This is a perfect stay. Near the beach and restaurants. The owners are very responsive and kind. The house was so much more comfortable then being crammed in a hotel room and very well priced. The little details of having it managed by the home owner were nice. They left a few snacks, the light switches are all labeled, plenty of towels, trash bags, laundry pods, beach toys, etc. I'd stay again if I find myself in Jacksonville again.

We were in town for a wedding. This house was close too the venue the wedding was at but was also close to the beach, restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend

Older home that has been restored to comfortable level on a quiet side street just a few blocks west of A1A, close to restaurants, bars, and beaches. Very well equipped including new sand chairs, beach towels, and extensive cooking equipment.
Would recommend additional living room lighting.

The cute property was perfect for our stay in Jacksonville.
We flew in from Alaska to visit our son and celebrate his 30th birthday. We easily walked to dinner every night, we walked to the beach in the mornings for sunrise. We had friends stop in to visit us. The grocery store is two blocks away…The location was perfect!!
The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice.
The beach cottage is clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked and we cooked breakfast there every morning.
Communication was perfect! Thank you!

This is a great value being so close to a very nice beach. Some supplies like towels were, detergents, paper towels were very good. Silverware was spotty, teaspoons in short supply. It is old and shows it, but in general very clean, although living room carpet needs a cleaning. Owners easy to work with.

A comfortable place to stay during our vacation. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and many shopping/food venues.
Clean and well stocked with basic necessities for cooking, laundry and trips to the beach.
Only a few minor cosmetic defects were noticable (cracks in the walls or ceiling etc) but otherwise very accommodating to our needs. Mattresses on the beds could have been more comfortable, a bit stiff but not hindering. Daily pricing was very reasonable!
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to others.

The property was exactly as described! The house has all the necessary amenities and beat staying in a hotel. Super easy to get to and from the beach, easy access to food and stores. We loved it!

It was a really fun experience. The house was at a good location, walking distance from Publix (a grocery store), and a good walking distance from the beach which is all you really need. Contacting the owner was easy and they were really sweet. The house was so cute, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay.

Home was super cute super clean & amazing location. Literally in walking distance to beach bars restaurants shopping & more. Area was super safe. Host was also amazing keeping good communication & allowing us early check in after our long drive.

Beach, shops, and restaurants were all an easy walk. House had everything we needed for making meals and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Great place to stay for a family. The property manager was very responsive and went above and beyond to return an item that was left behind.

This house is within walking distance of the beach, local restaurants and bars, parks, etc. so it was very convenient. The house is fine for the money, but I would not stay again. There was no privacy for those sleeping in the "space off the kitchen," we could not find a blanket for the sleeper sofa, which was very stained and dirty looking, and the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, it needs some TLC and updating. The owners were very nice and accommodating and in fairness, I did not message them about a blanket as we had one in the car.

Real beach house feel close to restaurants, grocery store, and the beach. Very clean and well supplied with towels, pots and pans, coffee and coffee pot. Good internet and TV. Hosts were on top of anything needed. Definitely will recommend for families.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in this cute little home! It was the perfect location with easy access to all the places we needed to be around town. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great home at a great price!

This was a super simple and cute little house within walking distance of everything we needed. We didn't get to have a beach day as the weather was kind of iffy but we didn't let that stop us! We felt very comfortable in the house. The front lock gave us a little trouble the first time we used it but Lisa answered my messages very quickly and we didn't have an issue after that. I'd definitely stay here again!

Thank you for being such a wonderful host Lisa! We had a great family vacation and enjoyed our stay in your cozy, very clean and surprisingly spacious home. Easy to find and close to pretty much everything. Plus very close to Jax beach. Kitchen is well supplied with what is needed to cook and serve meals, bath and beach towels are provided, and also some beach toys as well. Having a washer and dryer and dishwasher to use throughout our stay was also very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is very quaint. Nightly rate is good, but with all the fees not sure I’d rent again. Cosmetic issues, but a good size for a few ppl.

Mini vacation stay due to going to Mayo Climic
Great place to stay! Close to the beach and many places that are in walking distance to eat and shop. Will consider renting again in future if we come for appointments to go to Mayo Clinic again and or a great place to come with friends! Thank you Lisa for your flexibility with our stay !
