Due to attic location, ceiling is low on some areas of the apartment which my tall son was not so keen on

The apartment was beautiful and Gabriel and Marlene were so kind and welcoming. Views are amazing and the facilities are perfect for a family.

Attic bay is a wonderful apartment with a beautiful view over the Bay area. It is super clean and the towels and bed sheets smell so so good. Gabriel and his family welcomed us very friendly with a bottle of wine and orange juice…we would love to come again and miss it already!

The parking garage is a big plus although it’s tough to get through with a bigger car. It gets easier to drive up after some time:)

The apartment is very stylish and tastefully decorated, extremely clean, very well equipped, the view from the balcony is amazing. There are beautiful plants giving a very personal touch. The supermarket is just downstairs and very well stocked with everything you need. The bus stop is few minutes away and taxis are available in front of the building. There are plenty of very good restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the area. The place is just wonderful and people very nice and helpful. We were spoiled.

The basement parking is a little tricky to leave... But there is a parking which is awesome.

Great location in the middle of Camara de Lobos with groceries, restaurants and drinks literally steps away. Car was parked right next to the elevator! Great view of the bay and ocean!

The induction cooktop took a look at the manual to “unlock” but then worked fine!

Fantastic location and lovely views. Gabriel met us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, with some really nice touches. Quite quirky as it's in the roof so sloping ceilings; they have made the most of the space and it's gorgeous! Light and airy and so pretty. And it's spotlessly clean. The well stocked Pingo Doce supermarket is literally next door and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The beautiful harbour is less than 1 minute walk away, and there's a lovely promenade to Praia Formosa and (if you have the stamina) then on to the Lido area. Attic Bay has a little balcony which is a great place to people watch :-)

The apartment is situated at the top of a house and is equipped in a nice style. The host, Gabriel, was very kind.

The AtticBay Appartment is situated on the southern coast of Madeira, relatively close to the capital Funchal (by car 15 minutes, by foot ~ 1.5 hrs) in the small, lively fishing village of Camara de Lobos and hence has good access to all touristic places on the southern coast. The Appartment comes with an own parking space for the hire car in the garage with elevator access. A supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and a beach are all very close by. There is a small balcony with a very nice view over the harbour and coast. Perfect.

Camara de Lobos is a lively village, which means that there is noise from cars and barking dogs. But closing the windows shuts the noise off. No problem.
