Family Friendly! 3 bedroom/2 bath remodeled with ocean views and heated pool
Cette maison de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains est située directement en face de la plage! Vous pouvez voir le lever du soleil depuis la pelouse ou traverser la rue et le regarder sur la magnifique plage de sable. La maison a été entièrement rénovée. Tout est lumineux et neuf avec une sensation très «beachy». Les 3 chambres ont des lits king size, des téléviseurs à écran plat et des ventilateurs de plafond. La chambre en Floride a un canapé en cuir qui est un grand lit avec un matelas à plateau-coussin et une télévision à écran plat de 55 pieds avec un lecteur Blue Ray pour utiliser votre netflix ou tout autre service de streaming en ligne. Cette pièce dispose également de rideaux d'intimité qui en font une quatrième chambre, avec accès à la piscine pour démarrer! La maison dispose également du wifi gratuit, d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse et de toute la vaisselle, les draps, les serviettes de plage et quelques extras dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour votre séjour, y compris un Pack N Play pour les familles voyageant avec des bébés. La maison se trouve sur un immense terrain au sommet d'une dune, les couchers de soleil sont spectaculaires dès la maison! Il y a beaucoup de place pour une remorque à vélo et / ou plusieurs véhicules, il y a même une rampe pour décharger votre vélo! Dans le garage attenant, vous trouverez un chariot de plage Wonder Wheel avec 4 chaises de plage, une glacière, un parapluie, etc. que vous pouvez faire rouler juste en face de la plage! (L'accès à la plage est à environ 500 pieds de la maison.) La piscine est située dans l'immense cour arrière privée et clôturée avec un barbecue, des meubles de patio et des chaises longues pour ces journées / soirées relaxantes à la piscine. La brise de plage a tout pour plaire!

The property is a well maintained home at the end of a dead end right next to a path to Atlantic Avenue. The house was secure and extremely comfortable. We loved the pool and the ease of access to shops and the beach. Everything was in place and available for your use. You used what was there and replaced what you used. It was your own piece of Daytona Beach Shores. The host was very knowledgeable and responsive to every concern I posed! It was a terrific experience for me and the family!

Love, love this location. We walked in and tried to rebook for next year right away. We visit Daytona every year. The location was perfect. The home had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The only advice I could offer if you’re an early bird do not take the master, the bedroom doors have limited privacy with bi-fold doors, and is right off the living room. If you’re not a fan of firm mattresses bring a mattress pad. The backyard is fenced in and was great for my grandson to have some freedom to run and play. The pool area was a great size for a family of 7. We didn’t even go out to eat the kitchen was so enjoyable to cook in. Gas Grill was great addition. With outdoors dining table and chairs with lots of extra seating, the lounge chairs were a perfect way to spend all the day. Lisa was one of the best hosts we have ever had. Not only did her rental live up to and surpass our every expectation. She found us a place to park our trailer the week before when my father, brother and myself were in Daytona for Bike Week. I could not say enough thank you’s. But here’s one more Lisa. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

This property was clean, cozy and efficient! Everything we could possibly need for our stay was available, beach towels, nice outside patio with seating. The bedrooms were spacious, and all had comfortable king beds. This listing will definitely be added to our favorites!

The house was nice and newly renovated. Some minor work still needs to be done but didn’t change experience. Only able to use pool twice because weather was cooler and the heater was only on for a timed 8 hours with no solar cover to help prevent heat loss so it took most of the day to get to 80+. Everyone said they had a good time and would stay there again.

The house is clean and quite comfortable for our family group.
There are plenty of towels for the pool and an ample supply of chairs and pool floats.
The beach is just a short walk away.
We stocked up at the nearby grocery store and prepared almost every meal at the house using the kitchen stove or gas BBQ grill.

The house was beautiful and so well equipped. We actually brought more than needed. The pool and yard was so nice. The neighborhood was so quiet and the neighbors were very nice. Be careful of the lower back yard we had a few prickly weeds get stuck in our feet but no big deal. Would definitely recommend 100%.

It was a awesome place. Been going to Daytona my whole life and staying beachfront but the private pool and nice house made up for not be beachfront. Will definitely book it again.

Loved this House and description was perfect. Extras like beach towels and supplies appreciated. Only issue, which we were told in advance about, was Hurricane destroyed beach access. If there are mobility issues cannot make it up and down the sand dune. We did drive onto a beach which was better for one member of our party. Will rent again.

What a perfect home in a great location! Owner was very responsive and helpful during booking along with checking in. Home was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the single story layout with use of the garage for our motorcycles and perfect parking for our truck and trailer on a dead end street. The backyard and pool area are huge! Loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. The house had everything we needed as far as amenities. Plenty of towels, linens, outdoor seating, beach toys/wagon, beach towels,etc.
Six adults (3 couples) stayed very comfortably in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you Lisa, you have a very lovely home and we enjoyed our week there!

Mother Nature decided she was gonna throw the coldest temps that Daytona has seen in over 30 years during our stay. Got down into the 20’s a couple nights. Other then that, our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was heated which helped. The kitchen had every pan and utensil you could need. We cooked several meals. To get to the beach, you had to walk up to the Van St public beach access. Every other path was destroyed by the hurricane. There’s a ton of work to be done to restore all the oceanfront properties. Publix is just a block or two away. No major complaints about the house. It’s very clean and spacious. Last house on a dead end road so very quiet and no traffic to worry about.

Lovely villa. Couldn’t be closer to the beach if you tried !!! Everything you could think of in the house. Very comfortable spacious and a lovely pool !! The owner couldn’t be more helpful and responded to any query very quickly, even with the time difference in England ! Would highly recommend a visit !!!

We loved this property. The house was nice and clean. It's close enough to the beach to walk. There's a ton of beach toys, beach cart and umbrellas. Private pool and garage parking and at the end of a private street. We had a few minor hic ups during the stay. Owner responded very quickly and had the problems fixed right away. Would stay here again!

When we arrived in town we went to the store to buy food for the next few days. We stocked up the refrigerator in the house.
Several hours later, shortly after midnight, we discovered the fridge was not cooling adequately. (Temp was 50 degrees) Fortunately, there was a second fridge in the garage that worked just fine. The next morning when we contacted the owners they were very responsive. Since it was a holiday weekend the owners could not quickly get in touch with a repairman. We told the owner not to worry about it until we checked out because the garage fridge would suffice.
This is a nice house with a good location. It was nice having the pool in the backyard.
We have already booked the house for next year.

Had a great time, loved the pool and beach, just didn’t like having to cross 4 lane busy road to get to beach, drove most of time to park that was very close. Should schedule pool cleaning after lawn mowing, pool was cleaned one day then lawn mowed next, pool got a lot of grass in it. Nice location to walk to places.
