Updated Cabin Getaway With Modern Amenities
2 Chambre 1 salle de bain maison. 2 lits queen, un canapé-lit. Peut accueillir 6 personnes. Cabin comprend le wifi, un ordinateur, TV, Ninja cafetière, lave-linge / sèche-linge. Avec une grande terrasse, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur et se détendre. Derrière la maison, il y a un sentier privé vers le sommet de la montagne avec des vues magnifiques de la jante mogollon. A proximité il y a de nombreux sentiers et trous d'eau qui sont parfaits pour les familles. La région fait équipe avec la faune et de wapitis sont souvent vus à proximité ou sur la propriété. Cette cabine est le mélange parfait entre la vie moderne et rural, ce qui en fait le refuge idéal.

We just wanted some time away from the horrible heat. It was so green and beautiful. The elk all around us provided us with some entertainment. House was clean and nicely appointed. Just supply the food you want. Not many restaurants to choose from but it is beautiful and so green in Pine. Just what we needed.

Property was a bit hard to find after dark as we were warned about. We didn’t use many of the outside furniture and equipment, but lots of options available. Enjoyed walking into town and exploring an interesting shop there. Good trails a short drive away.

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean and well stocked. The linens and towels were soft, and all instructions for check in and checkout were very clear. I would definitely love to come back!

Very pleased with property and location. As advertised...very serene and cozy. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee and watching elk feed and stroll on by within a few feet. A very nice experience my family and I will always remember.

It was a beautiful property, but the porch was very worn down and never seemed safe to walk on. And the handrail for the stairs to the porch was very wobbly.
And while my dog was welcomed, the location made it impossible to walk him safely. Just a note for any dog owners.
Also, it is a wood pellet fireplace and there wasn’t enough for my stay and no instructions on whether we needed to buy our own or contact the owner. If I had to buy more, I would have planned for such. But I felt odd contacting the owner for that when I feel extra should be left at the property. Other than what was by the fireplace.

The pictures are a little deceptive regarding the deck. We were hoping to spend time on the deck but there were a lot of splinters and weathered furniture. Needs some repairs but overall a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed it and would stay again.

This home is perfectly located near so many things. We explored both Pine and Strawberry while here and enjoyed the weather, the views and the wildlife.

Most everything was in order, with a few minor exceptions. Touches that were nice included spices, seasonings, sauces, syrups, ice in the freezer, coffee, a nice array of cookware, and plentiful wildlife and thunderstorms. Easy to find, and remote, but not too remote. This was a nice getaway for us and our grandson.

pet poop left around the firepit. Cushions left out and wet. Couldnt sit outside to many bugs. Dryer took five times to dry clothes. Glasses had to be washed before we could use them as they were filthy. Bugs in the ceiling lamps.

My son and I were thoroughly happy with this property. Communication with the host was easy. Weather was warm and thank goodness there was a window AC in my bedroom and a portable init in the living room that kept the othe bedroom cool. Due to fire restriction we couldn't use the firepit so that was a bummer. The only minor issue is the steep driveway. I am disabled and the stairs leading up to the house were not steep. I had no issue walking up the stairs. The whole experience was very good and relaxing...I will be rebooking in the future...

Host was amazing at getting back with me quickly with answers to questions. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Elk sightings were awesome. I was unable to hike up the trail behind the house due to recent knee surgery so will definitely have to rent again to check that out. Overall the house was great. The only suggestion I have for the host is to make sure the cleaning company or person is throughly cleaning the cabin. I saw several places with cobwebs and dust.

It was just perfect and comfortable! We were right at check in time, 4pm but was not ready until 5pm because of cleaning. It was also warm in the cabin during daybut cooled down and was comfortable in the evening, it wasn't a problem for us, just noted it. We will be back! Thank you

Overall the place is great for family and fur babies however the deck although large needs alit of work
If you have little dogs you need extra fencing to put up as the board are not secure in places and the side that has the shade the boards are far apart and the floor on deck their feet can slip through even our border collie had that happen to her so my daughter brought up an outdoor large rug and we put that in the area we fenced off for them
No fireworks which is what we wanted for our dogs to not be scared and my daughters family just went into Payson to watch the fireworks!

The cabin had everything you would need for your stay and was quite cozy.
We really enjoyed having our coffee in the morning and being surprised by a group of elk, a mother and her babies.
The only drawback was the steep driveway, as we have a low clearance car.
We would stay here again!

Beautiful surroundings, nice place. My son said it’s a house, not a cabin, since it has everything. We saw lots of elk nearby. The outdoor furniture is very comfy and we enjoyed grilling and eating on the deck. One of the beds is very tall and would be hard for someone who is older to climb in and out of, I think. We had everything we needed plus some, except for shampoo and soap for the shower, which I didn’t realize I needed to bring. Easy check in and location is super easy to find and get to. There is a main road right below the property which is made it feel a little less private, but the hiking path behind the house was awesome.

My wife and I enjoyed getting away for a few days in this property. Although it is right by the road, it was very quiet and had great views of the mountains and starry skies at night. The rental had all that we needed to make some simple meals during our stay. If you are looking for a nice, affordable stay up in the pine/strawberry area this is the place!

We enjoyed our time getting out of the city. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It was more of a neighborhood setting than we thought it would be but still beautiful. Everything is private property so it was a bit challenging to find places to walk the dogs other than along the street. Only suggestion is to provide more supplies like paper towels.:)

The property was alittle dirty dog pellets under pull out bed ,carpet under dining room dirty ,shower dirty , no face clothes for shower, no coffee, couches not that comfortable but it was beautiful in pine and lots of Elk really close to cabin

Beautiful views from the large windows in the house. We saw elk on the property quite often. Nice walk around the area. Great reading spot in front of fence. Overall great experience.

The place was just as advertised. We were pleasantly surprised of all the shops and restaurants that were there. Close to Tonto natural bridge and beautiful area. We'd go again.

This is my 3rd time staying here and won't be the last. Charming house in the mountains. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Elk visit the property daily.
