Property is in an amazing location and Hosts are amazing. We had an unexpected emergency the day of check in and they were very accommodating and kind! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Beds were very uncomfortable (old) and need to be replaced. One fan was broken and an additional fan was needed.

From cleanliness, communication, and location this was it. Just steps away from the Pier and the ocean. You could even stay on the patio and listen to the waves or people-watch when you're ready to just relax. There is always something happening during the day and very quiet and serene at night. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and helped get the beach sand off without having to scrub! Definitely recommend and will stay again. Thanks for everything Doug on making this a successful family vacation.

This was a lovely 2 bedroom home with all the amenities! Our front patio faced the ocean. It was walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed every moment staying here!

This property is awesome. Location is perfect. It does need two updates. 1). TV is rather small and 2). Furniture is not very comfortable. But over all I would recommend this VRBO to everyone.

Loved the location, all communication was great, check in was easy and seamless. Everything we hoped for, for our family of four. Restaurants and shopping steps away. If there were any cons, it would be thats its a lower unit and any movement upstairs is pretty noticeable, especially at 6am. Also the cable/satellite only worked about 50% of the time. I assume it was somewhat weather related with high winds and rain off and on but TV was more of just background noise to an essential item for us. Not enough of an issue for us to contact owner or ruin our trip. Overall, happy with our choice and would definitely rent again in the future. Even with small issues, still a 5 star stay for us.

Highly recommend this location, you can walk to everything, excellent people watching and beach access. We had so much fun sitting on the beach and patio, best spot on the path.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to anything you’ll need. The space was clean, easy check-in and Doug was great, sent an email a few days prior and then called the day of our arrival to go over everything and see if we had any questions. Did I mention the location!

This was a great property with all that Newport Beach has to offer. Sunsets on the pier, great food options and right on the boardwalk. Bicycle rentals, farmers market and The Frog House one of the only true surf shops of old. We had a great time! Our hosts were top notch👏👏👏

If you like to people watch, this is the place for you. At the most popular spot on the beach and everything is close. Owners are super informative and friendly. We are normally Florida vacationers but was going on a cruise out of Long Beach. I am thinking this is our new vacation spot!!!!

Doug was very informative with the whole check in process and gave perfect directions prior to arriving.. appreciated how he called two days prior to our arrival to give us heads up. Loved the location and how everything was walking distance.

Great location and space, owner super friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be more supplies (paper towels, coffee, etc). But couldnt beat the location!!!

Every year we take our son to the beach and we didn’t get a chance to this summer, so we decided to do a long weekend the day after Thanksgiving. Newport has always had a special place in my heart, so taking our son there and being able to stay on the beach was more than I could ever ask for! This house is in the perfect location! Just a few steps to the sand where he could play and a short walk to a little playground down the beach. Perfect house within walking distance to the best ice cream, restaurants and right off the pier. Doug was very responsive and gave very specific directions to the designated parking. We were very pleased that parking was big enough for our SUV and easy to get in and out of. House had all of the necessities and beds were comfy! We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice property, right on the beach. Condo had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the little patio looking at the ocean and watching the people walk by. Nice restaurants and shopping within a sort walk. My granddaughter really enjoyed being right on the beach. You can hear the people moving about in the unit above but was tolerable after speaking with the very responsive host.

We loved it! We were there Labor Day weekend and it was extremely hot so we were very happy to find 3 fans in the closet! Doug was a super host! Highly recommend this place!

Our visit was very nice. Weather was excellent. Right on yhe beach. Nice places to eat but a little expensive. Some homeless people. Bike rentals. We did see dolphins jumping in yhe water. Nice to have washer and dryer.

Location, Location, Location
This unit is in the heart of Newport Beach. We parked our car at the unit and never used it again until 4 days later when we left. My daughter in-law and I have a fabulous time with my 2 grand kids. The 6 y/o took a surf lesson right there at the pier. Hope to rent again.
