For our annual birthday trip, my mother and I chose Florida this year, not considering it was spring break. The property is a two story condo and the rental is for the upper level that does require stairs to access. I thought that I was renting an entire house, so this was a bit of a surprise for my mothers hip, but we never knew the other tenant was in residence. There is a need for an update on the outdoor furniture to be able to enjoy the multiple decks that are available. The property is located a short little walk from a beach access and the beach is amazing! So very beautiful! Larry was an amazing host, very responsive and made our stay special!

Overall very pleasant stay. Great location. We had a great time at Alibi bar and terrific breakfast @ Flour power.

The place was clean and well equipped. Great access to the beach.

It is just steps from the beach and is close to a state park.

Overall impression was amazing. I had read reviews prior to staying, and I was lucky enough to be able to snag this in the nick of time! So well stocked (which is not usually the case with the beach rentals), super clean and cozy environment. You can tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into making it a home away from home and we were so grateful. Thank you Larry for being so quick to respond and pleasant to work with. Hopefully won’t be our last visit!

The outside doesn't tell the story! Once inside, this property is clean, roomy, comfortable, and one of the best equipped places that I have stayed. The only upgrade I might suggest would be new/upgraded deck furniture. Close enough to the beach for a short walk and on a dead-end street which cut down on traffic.

We spoke to the owner 2 days before, and asked him if we could check in early. He had no problem. We also let him know the day before that we had respite for our 2 foster kids and it fell through and was it OK last minute to bring two more kids . again He had no problem. When we got there, I was a little surprised because a lot of places I’ve gone to Aren’t stocked with toilet paper or stocked with paper towels and it was completely stocked there. I love the fact that I did not have to get in my car to drive to the beach and get sand in it. We walked a little boardwalk area with her wagon and got right on the beach and it was perfect. It was a quiet area and would definitely stay again. .

This was my third year and I already paid for next year! Everything is in the house and is super clean! Larry is so easy to work with and gets back to you right away. Love this place.

This was a super nice place to stay. Location was perfect and the private walk to the beach was handy. We loved every minute of it! The listing was exactly the same in person as it was on here. Larry was fast on answering all of my many questions. We hope to stay here again next year!

We had a great stay. The house is in a nice location, and it had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, and the full size washer and dryer are very appreciated. Good communication with the owner.

This is a great place to stay. I did not know it was upstairs since that was not in the listing. I'm older and have had 2 knee replacements so it was at times difficult. All of that aside, I would recommend to everyone to stay here.

The property was as described, and was perfect for two couples each of us have a small dog and larry accomidated us. The area was great the walk to the beach and the beach area was quiet. We were 20 minutes from the busy downtown beach area. But Jesse's and Lizas for breakfast and the alibi, barracudas, and patches for other meals.

10 rating. Will stay again for sure. Perfect location

House was how it was described, steps from beach and close to amenities. Clean and stocked with supplies. Would stay here again.

My friends and I booked super last minute, but this place was perfect! Very close to the beach for the days and walking distance for places to eat. Very clean and had everything we needed!

This property had more utensils and appliances stocked than most we have stayed at. Location and access to the beach were great with very comfortable furniture. We had no issues during our stay and will look to stay here again during the warmer part of the year.

You are steps from the beach. Property felt safe and on the peaceful end of PCB. Property owner has provided everything needed for your stay!

This is our second year and we won’t stay anywhere else. Very clean, everything you need, extra towels, laundry detergent and trash bags. Short walk to beach and quiet area.

Overall this property was exactly as pictured. We had a nice stay and only a short walk to the beach. There were a few issues in the guest bathroom (fixtures being broken, the shower doesn’t drain well) as well as multiple lamps in the house not working. Other than these minor inconveniences we enjoyed our time in this home!

The house is very nice as is the owner who was quick to respond to all my questions. It takes two minutes to walk from the house down to the water and so close to many attractions, restaurants, and stores so the location is perfect. We will definitely want to stay here next time!

Renting the top part of this home was a good choice. Close walk to the beach boardwalk. Beds were comfortable. Definitely needs a recliner and a few bathroom updates. Enjoyed our stay!

It was a great stay! Definitely recommend this property. It was exactly as described and shown. Quiet neighborhood, no crazy condo traffic. I will stay here again!

We will certainly be back as the location was great only steps to beach and convenient to the dive shop. Also had a sweet neighbor across street with doxies.

We have been to Florida multiple times and this was my favorite by far!! The house was Awesome, clean and had everything we could possibly need!! It was indeed very close to the beach so we went back and forth several times a day. Within 3 miles of the house there was soany fun places to go and any place you could need! We will definitely go back to Panama city and to this house!!! Loved it 5 stars all the way

The location was great. I received all the information needed for check in. No major issues. Kitchen was fully stocked. The next door neighbor was pleasant. Bike week was awesome. U want be disappointed. Also the beds were awesome and a lot of towels.Owner response for our questions was quick!
