The property was great for our party in that there was a private bedroom and bath that was ideal for our traveling companion. The house itself was spacious and comfortable with a screened-in porch that was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. My wife and I would use it again without hesitation.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very well kept. I only stayed one night on my way to Atlanta from Pompano Beach but would definitely stay a whole week on a family vacation. Steven was great as well. He was very responsive.

This property is convenient to everything you need during your stay.

Great location and spacious.

I was in town to visit family with my Mom & Sister. House was a nice layout. Kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much everything you could want. Cooked a pasta dinner for my grandmother one evening. Tons of beach toys and supplies, chairs, umbrella, even a beach buggy to push on the sand with all your stuff. Too chilly to go to the beach when we stayed, so we did not use them. If you’re into Starbucks coffee it’s a very short walk to get to it, almost visible from the driveway!! Neighborhood seemed quiet and just locals. One night things got kinda loud outside - turned out the space shuttle was launching and people were cheering it on after 3 delays. They sent up “crew 8” to the space station. You could see the shuttle from the house. Better view would have been the driveway. Now I know! Outside patio was lovely. Needs some new cushions, as they have been well loved and not very comfortable. I also wish it had some twinkle lights or a propane fire table!! I wish we could have has time to sit and play cards on the porch one night. I would stay again, bring back my husband, and some friends. Plenty of room.

We just had a 1 night stay before boarding a cruise but it was great for everyone to meet at one house, plenty of beds for everyone, easy walk to the beach, restaurants & Walmart. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a nice porch area that gave us space to sit and chat.

We were very happy with this home close to the beach. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away across A1A via a lit crosswalk (very important - it's a busy road). The garage was loaded with almost anything you might want at the beach - chairs, toys, boogie boards and towels. Unfortunately, it was pretty chill when we were there so we mostly walked on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable with places to relax inside and on the screened in porch. The neighborhood is quiet and it's hard to believe you're so close to major roads and shopping. There are adult and kids bikes available in the garage and you can walk or ride through a large neighborhood of connected streets, even going over to parks on the river side. Check-in was a breeze and the property managers were very responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect. So close to all of our weekend events beachside and Eau Gallie. We love the comfortable feel, the cleanliness, the kitchen equipment, and the beach gear. I visit the area frequently and plan to stay again💕

We has everything we could possibly need! Bikes, beach toys, umbrellas, towels, high chair, coffee, etc., etc. We felt like we were at home instead of in a vacation rental! The owners were fast to text me when I had questions, and went out of their way to help with even the small things! We will most certainly rent this home again! I highly reccomend it!

We had a large group scheduled for a cruise and needed a place to stay the night before. We wanted a place to stay that had access to a beach so we could get a preview of the week to come. Also proximity to food is always important. We selected this house because it had everything on our checklist, and most importantly this is one of the few VBRO locations that allows for you to stay for one night. We’re really happy with our choice! To start off with, Steven was very flexible with our stay. We flew into Orlando very early in the morning and took an Uber to the island. While the description specifically said early checkin is not allowed, Steven allowed us to drop off our luggage. This alleviated us from toting things to the beach and while killing time before checkin. Steven also responded VERY quickly, which was greatly appreciated. Some important things about the house: - The house was huge - plenty of space for 8 large adults. - Huge screened-in lanai with comfy seating so you can get fresh air without having to deal with bugs - Really comfortable living room furniture and beds - Full kitchen & two good sized bathrooms. One of them is an on-suite with the master bedroom - Ceiling fans in every room - Very clean and enough towels for all guests - Fast internet for completing check-ins and documents for cruises / flights Some things we learned about the area close to the house: - The house really is ~3 blocks from the beach. A1A is VERY busy. If possible, turn RIGHT out of he neighborhood. - We went to Lou’s Blues for lunch. It’s totally a dive bar, but it’s right on the beach and they had really good burgers and the coconut shrimp were amazing! Go upstairs for a great view. If you’ve not had Kona Big Wave beer, get one. The beach is accessible directly behind the restaurant. - There are many places to eat that are very close by, but unfortunately they fill up VERY fast. If you plan on eating, call for reservations or go to dinner early. We ate at a place called Squid Lips. Good food, but location is awesome. You’ll have to Uber there, though. - There’s a brand new Starbucks less than one block away

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in your house. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we possibly could have needed. We enjoyed the beach and sitting outside and relaxing. The weather wasn’t the best but made watched some movies and worked some puzzles. This is a great location close to the beach, Cocoa Beach pier and wonderful restaurants. The Green Turtle is so good. We would get something to bring home almost everyday. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

It is a very nice house with everything you need. The house is very clean and looks just like the pictures. The unccrowded beach is just down the street. The owners was wonderful to work with.

Very positive experience! Steven and his family were super friendly and very accommodating. Answered all questions in a timely manner. We had a four week stay and had absolutely no issues. The house was beautiful, well kept, clean, well stocked and Steven's Dad visited several times to work on the property and was friendly, respectful and supportive. We very much appreciated the bikes and boogie boards. Very close to the beach and amenities. It is a lovely area of Florida. We have stayed in this area for the past 5 years at the same time and this was our first time staying at this property. We had nightmares with the other properties we rented and we were very relieved and happy with this experience with Steven and Hannah's rental home. We want to return next year and stay longer in this property. We highly recommend staying at this property, you won't be disappointed.

This house was perfect for our first ever family vacation with our grandsons included. You never know from pictures on a website if the house is going to be great or just okay. The owners of this property have done an great job packing all kinds of surprises into the house including a closet full of board games that my grandsons enjoyed very much and a huge video library to choose from. And being only 4 blocks from the closest beach sure did not hurt either. The house was very well equipped, very nicely furnished with just enough to make things very comfortable. Great appliances including what looked like a newer stove. Big pantry and all the cooking tools one needs to prepare a great meal. If and when we go back for a vacation in the Cocoa Beach area this house will be the first place I check to see if available and I would actually book a vacation around the availablitly of this house before I did anything else. Great location, great everything!! Thank you much Steven!!!

Great experience, very nice home and well furnished, close to the beach and great restaurants.

The house is very spacious for our family of 5. Each room is nicely decorated, as well as the rest of the house. Also everything we needed was in close proximity to us. Walmart was very close which was convenient since we did all of our shopping there. The beaches we visited were beautiful and not too crowded. And overall is was a great family vacation house with cute extra add-ons. We all loved it.

Seven of my family members, ranging in age from 11 to 68, enjoyed the week at Steve and Hannah's lovely home. We found it comfortable, spacious, and well equipped for all our needs. We were especially grateful for the beach toys and Steve's excellent guidance around viewing the rocket launch that coincided with our stay. Everyone in our group agreed the beds were among the most comfortable they've enjoyed. The location was convenient to a great variety of beaches (our favorite was Paradise - literally and figuratively!). We would absolutely go back and recommend to others.

This was a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home for my immediate and extended family. The well stocked kitchen made mealtime easier, the beds were comfortable, and the garage full of bikes and beach accessories was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet which made those morning runs and evening bike rides much more enjoyable. The owners were attentive and exceptional to work with. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean (I have stayed in beach houses before that we not as clean as this). Beds were clean and comfortable Kids loved the beach toys in the garage and games in the closet. Location was close to many beaches, stores and restaurants. Owners are very easy to reach and work with. Definitely would stay here again. :)

Stayed 3 nights in Steve and Hannah's house with 4 fraternity brothers. This is an annual event where we get together to catch up. The house was incredible. It had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. I felt like I was living at home. The place was extremely clean. It's a great spot for families or groups like ours. Steve was extremely easy to work with and texted us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was a good one. Easy to reach from I-95. Close to the Kennedy Space Center (where we spent an entire day), only about 1/2 mile from the beach. Many restaurants and shopping (grocery stores, drug stores, etc.) nearby. I have rented many homes and have never experienced one as comfortable and well-equipped as this one. Thank you, Steve & Hannah, for a great time!

We had a great stay at this property. Location was great. House was very clean and comfortable and it was extra nice having various spices, brown sugar, sugar, etc. These are things that you don't think about bringing with. Would definitely recommend this house. The owner was very nice and easy to work with and the neighbor was great as well. Great place!

The house is clean and well decorated. It is located on a quiet street that is very close to restaurants and the beach. There is plenty of room for a family or a group and lots of fun beach extras in the garage. There is a porch and backyard that is also kid friendly. Thank you for making our stay so nice!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property👍🏻👍🏻!!! My entire family enjoyed everything from the bikes to the toy closet to the kitchen appliances. The owners were exceptional in terms of their responsiveness. This property has everything a couple or family could need! Definitely going to return soon!

Steven and Hannah thought of everything. The house is lovely and well stocked with bikes and beach gear and towels (and coffee!) and all we needed to really make ourselves at home. Our family of seven was comfortable and cared for, with space to spend time together and space to spread out. Our only complaint isn't about the property at all--it's just that the closest beach is pretty rocky, so good for walking and playing in the sand but not so great for boogie-boarding--but Cocoa Beach is just down the road, so we had the best of both worlds and a nice place to unwind at the end of the day. The owners of this place are also GREAT communicators--friendly and prompt--and I enjoyed doing business with them!

Our stay was very nice! Everything you would need to accommodate a family's stay was there. From toys for the kids to beach equipment for everyone. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay for the week!

I've stayed at several VRBO homes and got to say this one is the best ever they had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay....most places we've stayed my complaint would be that 4 wash clothes really for 8 people how can that be possible....Not here Steve and his wife had tons of supplies, wash clothes, towels, condiments, toiletries , beach toys, bikes, fishing poles I mean the list goes on and on. Steve was always available and in contact with us to see if there was anything we needed that seldom happens for us and it made us feel like he was family and cared about out comfort and enjoyment....Thanks you thanks you for a wonderful stay Steve and family!! All beds were comfortable and in good condition for our much needed rest. We will be recommending your gorgeous home to other family and friends. HONESTLY not one bad thing to say about our visit.
