Loved the cosy cabin, the stunning mountain views and the hot tub! Christmas decorations were a lovely touch as we were there for Christmas Day, so it made it even more special.

only minor issue was that we couldn’t locate the bedding for the pull out couch but we made do with what we had from the main bed.

Coming from the Virgin Islands. Views are what we live for. We wanted something different from our everyday but with a view of course😊 We got everything we wanted and more at Pops cottage♡

The view of the Smokey Mountains....frig was clean.. The Jacuzzi on the patio over looking the mountains ...

We didn't like that it WASN'T' a private cabin. We had no idea it was practically attached to the owners private residence. We felt under watch and for that it should have been aLOT less expensive stay. We had no idea about the difficult road way to get there..very scary in light rain..and that the lights outside were set to a timer that we had no idea of. The lights went out on us while we were in the Jacuzzi at night and it was very unnerving as it was pitch dark until we figured out how where the timer was to over ride it. Honestly is was way way way over priced...the view of the mountains were perfect.. Check out was way too earlier...and we were unsettled about the hot water usage disclosure when there. Not worth the 1000 dollar for 4 nights....it was NOT a Private feeling Cabin.

The view and privacy were exceptional.

There is a ventilation/water issue in the bathroom that gave the whole cottage a musty odor and the tub & shower curtain had pink mold. The hot and cold water feeds to the bathroom sink and toilet were interchanged which meant hot water is being put in the toilet every time the toilet is flushed and limits the hot water available for showers. Having very hot water being fed into the toilet adds to the moisture issue in the bathroom.
