This property has the most incredible view of the marsh. The host was amazing with great communication and the house is lovely. We will definitely come back!

The duplex was very comfortable and clean. Accommodated 6 adults very well in the living and kitchen areas. Screened in porch was a great place to watch wildlife that was roaming in the marsh. Very relaxing stay. Would stay here again.

This was my second time staying at the home it is quaint and charming this year i didnt give a 5 star because they really need a new housekeeper as i had mentioned to my prior visit but this time hair was all in the tub and floors sandy. More pillow cases would be nice for the master bedroom unless you take your own but with 1300 plus for 5 nights i would think all of this would be includedand not a issue i dont even mind that you have to wash the sheets before you leave because i pack enough certainly do not want to pack linens. Just needs a really good deep cleaning at least where you do not see mounds of dust or other peoples hair, I really like this place and hate to be truthful in my review but it what it is and basically any place on Jungle Rd or above it is a great location.

We enjoyed waking up to the wild life and views of the screened in porch and watching the sunsets from there in the evening. The house was clean, comfortable and a great place to stay. Looking forward to coming back as well as sharing with everyone we know.

I have been going to Edisto Beach since I was born 45 years ago. This was the first time I stayed on the marsh side and this was the perfect house. The back screened in porch is the best part of the house. It fit our family perfectly and we would definitely stay here again!

The house was just as described and has just as gorgeous sunsets on marsh as others described. Just minutes to beach access and all things Edisto. Perfect for our friend long weekend wrapping up summer.

Great stay. Nice location

We were looking for a small place to stay while a family gathering was happening up the road. The location was clean, quiet, and we'll set up for visitors. I had to take some last-minute work meetings on sight. The internet isn't high speed (about 30-40Mbps up and 10-15Mbps down) but the owners helped to troubleshoot to get the best out of it. It's hard to get high speeds on an island. There is also a 5G tower near by for mobile hotspots. So that all worked out great, I just didn't think to ask about it beforehand. The view from the porch is magical and we really enjoyed being able to sit and watch the storms over the marsh. The appliances worked well. All the chairs are very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed and it had a nice large fridge which is always really handy for beach weeks. Very lovely place and we hope to stay again in the future.

Loved the back porch with the marsh view. Great with a cup of coffee to start the day. Been going to Edisto for years and this was the first time on the marsh. Great location to everything.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Comfortable, plenty of room and everything we needed. Edisto is a great place to relax and slow down some.

The screened porch was the star

Very pleased with our stay. We were only at the property for sleep and showering, due to our schedule. The home and location exceeded my expectations. I will likely be staying here again

The home was quaint and charming beautiful view from the back porch of the marsh and short walk to the beach. It had everything you needed to cook with, you do have to wash the sheets and towels before you check out or bring your own so that meant doing it early on departure if not brining your own. The owners did make me aware of that as well. All and all a lovely place and I enjoyed the peacefulness very much. I would have given a 5 star but it had a lot of dust and webs on the ceiling I did let the owners know so they could let their housekeeping know. If traveling to Edisto one thing one might want to know is that there isn't a lot of dining and some are closed on Monday and Tuesday's . I would recommend the Sea Cow and The Dockside, Coots was good lunch. I would stay here again . Thank you to Hall's for letting us use their home they were very helpful

Nice quiet location overlooking the marsh.

Pros: Cute Clean Quiet Decent internet/TV options Close to beach (beach is what I would call a clean "swimming" beach. It isn't one to walk around if you want to poke around in tide pools, etc. as those aren't around). Easy to get food (we stayed during off season) Could be improved: Fridge Water/Ice Filter needs changing. Ran out of toilet paper in 1 bath as there wasn't a spare -- had to replace from the master spare. Both porch ceiling fans out of balance, forcing us to turn them off. This is a duplex, walls between units are thin (neighbor was doing work with electric drill/screwdriver). **If you choose to use their sheets, you are forced to wait until everything is washed, dried, folded, & put back in place or you get charged. This is the 1st VRBO we've ever encountered this type of expectation. Typically, it's either "strip the bed and put sheets by washer", or "please start the wash as you leave". We waited until sheets were in the dryer and left as we didn't have time to stick around to do their cleaning crew's duties before needing to check out. Finally - it would have been nice to see small sized hand/body soaps and/or shampoo/conditioner for the shower (or even one of those units that mounts to the shower wall that you can refill in bulk). Everything else was provided (even a very small flat iron for my hair, nice!), so it was surprising not to see these small items. Best things to see: Botany Bay Preserve (also see Boneyard Beach @low tide!) Serpentarium

This was our second stay as this home, and it was as good as the first! Love the marsh views and the short walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfect to cook our Thanksgiving meal. Everything was great!
