The apartment is located near the historical center of bari, it is very big and clean. When you arrive you find cold water, juices, milk, butter, coffee and pastries for breakfast. The location is easy to find.
The apartment has only one bedroom with door, although is presented as a 3 bedroom apartment.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was amazing and well located. It is equipped with all amenities, and it has 2 bathrooms. Need to mention that the beds were very confortable. The host was very nice and helped us solve an issue with the booking. Easy to communicate with him in English.

Very clean, well organised, very good communication with owner, they are really taking care of their guests
The upper floor is missing some daylight but we understand that has to do with the way buildings are constructed in the area and not with the flat/owner itself

I loved the place. It is rather stylish and comfortable.

+ Perfect shower with good water pressure and temperature
+ Location is very convinient - old town, shopping street, supermarkets, parking, lots of restaurants and cafes - all in 5-10 minutes walking distance
- Pay attention, the description is misleading: this is a *one-bedroom apartments* with additional bed in living room and one more additional on the mezzanine. It is no way three-bedroom. I hope the owner would fix the description.
- There is no terrace. Only technical balcony.
- Poor view - partially blocked view to courtyard.
- There is no access to the seafront nearby because of the port infrastructure. Beautiful seafront walkway is in 10 minutes walking distance.
- Shower heads and bidet faucet are heavily calcinated - suggest cleaning or replacing.

Sometimes was difficult to find parking. There are 2 steps from the bathroom and another 2 steps to the bedroom which are a bit dangerous

Communication was very easy and friendly. Check in and out were without any hazzle. Old town is in a short walking distance. Everything you need for the stay is available and working. The place itself is very clean, calm and safe.

Is the most Italian place we have ever been. The balcony is placed inside a block courtyard with an interesting view. In the morning you can hear the kids playing in school. The bathtub is perfect, it makes you feel like you are in a spa. The location is near the city centre and close to the pietonal road that takes you to the train station. The muffins were excellent
The breakfast should be reconsidered (more simple croissants than bread) and maybe vegan milk instead of normal milk

Top House is just that, the top. After almost a month in Bari, I could not imagine a better location to learn the city. Mario was a great host and attentive to are needs. House is clean an fully equipped for an extended stay.

Spacious apartments with good location
Not so clean as we expected. We found long black hairs in bathroom, it wasn’t nice at all. And finally after checking out I got message that they can’t find leather cushions. For a very long time that I stay in hotels and apartments, it’s first unbelievable time

We were very satisfied, the apartment fulfilled our expectations. Everything was clean, ready for immediate accommodation. The owner let us move in early. Breakfast was great.

Great place, the flat is spacious, well equiped and very clean. The flat is located in the city center, close to restaurants, bar and shopping. It will be perfect to add blackout curtain in the bedroom.

The location was excellent, near main touristic places: Basilica San Nicola, old center, station - Bari Centrale. The apartment was very nice and clean, with all the facilities we need. In a word: “ Perfect”!
