit 9 people, so if friends are in Seabrook, you can PARTY! You can use the elevator when you arrive if you have tons of luggage.

Gorgeous Place!
This was our fourth time to stay at this Salt Marsh Villa. The property is beautifully maintained and looks as if it was decorated by an interior designer. The screened porch is a wonderful place to share a drink or bird watch. Not to miss is the crab dock where you can fish, crab or just watch the wildlife.
We walked to tennis and to the gym at the Lake House and rode bikes to beautiful North Beach. You can't go wrong with this rental. The owners are easily accessible by phone and strive to make your visit the best!
