Situé dans une communauté fermée, si vous recherchez la cour hawaïenne tropicale par excellence, vous l'avez trouvée. Hawaï est une vie en plein air et cela lie tout cela avec une vue sur l'océan. La véranda couverte expansive a une salle à manger, un espace barbecue et un salon donnant tous sur la belle piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire avec un éclairage à fibre optique pour profiter de la nuit et des jardins tropicaux. Les jardins se composent d'héliconie, de plumeria, de nombreuses palmiers, d'ananas, d'oiseau de paradis, de citron, d'hibiscus et plus encore.
2 ensembles de portes françaises s'ouvrent sur la grande pièce de la maison où vous êtes accueillis par de beaux sols en bambou et de hauts plafonds. Les niches d'art créent le style de la grande salle. La grande salle s'ouvre sur la cuisine à travers un grand bar de petit déjeuner. La cuisine a beaucoup de rangement dans les armoires en érable, les appareils en acier inoxydable et les magnifiques comptoirs en granit. L'espace de travail abonde et le triangle de travail se déplace facilement. Pour plus de commodité, un demi-bain est à côté de la cuisine. 2 chambres d'hôtes, une salle de bain complète et une buanderie complètent cette aile de la maison qui mène au garage 2 voitures. La maison est équipée de climatiseurs centraux et de ventilateurs de plafond.
La suite parentale est séparée des autres chambres d'hôtes de l'autre côté de la maison. Il y a des portes coulissantes en verre qui donnent sur une véranda privée pour le maître ou la piscine. La suite principale dispose d'un grand dressing principal et d'une salle de bain principale avec baignoire de luxe, douche en verre, lavabos doubles et longs comptoirs ouverts.

My family and I stayed for a week at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and they were kind enough to let us check in early since our flight arrived in the morning. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The pool is nice, a little outdated but still nice to have. The beds weee comfortable and the house was well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family of four!! Location in a private neighborhood close to town was great. The lanai/pool/yard is amazing. We used the grill and kitchen to make many of our meals at the house. The concierge provided with the rental (David) reached out before our trip and helped us book several activities. His recommendations helped us make the best selections and make the most use of our time on the island. Would highly recommend!

We loved the location and outdoor space. The home could use a refresh: rusty kitchen drain, cheap faucet that could not dispense cold water, bathroom fan not working. Spacious interior but odd layout for the space. The bed was comfortable. There are no blinds on master patio door. The sheer curtains didn’t adequately block the light. Master bathroom and closet offered plenty of storage. Strangely there is no shelf in the shower stall for bath products. We enjoyed our stay overall.

We’ve been coming to Hawaii island for many many years. This home is our favorite so far. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, we were not awakened by road noise but rather by bird calls. We to major roadways so store trips didn’t eat up our shopping days. Best, however, is the lovely pool, garden and outdoor eating area. This house is a gem!!

This property is actually what you see online!! The pool and grounds are stunning, the open family room concept was ideal for keeping us all together. The bedrooms were all perfect, especially the master with the HUGE closet and tub!! Close to everything and felt like I was at home:) We will return again soon!

Overall our stay was perfect! Check in and check out process was easy, property management was very easy to get a hold of to answer our questions. Home was kept clean with everything we needed during our stay. The yard was perfectly landscaped and provided a clean pool to enjoy the hot days during our stay. The home is located in a gated community, not far away from supermarkets and town. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home if staying in Kailua Kona.

We loved the house we stayed in. It was so comfortable and the pool was awesome!! Also it was so close to many fun activities. And even to the places we had to drive to. Again it was amazing! Would love to come back and stay here again! Soon! Hopefully soon!!

We had such a good time here. The yard was perfect for our busy toddler, and the pool was so relaxing for my friends, my husband, and me! The house had everything we need to cook breakfast every morning. It was hard to see the settings on the stove, but I expected that after reading the reviews. It wasn't detrimental to our cooking process though lol they have everything you need in the garage for the beach, from umbrellas, chairs, sand, and toys... plus floaties for the pool, and more. They were easy to communicate with, and we wanted to stay longer... but, of course, it was booked! But that's a great place for ya! :) thank you!

Everything about this house was perfect. Not far at all from the airport and the check-in process could not have been easier. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The layout of the house was exactly what my family was looking for. Spacious bedrooms and wide open kitchen and living/dining room area. The backyard was fantastic. Perfect for lounging around and the pool was nice to have once the day started heating up. The location is honestly one of the best parts. You’re not far from any place you would want to visit in Kona. I would definitely come back to this house the next time I’m on the big island.

The house lived up to the pictures online. The pool and backyard was my favorite. It was so quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was low-key and the house was away from the main road so did not hear much noise. The air conditioner was a blessing! Even in mid-March the weather was in low to mid-80's during the day so the air conditioner helped so much especially sleeping at night.
We ran into trouble regarding the grill - out of propane in the tanks and then the grill burners wouldn't light up even after propane tanks were replaced. Kona Coast Vacations responded promptly (on a Sunday!) and replaced the propane tanks. And then replaced the whole grill on Monday when we called to tell them the burners wouldn't all light up even with the new tanks. They were very helpful.
The kitchen stove is a bit outdated because the numbers were all rubbed off so had to guesstimate the temp level for the stove. The water heater was solar powered so the hot water would sometimes run out of water when two people were taking showers at the same time in the morning. Those were the only negatives but they would not prevent me from renting again.
Kona Coast Vacations also had a lovely gift basket of Kona coffee and treats which was much appreciated!

Hi, We thought the property was amazing. Our only complaint is that the kitchenware could be upgraded like the knives, plates, cups, wine glasses etc. Other than that the place was fantastic!!

This was simply one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had in Hawaii. The home was exactly as advertised perhaps even better since there were many things that we found “in stock” that really made it so much fun. The neighborhood is phenomenal (wait till you see the view as you enter the gates). The backyard is paradise—full stop. Thank you for the wonderful time.

We had a wonderful location for our group to stay in and explore the island. The home is warm and inviting. This was our 2nd stay in this location. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice and relaxing visit to Kona.

Just got home from an amazing week on the Big Island! My parents staying in Kailua-Kona for the month and wanted their 5 adult children and extended families to join them. I rented this beautiful home for our family of 5. Ages 23-60. We loved everything about this property. Amazing views, amazing lanai, perfect set-up, and a short walk to Ali’i Drive (10 mins). A couple siblings rented condos and we definitely hit jackpot with this property. Pool is beautiful and we spent everyday from sunrise to sunset on lanai (when we weren’t hiking or dining out). From coffee listening to the birds every morning to cocktails and cards during sunset, we thoroughly enjoyed this home. There is a view of ocean and the grounds are beautiful

Nice house overall but the some of the appliances need to be updated (the numbers were rubbed off from the stove and the coffee maker - very hard to use) Kitchen was not as well equipped as some of the other rental properties we've stayed in. More pots & pans needed. We needed more towels and blankets but the property manager was EXCELLENT and brought us some right away. The view to the water was not great - the picture on the website was a bit misleading.

We spent 90% of our week hanging out in the pool and on the lanai!!! Spacious! Master bedroom is removed from the the other bedrooms to create privacy. Well stocked kitchen!! Only hiccup is that the yard work and pool cleaners were there while we were and it was a little annoying.

The home, especially the yard, were all that we expected. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances needed for cooking and enjoying a meal on the patio. You won’t be disappointed.

Paradise backyard
We fully enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. The backyard is the best part of the whole house. We ate every meal in the backyard. The grounds are immaculate and our final sunset was simply amazing!
