Kedra a été l’un des favoris des invités, avec de nombreuses critiques, depuis l’arrivée de nos premiers invités en 2004, et nous mettons constamment à jour, remplaçons, maintenons et modifions pour le rendre meilleur que jamais! C'est une maison familiale gérée par la famille et vous ressentez cette touche personnelle de la réservation au départ. Le niveau principal de Kedra ressemble à un pavillon de montagne paisible. C’est ouvert à la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 14 personnes et à notre cuisine 3-cuisines très équipée. La chambre principale est également située à ce niveau et des fenêtres bordent l’arrière de la maison, offrant ainsi une vue magnifique. Vous pouvez monter sur le porche couvert pour passer l'après-midi dans un fauteuil à bascule ou une balançoire.
À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez deux énormes chambres équipées chacune pour accueillir une famille, ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète. Le niveau inférieur peut être votre centre d’activité où vous pouvez organiser des compétitions amicales de hockey sur air ou de playstation, vous détendre près de la télévision ou vous diriger vers le lac. Également situé, il y a deux autres chambres et une salle de bain complète.
Le couronnement est à l’arrière: une douce descente sur la propriété herbeuse jusqu’à un grand foyer, un bac à sable et 100 pieds de front de lac avec un quai privé et un canoë sur une crique tranquille pour la baignade.
Notre cabine est située sur un magnifique lac à faible trafic de TVA et un bateau ponton est disponible à la location. (Veuillez noter que le lac Nottely est abaissé pendant les mois d'hiver et pendant les saisons de sécheresse par TVA). La ville de Blairsville est somnolente et pittoresque, mais elle regorge de boutiques, de restaurants et de lieux de divertissement pour tous les goûts. D'autres options se trouvent à seulement 20 minutes de Hiawassee ou de Blue Ridge.

Very beautiful property with all of the amenities, especially the neighbor that let us use his golf cart to the dock.
I will return to this home due to the spacious inside and outside. Very large backyard to have gatherings or play sports.

This property did not disappoint. The interior of the home was very clean, but the outside sitting areas could use a good washing. The waterfront access along with the private pier and fire pit were awesome. We caught and released fish off off of the pier, as well as went swimming, etc. This is an excellent family getaway. Many other things to do only a short drive away.

I really enjoyed my stay here with my husband and friends and the property was very nice, and I loved how spacious the cabin was. The rules were really straight forward and fair, and I’d definitely stay here again!!!

Our fourth stay at Kedra was just as nice as our first stay in 2006. Except, this time our kids are grown, married and have children of their own. With 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, a pullout couch and 3 1/2 baths, it was great to be able to host the family. The kitchen is well stocked. Ping pong in the garage and air hockey in the basement. A canoe and paddleboards for the lake. Hiking in the woods. Deer, turkey, birds, and squirrels everywhere. Internet works great. Roku TVs were a nice touch. What else can I say? We had a great 2 weeks with family coming and going.

We stayed at this property last year and loved everything about it. Consequently, we had to return this year and it was just as wonderful. The lake is lovely, it sleeps our 12 people-6 adults and 6 under age 11 very comfortably (in fact it could easily sleep several more), and even the little things were provided for. We particularly loved having access to a canoe, paddle boards, and plenty of life jackets. We even rented the next door neighbor's pontoon boat for the day which was great fun for all.

Great property and location. We had 6 adults and 8 children and plenty of room. There are two family rooms so the kids could enjoy air hockey while watching a movie in the basement with the adults playing cards and enjoying the main family on the ground level. Loved Kedra and would highly recommend it! Also, reserve ths pontoon boat next door as well. The kids loved spending time on the water, the rate on the daily pontoon boat was very reasonable and the owner was great to work with. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful, large home with plenty of beds for our large family. Especially loved the huge dining table where we could all enjoy meals together. The ping pong and air hockey tables were a big hit for kids and adults. Kelly was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Our extended family enjoyed our stay at Kedra. The house was clean, warm, and offered plenty of space for our group of ten. The ping pong table was a huge hit! The kids loved exploring the property and the water, even though the lake was low. And the several sitting areas, both inside and out, allowed for kids and adults plenty of space to engage in multiple activities at the same time. Unfortunately we never found pucks for the air hockey table and that was disappointing as we had looked forward to that amenity. Overall would recommend, especially in the warmer months when all the lake amenities are available.

Great cabin for family gatherings. We stayed at this property over the Christmas weekend and enjoyed the large spaces (living room, kitchen and downstairs rec room) for family activities. It was cold during our stay, so we enjoyed a fire around the outdoor firepit. The cabin has lots of bedrooms and provided ample sleeping space for the kids who all stayed in one of the larger bedrooms. The kitchen well equipped and was great for my wife who prepared meals and Christmas cookies. The host returned my texts immediately and was helpful when we had a minor WiFi issue. I would definitely stay at this cabin again.

Everything was great we enjoyed ourselves. However it was very cold even after a repairman fixed the heating system. And the drive way is very steep However there is a cul-de-sac just down the road to turn around.

We had a very nice time. Our family included a 3 month old up to 70 yrs old. The kitchen is well equipped. It is nice to have 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond through out the time from the initial booking to check out.

Overall, the vacation was fine. There were a few things that could not be controlled, like the lowering of the river and all the leaves had already fallen. The home is beautiful as pictured. Plenty of space in all rooms. The internet connection to watch tv was not the best. My biggest complaint is the ice maker didn't work.

We’re from Florida and we met our family from North Carolina, Kentucky and Alabama here for a long weekend. This is a beautiful home with everything you need. The host has thought of everything! We were very comfortable and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We would definitely book this again!

Our annual family vacation this year was spent on Lake Nottley. The house was perfect for eight adults and two children. Plenty of places to relax, be together, play games, have our boat at the dock, swim, and fish in the lake and the nearby trout streams. We vacation with our kids & grandkids every Labor Day for an extended weekend. The house was perfect for our big group of all ages. We had a blast even tho it rained pretty much the entire weekend. Thankfully we brought lots of games & had corn hole & ping pong tournaments all weekend! Kitchen was great for a large family. Big dining room table was perfect for our group. Plenty of room to spread out as well. We’ll probably rent this property again!

We truly loved this property. The interior was great with numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, an excellent kitchen and plenty of amenities. Our group of six adults and six children ranging in age from 1 to 10 was very comfortable. The amenities included the lovely lake, access to a canoe and paddle board, plenty of life preservers, ping pong table, air hockey etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Everything we wanted
This lakeside retreat had absolutely everything we wanted for a small family reunion. From 7-75 years old, everyone enjoyed the house and the lake. The house was comfortable and roomy and the kitchen easily handled cooking for a larger group. The double oven was especially useful.
Of course the lake was the big attraction and we had a blast renting a boat and exploring, be sure to find the rope swing. Back at the house, the adults could sit on the beautiful wrap around porch and keep an eye on the kids playing down on the dock and along shoreline.
Overall an excellent stay and we would definitely return. Thank you Kelly

Heavy pollen on house, had to hose porch to use. House should have been pressure washed. Dust inside. Smoke alarm missing in bedroom. Ice maker not working on refrigerator. Beautiful home, POORLY maintained.

The property was beautiful. The house was not as clean as it should have been. Grime or something sticky was found in several rooms along with candy wrappers. The trash can was full from previous renters trash in can inside of house. The yard had trash in it and the windows were not clean. The tvs on the bottom level was not working. A suggestion is to add blinds to windows to give renters the option to leave the blinds up or down. Get someone to do a better job cleaning. The toilet in master bedroom had black stuff in it. The bathrooms didn’t flush well.
