Idéal pour une famille. Terrasse orientée au sud pour les repas en plein air face à la vaste pelouse et à la piscine. Salle à manger et salon ouvert et lumineux, cuisine séparée. Deux chambres au 1er étage. L'un a un lit queen et l'autre a des lits jumeaux. La troisième chambre au deuxième étage a un lit queen. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Dix minutes en voiture de la plage principale de Sagg et de la rue principale de Bridgehampton. Dix à 15 minutes en voiture de Sag Harbor et East Hampton. La propriété est adjacente au parcours de golf public Poxabogue et au practice. Il y a un court de tennis en surface dure qui vient d'être refait surface. Une variété de vélos pour enfants et adultes disponibles au sous-sol. Pour les réservations de moins de 30 jours, une taxe obligatoire du comté de Suffolk de 3% sera facturée.

This charming Hamptons cottage is a perfect getaway from the bustle of the city. It is ideally located, nestled between the gorgeous beaches of Sagaponack, the serene hiking trails of the nearby nature reserves, and the delightful shops/restaurants of Sag Harbor's Main St. The property is very well-maintained and clean, and has all the most desirable amenities. The hosts are incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive.

The perfect getaway
We had an amazing three weeks in Sagaponack. Margaret and John were welcoming, kind and responsive before, during and after our stay - always happy to answer any questions we had. The house is so well located and the pool, court, garden are all beautifully laid out, making it the perfect destination for our family of five. We'll definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Sagaponack. It is completely private, surrounded by greenery, countryside and tranquility. We loved playing tennis on the tennis court, walking in the surrounding countryside and bicycling to the beach. The house is large, well-equipped, clean, and pleasant to live in. Margaret is a thoughtful, kind and respectful host which made our stay even more enjoyable. We used the pool at the end of our stay as the weather warmed up - it is huge! A Sagaponack gem!

Magical Summer
We have enjoyed this wonderful home for three years and it has become a part of our Hamptons experience. Margaret is so lovely and a thoughtful owner. The house has every amenity and is a welcoming, relaxing and comfortable property. It is also located in our favorite area of the Hamptons.

The home is clean and comfortable and has many amenities one could want on vacation. The location is great, being close to the nicest towns, wineries and the ocean.

Lovely stay at a great location in the Hamptons
Wonderful host and house was everything we needed during out stay.
Location is excellent if interest for short travel distances to Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Bridgehampton, etc.
The setting of the house is wonderful and quiet. We had many most enjoyable evenings barbecuing at the house.
The house itself is very cosy and well equipped with cooking tools, bicycles, etc. We would greatly recommend this place for anyone looking to spend some time in the Hamptons.
