Bienvenue dans votre maison Waco! Situés à quelques minutes de l'université de Baylor, du marché de Magnolia et du centre-ville, ces grands condos 3/3 sont l'endroit idéal pour explorer la ville et se préparer pour le prochain match Baylor Bears.

The kitchen was very sparsely equipped...not many utensils at all and only 4 each of plates, bowls, etc. No dish towels. No wine glasses or wine bottle opener. Half of the lights above kitchen sink were out. Towels need to be replaced with new ones, especially the wash clothes...they were dingy gray. The beds were ok but very, very firm. Just needs a little TLC and personalization. A welcome letter would of been nice along with check out procedure instead of getting an email the night of check out. Host was prompt in replying and the condo is in a good location to get around Waco. Not what I expected for the price though.

Nice stay
Close to attractions we wanted to visit. Clean multiplex, spacious, quiet. Would stay again.

All 3 bedrooms were very nice and had additional amenities setup like a hotel (hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner in the shower). However, there were no shower heads, so showering was just alright. The location was good, right outside the Baylor bubble .

Clean condo in the perfect location for visiting Waco! We visited Baylor, The Silos, Magnolia Table, Spice Village and George’s, and all were just a few minutes from the condo! We never even had to get on 35 which was ideal with all the construction.

Hurricane Laura Evacuation
We evacuated here from SWLA to escape the wrath of Hurricane Laura. We originally planned to stay only a few days, but after Laura blew through we had no water, sewer or electricity back home. Carlos was very accommodating when we asked if we could stay longer. The condo was perfect for us; myself, my two boys; my friend and her son. We even had plenty of room for my husband and mother in law, who decided at the last minute they should evacuate, but returned home the day following the storm. The three bathrooms were an added bonus. In spite of being refugees, we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Inside was spacious but somewhat spartan. Owner was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Location is good
The picture made the place much more updated and better kept than we felt it was. Not the worst place we have stayed but was disappointed when we walked in and it didn’t look like the pictures. Things like cracked tiles, doors that didn’t close, no detergent for washing clothes... small things that add up.

Property was very clean and location was perfect for us (only about 6 mins from The Silos)! Communication was also great. Though we had a mishap and had to move to a different unit on our last night, the situation was handled in a promptly matter which was greatly appreciated. Lastly, plates, cups, utensils, and pots were also provided which came in handy for when we stayed in. I would recommend staying at the Cozy Condos!

Location was very central to magnolia silos and restaurant. The kitchen was not very well equipped , no cork screw, no decent sharp knives. No toaster.
No washcloths provided. Couches weren’t large enough to accommodate 6 people.

Property was in good shape. Could have used some extra attention on ceiling fans and vents as they were quite dusty but overall satified with the amount of space, comfort of the bed and the price.

Waco Ironman Weekend
Angel greeted us with a smile and showed us around. The place is roomy and precious. The location is close to Magnolia Market and Indian Springs.

Wonderful time in Waco!
We came to go to Magnolia and this place made it easy to go to and from Magnolia and other shops and restaurants. The place was very well kept and the beds were very comfy. Our group enjoyed our stay.
