Lieu: Phare II, unité 5-713 S. Ocean Blvd. Nous avons un merveilleux deux chambres et deux condominium de bain dans Surfside Beach à Lighthouse II. Nos locataires de toujours laisser ces compliments merveilleux. Jamais une plainte. Mon objectif est de garder la belle unité et merveilleux pour vous! Alway la mise à jour! Nouveau tapis, nouvelle peinture, nouvel éclairage! Linge de maison, serviettes, serviettes de plage disponibles pour 150 $. Non inclus pour réduire les coûts pour ceux qui préfèrent apporter les leurs!
Notre condominium est situé au troisième étage avec un grand balcon face à l'océan. Nous avons Internet haute vitesse sans fil disponible pour ceux d'entre vous qui ne peuvent tout simplement pas laisser votre e-mail! Il y a deux places de stationnement réservées.
Le condo est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour. Le condo est constamment mis à jour et nettoyé. Le condo est nettoyé par la même personne par semaine, donc tout est propre et de travail!
La vue depuis le balcon est merveilleusement dégagée! Vous pouvez marcher à l'Surfside Pier. Plus tard dans la journée, vous pourrez vous promener pour la musique de l'après-midi sur la terrasse! Surfside Beach dispose d'une large plage, propre et spacieuse. Accès facile à Murrells Inlet, Broadway à la plage, et de nouveaux centres commerciaux! divertissements nocturnes dans des blocs!

Toute utilisation de plus de 100 $ sera déduit de votre dépôt de garantie. Tarifs à la semaine NE COMPREND PAS services départ de ménage (supplément pour les locations mensuelles). Overall a nice place , plenty of appliances and kitchen items. One of the showers had hair in it as if it wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival , found a oven mit with mold all over it , one of the door locks was malfunctioning but the realtor was aware of it and were in the process of fixing it, it had no effect on the overall security of the condo due to it being a external security door. The view was nice and was in easy walking distance of the pier. All issues can be easily fixed, overall a nice place to stay.

This condo was just as described and had everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable, the beachside deck was spacious with comfortable seating and an amazing view, and communication from Melinda couldn’t have been better! It is only a half mile walk to the Surfside Beach Pier and to great restaurants and shops in Surfside.

We’ve been at this location for years but not in this particular condo. Bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and there were ample outlets and surge protectors to plug in chargers and such. An absolutely beautiful place and we will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Melinda's condo! We have been coming to Surfside for 20 years, always staying at one of the 2 oceanfront hotels, but we decided to try a condo this year once we figured out we did not have to book for a whole week. Melinda's place was amazing! So much room for just the two of us; well supplied; well maintained; had all the comforts of home; the oceanfront deck was spacious and had very, very comfortable seating. I loved sitting in the captain's chairs each morning to watch the sunrise, and I watched the ISS flyover one night from the oceanfront deck. The only drawback, for us, was the steps, but that was due more to our age. They were not that bad once we got used to them as we are fairly active in our 60's. I would love to stay here again!

Cant say enough about the deck! the Condo was very comfortable, and communication with the owner was top notch. I thought overall the Condo was clean, with the exception of someone else's hair on the bathroom floor. That was a bit off-putting.

The pictures of Melinda's Beachfront condo are Amazing but don't do it justice.. our stay was better than we imagined ! The elevated view and proximity to the ocean is exactly what we needed. Surfside is quiet and not as busy as further north at Myrtle.
The condo is very clean and all amenities come as advertised. the rooms are very comfortable and it really felt like our home from the moment we arrived.
The soothing waves washing on the shore is worth the booking alone.

This property was excellent. It is in a great location. The owner was easy to work with and the check in was so easy! Beautiful view! The kitchen was fully furnished and large laundry room. I highly recommend this property. We will be back.

Very nice beachfront condo on 3rd floor of 3 floor 6 plex. Perfect for 2 couples, like us, with 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Very clean, up to date, and complete. We all enjoyed our 3 night stay. Lots of beach walks and could also enjoy the beach anytime from the nice balcony. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Melinda was so easy to work with. Loved everything about the condo. As stated in description this is a third floor condo with no elevator but the views from the large, nicely furnished deck were spectacular being at that level. Kitchen stocked with all that was needed. Would definitely stay here again if we were going without our dogs. Pickleball venues were about 10-20 minutes away.

My husband enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect mix of relaxing and activities. We waked to the local restaurants. We loved not having to drive to go out to eat. There was a pier, however, it was not open yet. The large balcony was a plus for us. We sat out there often people watching and listening to the ocean. The door leading from the balcony the beach was very unique. As far as we could tell from walking the beach, this is the only property that has this feature. Be aware that this unit is on the 3rd floor with only walk up stairs, no elevator. But that was fine for us. We enjoyed being on the top floor with no above us. The ocean view was great. The weather was still warm in October as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience that I would not hesitate to repeat.

This property is located right on Surfside Beach on the top floor of a 3 level building. The strip of beach is lovely and peaceful, and the balcony overlooking the ocean is simply wonderful. I wish we had a longer stay.

One thing I would suggest is for owner to suggest to guests that they check the beach regulations before purchasing “shade” items other than umbrellas. Also regs re alcohol on beach. I would also like to have had a working flashlight or two in the unit - we were without power for a couple of hours due to storm and our phones were low on power.

Pros: Convenient and quiet location with gorgeous oceanfront view from the large balcony! Enough space for the family and small grandchildren. Great beach access and parking accommodations. Property management/owners are friendly and easy to communicate with.
Cons: Stairs can be a bit daunting in the heat. Patio furniture on the balcony, more specifically, the cushions, hold odors. Minor updates needed in the kitchen but everything was clean and in working condition.

We had a few minor “hiccups” at first with getting towels and sheets, but once we notified the owner, it was taken care of within a few hours. The condo was clean and such a wonderful place to stay! We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean view and also being able to head downstairs and go directly onto the beach. We had a blast and hope to stay here again!

This was one of the best trips we have had in recent years - thanks largely to the property! One of the big reasons we picked this condo was the size of the deck. We LIVED on it. The views are amazing, and the sounds of the ocean are incredibly soothing. The deck is a very spacious well-appointed area that accommodated our party of four perfectly. Having the front and back entrance/exit doors was also a nice touch that put you on the beach in less than one minute. The place was super clean and very quiet at night. This was our first trip to Surfside and this location cannot be beat. You are within walking distance of five restaurants and just a short drive from Murrell's Inlet and Huntington State Park. Melinda and her designated cleaning crew provided excellent communication that made check-in and check-out a breeze with a simple text message. The steps to the third floor were not an issue for us because we are into walking and fitness. However, three flights of steps with luggage could be a challenge for some. I will say this, once you are on top - it is worth every second of the climb! Enjoy!
