Situé sur une propriété pittoresque de 22 acres, la grande propriété classique a été délicieusement rénovée conformément au charme du vieux sud. La propriété repose sur des pâturages mous et de grands arbres avec un barrage et une ligne de ruisseau qui nourrit la faune indigène, y compris les kangourous.
Entouré de vignobles primés, de brasseries et d'attractions touristiques, dont Wills Domain, Wildhop Brewery, Aravina, Cape Lodge, Windows Estate, The Maze, House of Cards, Caves Road Collective, Gabriel Chocolate, Clairault / Streicker Wines et Bootleg Brewery sont tous situés dans proximité de la propriété.

Our family enjoyed the beautifully decorated large country home with multiple areas to relax. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Multiple extra personal touches made us feel very welcome. Beautiful trees surrounding the property and lots of bird life to enjoy. The location is ideal - only a short drive to restaurants, wineries and beaches.

My friends and I all booked here to have a ladies weekend away for a joint 50th & 60th celebration. We actually cannot fault anything about the place. Beautiful surroundings and loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Cape Woods. The photos online don’t do justice to the house, gazebo or gardens - they are all beautifully presented & make for a really enjoyable stay.
We loved the extra mile that our hosts went to, ensuring we had everything we needed, down to bedding for the portacot. It was also lovely to have well stocked essential items - like soap, shampoo, etc jn the bathroom & basic pantry supplies in the kitchen. We’d be very happy to stay here again, the location was perfect.

This is our favourite property down south & will definitely like to stay here as our first choice when we come back. House is well equipped with all you generally need. Furnishings & amenities were of quality & the space outside the home is just perfect to play & explore.

Magical property
What a delightful property. All loved it. A home with character, warmth, good set up for children, gazebo much enjoyed and looking out of the family lounge into the gardens was exquisite.

You need to stay here!
Our family loved staying in this gorgeous house. It was clean and had everything you need for a carefree experience. My personal favourite was relaxing on the comfy lounge with a cup of tea and a book enjoy the serene views from the glass windows. Cant wait to come back again:)

Great family retreat
We spent a wonderful relaxing time with family at this beautifully appointed holiday home. All amenities you could possibly need are there. It is just up to you to enjoy it and the lovely surrounds. Location is good as not far from Smith’s Beach and Yallingup and close to many good wineries /breweries.

Farm House Charm
Cape Wood Farm as you would expect a beautiful partly renovated farm house with charm. We loved the layout of the property with a bedroom wing which was light and bright and the open plan of the main living, dining & kitchen. The lounge area accommodated us all so we could enjoy local wines in front of the fire.
We did notice with high ceilings lots of friendly creepy crawlies and the house could do with fresh carpets.
We also arrived to the surprise of construction materials around the property with a second house being built at the rear which was not disclosed at booking to our surprise and disappointment.

Great home and accommodation for families and friends. Property provides a fabulous feeling of being in the south west but close to attractions for all ages.

Great stay and location!
Hidden gem! Great location being close to Caves Road which gives you access to all the local wineries/breweries and close to Indijidup beach. House was extremely spacious, clean and stylish. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Great location
With 6 adults and 4 kids staying at the property I was still able to find a quite place to read a book and relax. We miss the house already, thank you Guy and Penny .

Loved our stay
Had the most amazing stay at this property with friends and family. Perfect location to all the wineries. The house was perfect with lots of outdoor entertaining spaces. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return.

Stunning views!
We had a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) stay at this beautiful property. The views are incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The house feels private and secluded while only being minutes away from great places. The kitchen was generously stocked with appliances and basic cooking supplies and the bathrooms had lovely organic hand wash/shampoo/conditioner/etc. There were also some lovely touches like a selection of boardgames, up-to-date magazines, and beautiful artwork that created a lovely home away from home. We would love to come for another stay and take advantage of all the outdoor entertaining spaces when the weather warms up!

Awesome getaway home!
We went for a family getaway. 6 adults and 1 child. All of us absolutely loved the whole property. Location is great, the grounds were picturesque, the house was just beautiful and was decked out with quality linen, bedding etc. The most generous little extras you may have forgotten we’re already there. Will definitely love to stay there again. No need to look elsewhere. Thank you Guy and Penny.

Getaway
Well equipped with the necessity such as utensils, toiletries. Kids were having a good time running around the house. The fireplace was perfect for the cold night and keep everyone warm and cozy in the house. Will come back again.

Perfect girls weekend away
The property was even better in person than photos. It had everything we needed, was in a beautiful secluded location and was very clean. There was plenty of space to spread out and chill and the outdoor area was stunning. I would definitely recommend this property to others, an incredible stay!

Fantastic home for large groups
This large property easily catered for our large family group of toddlers, 20 something aunties, 30 something parents and a grandmother. Not only lots of bedrooms, but numerous living areas (outdoor and in) and a huge kitchen, very well appointed - we cooked big Christmas meals. Was very clean and had good wifi. Location between dunsb and MR handy. Many thanks

Beautiful find!
We were a family of 4 couples and 1 toddler staying for the weekend. Beautifully presented property with little extras +++. The garden is spacious and the beautiful green grass entices you outside to enjoy the property and all it has to offer. Guy was extremely helpful, prompt with replies and friendly. Location is perfect, a stones throw from Caves road, near the
Maze and a short trip away from most of the towns and sights. Loved our stay - wish it was longer.

Wonderful weekend away
A beautiful house located amongst all the beautiful wineries. 15 minutes to the town centre.
The house is equipped with absolutely everything you may need, you just need to pack a small suitcase.
