La première chambre n’était pas propre du tout !!! Les taies d’oreiller étaient jaunes et sentaient mauvais !!!! Inconfortable, pas de rideaux occultants , le balcon vue sur des débris etc…. On a réclamé et ils nous ont mis dans une autre chambre où là c’était correct au quatrième étage sans ascenseur mais plus confortable.

Super kamer, met super lekker bed. De man van de receptie is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The pool and garden were beautiful. The location was good.

I booked the last room after moving from another hotel last minute, as such this was a family room. I noticed upon arrival there was water all over the bathroom and along the back of the bedhead of the queen bed with dirty drips on the sheets. I gathered this was from the aircon unit overhead. I asked if they were aware of this and was told the aircon unit had been cleaned. I said fair enough but could they change the sheets as the dirty water had dripped over the bed. They agreed and cleaned up the water but did not change the sheets until two days later after I had insisted multiple times. I felt like a nag and had slept in one of the single beds until this point. Further the staff member who shown me to the room clearly noticed that the door was dragging and needed a big push to get open all the way but said nothing. Although staff were nice I found this to be a very unpleasant situation to have paid so much for a room and have to fight for a clean set of sheets. I’m sure others had good experiences, it was just a few issues that made mine awkward

Clean room, the shower had good pressure and hot water. Walkable distance to everything in town. Tours and transport can be booked at the reception.

Walls are super thin, could hear my neighbours' conversations. Loud music was playing at the pool at odd hours, which could be heard from the room. Staff was nice, but always looked a little bothered when I needed help, which made me feel awkward.

5 Stock ohne Lift ist schon ungut. Man konnte zwar Touren dort buchen, allerdings leider keine Handtücher ausleihen. Das Zimmer wurde nicht täglich gereinigt.

The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful! The beds were comfy!

The aircon wasn’t strong at all and was very loud even on quietest mode. Needs updated. The rooms could have been a lot cleaner. I understand you are in a rural area but there was far too many ants. The staff did give us spray to help

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is perfectly located, the rooms were well-appointed, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly family run hotel in a convenient location.large comfortable room. You can book all your activities and transport through the hotel.

It didn’t worry me but there is no elevator in this hotel.

Location, helpful staff and pool. Stayed in Room 401 with mountain and city views - worth the extra money and climb. Would definitely stay again.

Not sure if we’re were supposed to hang the sign on the door, but a clean of the room during our stay would have been appreciated

Facility’s we’re excellent. area of grass to sunbathe on if you are having a chill day by the pool. Staff were very friendly and helped out with booking tours and onward travel. Upgraded our room to a corner room and the views from the 4th floor of the mountains were lovely to wake up too.

We only stayed one night, but I loved our room and the pool. The hotel has a great location and you can easily walk to the river and nice restaurants nearby. We loved green restaurant, with an amazing sunset view and good local food. The hotel is clean, the staff was nice. It was a good stay. I would have stayed longer, if possible.

The staff were welcoming and warmful. The family atmosphere of the hotel. The facilities (swimming pool, restaurant, terrace, billiards, etc.) The variety of dishes in the restaurant. The location.

Internet is sufficient for a basic use but unstable for a professional one. Except this point, the hotel was perfect for me.

Very tired and noisy, advertised like a hotel however it was more like a hostel with a private bathroom. Rooms very old and run down.

It was in a great spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. they offered help with excursions aswell. there is no lift but the staff helped with our luggage and offered for us to be on a different floor. the room was spacious and had a nice outside communal seating area, aswell as a small balcony to dry clothes. The view was beautiful! a real highlight. Mountain View and you could see the hot air balloons. we are at the restaurant once and the food was lovely. It was a bit pricier than other places nearby so we only ate there once. the pool area was nice and peaceful and a nice place to relax and have a drink.

could do with better toiletries. the soap dispenser was in the shower and didn’t work too well but not a big deal when you have your own.

The main guy at the front came across as a total sleaze, not sure if it’s from a language barrier or if that’s the way he is. He was rude to my partner while I was outside but as soon as I came in when I sensed something wrong he quickly stopped talking. For the rest of our stay we avoided talking to him

Great staff, good location, clean

The room we eventually moved to was extremely nice. lovely place overall.

Our initial room wasn’t great and was dirty, but we were moved for a cut price. Also power was down for nearly 24 hours during our stay.

The room, pool and hotel areas where clean. The room was modern and spacious, the Aircon in the room was new and kept us really cool. Staff where friendly and accommodating. Location was great. Good selection of drinks at the bar. 2 pool tables which kept the kids happy.

Noodle soup was good at breakfast however other dishes where Western, could of done with more local dishes to explore.

The pool was nice. The rooms are clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good.

The lock on our door didn't work well. Vang Vieng has lots of petty theft, so that was a no go for me. I upgraded the room from the last time I was there, but the quality was worse. The cheaper rooms are better quality for the price.
