So Much More Than You Bargin For!
Cette belle maison d'hôtes privée est disponible toute l'année pour les locations à la nuitée et à la semaine. Il est situé à la périphérie de la ville, mais à seulement cinq minutes des commerces et des restaurants. Il est joliment décoré dans un véritable style occidental et est entièrement meublé avec une cuisine prête à cuisiner, deux chambres (1 lit queen et 2 lits simples), coin salon avec TV directe, accès Internet sans fil gratuit, baignoire avec baignoire et douche, et accès au bain à remous. Un foyer est situé en face pour l'usage de nos hôtes. Le pâturage peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 chevaux avec beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement des camions et des remorques. Nous acceptons les chiens; cependant, les chiens ne sont autorisés qu'avec l'approbation préalable! Pas plus d'un chien, sauf approbation du propriétaire. (Veuillez vérifier avec les propriétaires avant d'amener votre animal de compagnie.) Aucun chat autorisé. Les chiens ne doivent pas être laissés seuls dans la maison d'hôtes pour quelque raison que ce soit. Pas d'animaux sur les lits. Les chiens doivent avoir leur propre lit et cage de couchage. Les vues sont incroyables et il n'y a pas de rue transversale devant notre propriété, donc c'est très calme et paisible. Ouvert toute l'année, nous accueillons chasseurs, pêcheurs, randonneurs, motoneigistes, skieurs de fond, cavaliers, amoureux de la nature, vététistes ....... tous ceux qui aiment le plein air!

We brought our grandson before he started high school. He is 14. He and his Granddad fished but the heat was too much for the males and the fish! Views were georgeous. Property is everything and more. Highly recommend! When we got home to Kansas, grand told us it was his best vacation ever!!!

We wanted a quick getaway, chose Saratoga, and stayed at the Roan Hill Guesthouse. It was exactly as pictured except that there are now very comfortable patio chairs on the front porch where we enjoyed sitting each evening. Sierra and Bob were helpful in asking if we needed anything, recommending places to go, and telling us about the area but did not invade our privacy. While we were there, we drove past another place that we had considered staying and were SO glad we made the right choice in lodging!

We loved this cute bunkhouse - and how close it was to downtown Saratoga and the hot springs. The hosts were so nice and we so enjoyed the horses. A great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life!

This was my second time staying at Bob and Sierra's VRBO. There is plenty of room to relax, a GREAT view and a fire pit right out front. There was plenty of room to park my raft to float the river. Bob and Sierra are fantastic hosts, the best I have ever had in a VRBO

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Bob & Sierra's Ranch property. The property is so relaxing with great views either sitting inside in the rocking chairs or sitting outside on the patio. We were so very comfortable with the accommodations. Bob & Sierra made us feel like old friends. They gave us restaurant recommendations and fishing hole tips. We are already looking forward to a return visit to this wonderful property and to reconnect with Bob & Sierra.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful setting. The guest house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts were very informative about the history of the area and things to see and do. Lots of wonderful hiking trails and two excellent museums highlighting the history of the area. Plan to return for more hiking and exploring.

Our family enjoyed our sumner weekend at Bob and Sierra's amazing place. They are always so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed grilling and an evening campfire after floating the river and attending the brewfest. We will definitely come again!

A Slice of Heaven
I surprised my husband with a trip to Saratoga and being at the ranch was exactly what we needed. From the moment we pulled in and were greeted by our gracious hosts, Bob & Sierra, as well as their loveable pup, Rowdy, and their beautiful horses, we felt welcome and began to truly relax.
The entire property is wonderful and has the most awesome views of the Snowy Mountain Range. We spent many an hour on the covered front porch drinking in the beauty of the mountains while listening to the gentle sighs of the horses beside us. And, the stars at night are not to be missed. You can even see the Milky Way on a clear night!
The guesthouse is quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It’s stocked with everything you could need…including the marshmallows that you can make as you sit around the fire pit! And, should you decide that you don’t want to cook, Sierra & Bob can direct you to some fantastic restaurants.
In fact, Bob & Sierra can help guide you to anything you want to do in the area. They know the area, its stories and its history so well. Thanks to them, we already started a list of things to do the next time we visit, and, in fact, already booked our next stay!

We came back.
We had to visit this property again this year since it was so exceptional the first time. This property is at the edge of Saratoga town and it has beautiful views on the whole valley. Bob and Sierra are great hosts who will listen first and then suggest great activities in the valley that will fit virtually anyone, from spa, fishing, 4x4 wheeling, mountaineering/climbing, horseback riding, camping, going out to town for shopping, sitting at the bar etc. Time flies at this place. Thank you for everything and we will be back again for more!

Saratoga respite
We enjoyed our stay with hosts Sierra and Bob. They are very knowledgeable about the area and interesting folks. The setting is beautiful and the accommodations were great- lots of room for the two of us. Rowdy and stick retrieval ( more like toothpick retrieval) were entertaining.

Host went above and beyond during a difficult situation
In general, everything about our stay was great. We enjoyed getting to know the hosts and their animals. What’s most important tho, is how much the hosts did to accommodate in spite of a difficult situation we encountered shortly after we arrived. Because of their gracious generosity, we avoided any negative effects the situation could have had on our trip. We will be back to stay with the host and can’t wait to continue getting to know them.

Property owners are the nicest people! They are very welcoming. It has a beautiful view. They have horses on their property that you get to see from the front door of the rental. Inside and outside of the rental are very tastefully done and full of beautiful unique art. Hope to stay there again!

Wonderful place for retreat and exploring
We were lucky to select this property from Vrbo based only on our interest in horses. From day one Bob and Sierra were very responsive and provided us with great advises where to go in the area. From horseback riding, 4x4 wheeling, 7-miles hiking trails to top of the mountain and canoeing they not only knew it all but were able to understand our interests and propose best local trips for us, even provide maps and explain everything we needed to know. In 10 years of renting via Vrbo we did not see such sincere effort from hosts to make sure their guests are having the best time possible. Property has rural setup and one can just as well spend all time sitting on the porch in a swivel chair, read the book or enjoy the view. It is in the town but it is on a small hill providing best views of surrounding valley and the mountains in the distance.

Most excellent hosts
Sierra and Bob were amazing hosts. Over the course of 4 days, we got to know them and had wonderful conversations with them. They pointed us in the direction of some beautiful hikes and recommended great places to eat. Bella's was a hit - we went twice.
One of the highlights of the trip was the chance to learn about their horses and interact with them. Encore and my husband became fast friends. We learned so much from Sierra and Bob, and by the end of the stay we were right in with the horses, scratching bellies, giving them treats and throughly enjoying them.
We would highly recommend this home away from home.

Breath Giving!
This getaway was something my family and I really needed. I am so thankful to have found it. Loved the location. Sierra & Bob were amazing hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. From providing us with detailed driving instructions to making time for my daughter to hang out with their horses. The views from the house are amazing. At night you are blanketed by a sky full of stars. The guest house is absolutely cozy and I slept so soundly. Everything was amazing! It was really hard to say good-bye. We will definitely be adding this to our list of vacations spots. Thank you so much for everything!!
