The sea view suite was really amazing. We enjoyed the views and full open terrace that gives the indoor/outdoor living vibe. It was very spacious and the bedroom was separated and had a glass covered door to keep the view but give you good silence and AC. It’s a bit on the pricier side but you will enjoy the benefits of this property.

The staff was nice, but not extremely nice and they sometimes acted a bit arrogant. The food was very average and expected better quality. A washing machine would have been a great option for the apartment but they didn’t have one. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner and coffee because it’s very bad quality as well.

Väga sümpaatne, vaikne butiikhotell, asub ca 1 km kaugusel Patongi rannast mäe otsas. Tsunaamit karta pole vaja :) Väga ilus vaade Patongile. Väga püüdlikud töötajad ja pererahvas. Väga tublid koristajad. Tuba väga suur, korralik köök pliidi, mikrolaineahju, ahju ja külmkapiga. Suur rõdu. Meie jaoks oli hinna/kvaliteedi suhe hea (ca 180 eurot öö) kuid me ostsime väga suure soodustusega.

Ainult paar väikest disainiviga mis pikapeale võivad hakata häirima. Näiteks olid restoranis vale kõrgusega, liiga madalad toolid. Need toolid on mõeldud diivanilaua mitte söögilaua juurde. Külmkapi uks oli vale käelisusega. Ja veel, ma ei tea mida need tänapäeva arhitektid mõtelavad kui projekteerivad WC ja toa vahele akna ja klaasukse. Istudes köögilaua taga võib vaadata kuidas sinu kaaslane istub potil :)

The hotel was brand new and spotless. I have been coming to Thailand for 35 x years and this is probably the best hotel and service I have ever had. Vivian was amazing and could not do enough for us. We will 100% be back soon.

We had to leave

Beautifully layed out room with quality materials and many homely additions. Comfortable living area with a great backdrop, great lighting options for any occasion.

I only have two negative comments about my stay of which were enough to effect my stay. Firstly the bed is two single beads attached together to make a king, I understand this is standard procedure for many places however this was noticeable when laying across the bed and does not match the the high standards and caliber of the rest of the room. The second downfall was the air conditioning. The room was set to 23 degrees without the ability to adjust, Between this and the front of the room being majority glass i did find the room warmer than preferred at times. The bedroom does have its own unit however provides very limited cooling and unless you completely close the room off from the main area it is little to no use.

Food is very good there. Very quiet place to be far enough from craziness of Patong. Room is modern and has its own jacuzzi. Enjoyed the stay.

super Hotel. Wer Ruhe sucht und ein sauberes Hotel ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Blick auf den Beach ist unfassbar schön. Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen.

Hotel is located in Patong area but its high up on the hill which makes it a good choice if you're looking for something that is in Patong but you want a quiet and peaceful stay. IT's away from loud music, bars, locals, secluded up on the hill which makes it a nice choice for a quiet retreat. The lady working on the check in counter was really helpful when we had questions about the tours we could do and offered a discount. If you need a drink or something from the bar - you can request it 24/7

The moment we came in we noticed that the fridge in the apartment was making a high pitch noise that was so irritating and upon reporting the problem to the staff they didnt really offer to do anything about it - so we left it turned off for majority of the time and didn't really use it. If you are looking for a place that you can get out of and walk to Patong then pick another hotel as this one is high up on the hill and walking down to Patong is not that easy. Choice of food in the place is not good and very limited.

We stayed in the Suite with Sea View room and I would definitely recommend this room, as it is huge with a beautiful view of Patong beach. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The shuttle to Patong Beach was very useful. It was very nice and quiet even though you could jump in a car to Patong Beach and be there in about 7 mins.

Unfortunately when people were outside smoking on their balconies, you could smell the cigarette smoke in your room even when the door was closed. The breakfast could do with a bit more variety.

De går meget op i rengøring og generel i renhed. Hotellet , værelserne og faciliteterne var virkeligt rent. Personale er allesammen søde og virkeligt hjælpsom uanset hvad man spørger/ vil.

Almost like an apartment! - Quiet - unlike the busyness of Patong this is slightly out of town if you want to be near but not too near. - Friendly & helpful staff - Convenient laundry service on site with competitive rates the same as you’d pay in town. - Good restaurants nearby - recommend Shine Pizza & Bar - very good

Nothing - very lovely accommodation which I would highly recommend. I’ve seen people saying walking to/from Patong is impossible. It’s not, I didn’t get a cab once. If you’ve got a reasonable level of fitness it’s fine. It’s on a steep hill out of town of which the main issue is that in the 30 degree heat by the time you’ve got back to the hotel you’re sweating, but it’s very doable - just a bit of a workout. Don’t let it put you off. If walking isn’t your thing then it’s a cheap cab/Tuk Tuk.

الفندق جميل جدا في المرافق و الغرفه واسعه وسرير المريح و دورة المياه شرحه جدا بس غير مناسبه للعوائل بسبب دورة المياه التي يوجد فيها زجاج للغرفه النوم . الموقع هادي جدا المنظر من الغرف المطله على شاطىء باتونج جميل بذات الغرف في الطابق الرابع في الصباح الهواء العليل و في المساء الغروب الغرفه فيها مطبخ جميل جدا و عملي يوجد فيه جميع الادوات ما يحتاج تجيب ادوات طبخ اذا ناوي تطبخ بنفسك المطبخ مجهز

موقع الفندق الموجود على تله بعيد عن الخدمات المشي من موقع الخدمات و شاطئ الى الفندق 800 متر تقريبا النزول سهل فقط الطلوع صعب يحتاج الى توك توك او تستأجر دراجه تخليها في الفندق و قت النزول تنزل بها و الطلوع تطلع بها

The checkout process was like kick out .

The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook most of our meals conveniently. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and the shower was beautiful. The free shuttle down to Patong Beach was convenient and we used this service daily. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Patong Beach.

- Rooms with private pool is not fully private the top floor can watch the pool and can see you swimming, if it's with cover it will be wonderful. - not too much verity of food overall food was good.

The size of the rooms is big and the view is great. The facilities r great and the prices r great.

They need more frequent trips from the hotel to the center and breakfast need to be enhanced.

Property is extremely clean and well maintained. Thank you for upgrading us to pool view. Room and amenities were extremely well managed. Kettle and right amount of utensils were present for our use. Shuttle service from the property to Patong beach was very handy.

Would have been great if we could have had a bit of flexibility on checkout timing for travellers with late flights. Atleast 2hrs of late checkout would have been very helpful
