The apartment is excellent. The wifi is super fast. The bed is a king size and very comfortable as we slept really well. Well furnished sitting area and large kitchen. We arrived by car having driven from El Cotillo. We dropped the car off at the airport as you don’t need a car here at all. There are lots of bar and restaurant choices within walking distance.

This is not a complaint but it’s not that easy to find as the apartment is on a large complex of similar type properties. It didn’t help when a local guy sent us on a wild goose chase and into another residential area.

Ideal location . Sunny balcony, protection from strong winds so you could sit out comfortably. Everything you need .

I really loved the location, they have a pool in the complex.

It would have been nice to find inside bags for trash, salt, pepper and oil - essential things in the kitchen, as there is a place to cook. And also there was no soap in the bathroom or extra toilet paper. The bathroom had mold inside and the door or the bathroom was affected by humidity. When I arrived there was hair in the kitchen. No broom, no mop, no vacuum cleaner - things normal to find in a house by the beach, because u come back from the beach full of sand... I did not like that all the bars around inside of the complex are owned by English people, that were not too excited to talk to non English people, like me and my partner. * extra point: we have left a few dishes unwashed before leaving, as we were in a hurry and we woke up late - we received a very passive aggressive message from the owner that we have left the apartment super dirty in a very worrying way. I think he was very unpolite even though We said that we are sorry for the caused inconvenience, in the end we are very disappointed by this experience. Also, if the owner wants to communicate with us he should have used the official way of the booking chat to put his passive aggressive fomments, not the whats app way and vocal messages. All in all, the end of our stay made me feel the pressure of the racism and machismo... thanks For this

This apartment has been renovated to a very good standard. It is perfect for a self catering holiday. It has a full oven, four ring hob, full size fridge/freezer microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board. We stayed for three weeks and found it very comfortable. It has a large sunny private balcony with furniture. The location was great, with bars and restaurants near by. Also the beach is a short walk away.

The only thing missing from apartment was a toaster. The complex is nice and has a pool which is all kept tidy. My only issue were the steps leading to the apartment are in need of some attention as they have bits of broken concrete and a tatty handrail which isn't a good first impression.
