Had a great time with the family during our stay. The home was very spacious and every family member had there own quite space when needed. We also enjoyed the pool at the house and made use of the clubhouse which was very nice. Great family Vacation in Orlando

Property was a little run down and we had a few issues arise while we were there, I had to re-wash some dishes because they were left dirty and we could not cook the things we wanted sue to lack of cooking equipment ( had to go buy a big pot ) .

It had plenty of room and the kids all loved it.

It was a beautiful clean property and location. The property manager was quick responding to any questions and friendly would highly recommend.

Great location! 10 minutes to Disney, nice community setting. Pool was great! Main floor looked like it had recently been updated. Mattresses and bedding in the bedrooms were not the greatest. Overall, great property and you can’t beat the location.

The property was spatious with plenty of rooms for us. We could not get the hot tub to turn on. We called the property manager for assistance but received no response. The property has been minimally maintained. Example: the shower pan in one of the bathrooms had been repaired in multiple places, the whole shower pan needs to be replaced. There were also areas around the sliding doors where water is causing mold build up. Air ducts in multiple rooms had dust, when air came on the dust blew out into the rooms (especially the vent by the downstairs bathroom). The property appeared to be surface cleaned, but not deep cleaned in a while. In the kichen area where the floor transitioned between living room and kitchen, there was dirt buildup from lack of attention to cleaning the area. While the proprty met our needs for space, we wouldn't consider this a luxurious property. If this property were better equipped (more blankets, better matresses and kitchen utensils/etc), as well as maintenance and better property manager responsiveness, we'd be more likely to return.

This was the perfect location close to Disney! Wonderful layout of rooms. The kids loved rooms specifically designed for them. Excellent response from owner when needed!!

Pool/Hot Tub great. New couch downstairs. Mattresses need replaced. Overall great place to stay.

We showed up the hot tub was bone dry, and broken took 2 visits on separate days only for us to not have heat for it, by the 4th day when I questioned the heat cause the hot tub was cold. He told me to contact his management company which I then had to ask for the number. The pool was filthy, no one ever showed up to clean it, we were there from Saturday - Saturday. He claimed he would issue the refund for the heat for the hot tub which was $245, I asked for the refund when we got to day 4 with no heat in the hot tub. There is duct tape on the kitchen floor none of the furniture is the same as the pictures. 1 of the master sweets had parental control on it , so you could only watch kids shows in an adult bedroom. The princess room no longer has a TV at all, and the beds in both twin rooms are absolutely horrible definitely not worth $2000 for the week. There is black mold all over the edged of the pool and inside. There are also huge gouges in the pool. Both the pool and hot tub are way smaller than the pictures also. He claims it's for a group of up to 14 people. We had 8 there wasn't enough plates,silverware or seating for all of us. The outside furniture is dilapidated and very uncomfortable. And to throw salt in the wound he wants to charge me for 12 bath towels plus 12 hand towels and 6 wash clothes, claiming damage when we cleaned all of them and they were provided by previous guests not him. He only provided me with 1 picture of wash cloths as proof of the damage.Very shady character, doesn't take care of his property and shouldn't be allowed to rent his property on such an awesome site like vrbo. I've rented houses for the last 5 years with no issues and not 1 owner ever claiming any kind of damage. This was a family vacation

The posted pictures left me hopeful that everything was at least decent enough to stay 5 days. It was definitely not the case. The furniture, appliances, and most of the tvs were outdated. The mattresses were so cheap that when you rolled over, you heard which direction. The property didn't even have basic items such as face towels & bath mats and when I reached out to advise the host, he acted as if it was my problem that these basic items were not in the home. The pool area looked like it had not been serviced since last summer. The pool itself was dirty and had dark spots throughout. The water level was low and there was vegetation in EVERY nook and cranny around it. We couldn't even sit around the pool with our feet on because there was no area clear of vegetation. The property also offered a "game room" which consisted of a Foosball table, a pool table, a box tv, and a gaming chair. Neither the Foosball or pool table had balls. I made mention of these things on several instances and when I checked out, these items still had not been provided. I have stayed at Windsor Hills properties on several occasions before and this is, by far, the worst house and experience that I have had. I would post pictures, if i could, but since i can't, just steer clear of booking at this location.

Checked in and house was not clean me and my family had to wait outside for 3 hours for someone to clean house ! And owner and manager stop responding when trying to speak to them about situation ! And at this house I wasn't told until a couple days before trip that your only able to have 3 cars on premises and I was there for and event multiple people who had to park outside the premises ! I well never use vrbo again because they to me that ther was nothing they could do cause a place being dirty and neither owner or manager answering even when they called !

I don’t know Orlando well at all so I can’t really comment on the location but it is close to stores and restaurants. It didn’t take very long to get to Disney. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The two main ones being the dryer. The bent is plugged so clothes take 4 cycles to dry. I had called the maintenance company and they came but they just pushed the dryer back against the wall after we pulled it out to reattach the hose to the dryer (it was disconnected when we arrived). They never fixed the issue. The other is the pool area. There is a rip in the screen enclosure so bugs and geckos are getting in. There are also a ton of weeds poking through the stone decking around the pool. The house is big and there is plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a larger party than ours (4 people). The house was clean upon our arrival. There are NO bugs inside of this house as others have said. There are no garbage bins to empty trash into outside when they become full inside. The house did smell musty when we arrived but we turned the bathroom fans on and the smell went away. Overall it was the better of the two VRBOs we stayed in during our trip to Orlando. It could also be an amazing house with a little maintenance. We could not get the air hockey table to work and there are pool balls missing from the pool table so the items advertised in the garage are not actually available. This didn’t affect our trip but they should be replaced or removed from the ad.

We had a good time. House wasn’t great. Most of the shelves for the fridge were broken and in the closet next to the fridge. The “game room” is only there so they can say they have a game room. All of the games were broken and unplayable. The dryer didn’t dry anything. Our biggest problem was that we paid for pool heat and the pool was literally 100 degrees. Called so they came and turned heat off. So then the hot tub was cold. Not sure if there was a problem either heater as far as not being able to control how much heat or where it was going but it was frustrating. Also 4 of the beds (childrens room) are for children only. They are unusable for adults.

Great location, house definitely needs some attention. Broken dishwasher when we arrived and after many attempts to have it serviced, they finally showed to fix on our 5th day. Pool heat did not work even though we paid for it, they “fixed” it and the whole pool was over and 100 degrees. I had to turn they breaker off to shut the heat off. I messaged and talked to the host many times, and they never fixed it our entire stay. Host said he was going to refund heat from first day due to not working and still has not refunded. Pool area was dirty with hair and chips when we arrived. Great location, but will not come back to this house

To start off I tried to email the property owner with my feedback first and got no response back about our overall stay so I decided now to leave a comment. We had originally booked this trip in 2019 but due to Covid changed to the year after so unfortunately this was not our first choice to rent because the house we originally rented was already taken when we changed plans. We did read reviews prior to staying some good some not so good. The most recent one in September definitely had me concerned. I bring up this wasn't our original choice because the other house overall looked cleaner and updated and was less expensive. After we booked this the owner upped the charge from the listing even though we had already agreed to the terms. The property wasn't overall filthy but it wasn't clean the floors needed to be scrubbed and there was hair all over the stairs, so a mediocre job was done. I had seen people complained about no towels , there were towels, but not enough for 14 people that the listing states the house can accommodate. There wasn't enough utensils for that many people either. No wash clothes, no kitchen towels, the refrigerator was pretty much broken inside the shelves and drawers and side compartments only 2 were there. It just needs to get new parts or just buy a new one. So, we went out and bought wash clothes, dish towels, beach towels, 9 pillows and pillow cases and 2 box fans for the property. Hopefully others can enjoy for the future. The bedding on all beds just needs to be replaced it is very outdated and old. As other complained there was no WIFI when we arrived. We tried coming up with solutions because it was clear there was a router and modem but wouldn't connect to the outside world. I contacted the owner because TVs are all internet TVs besides an old tv in the one bedroom. The owner told me to contact management I contacted the management company and he claimed to be calling the internet provider and someone was coming to look at it. I had explained we may not be there we were going to Disney someone could come in though. After a day I also contacted the owner because I had a feeling it really wasn't happening. The management company claimed someone came in and said it worked but then nothing worked. So, once the owner got involved finally Tuesday it worked, So, that issue should be resolved. I had contacted his management company again because there were lights out all over the house never heard a word back

Where to start. The location is in a wonderful spot don’t get me wrong. But that’s about it all the amenities don’t work. Pool table missing balls , air hockey doesn’t even work, fuse ball table has no balls. The internet doesn’t work none of the TVs are hooked up to cable. It’s says in amenities that’s towels and linen are included got in touch on 3 different Occasions with the property manager which told me the towels were on there way but never showed up was there 3 days. Than they stopped reaching out completely. Said it had a hot tub and heated pool and when I asked about it I was than told it was a 35$ additional charge per day in which I paid and pool didn’t get heated and the hot tub drained and never was fixed. Still got charged and when I contacted Vrbo and had them reach out to property manager he ghosted the customer service people that where trying to help me and has not got back to me about the refund for something I paid for and never got. I was so dissatisfied I left a day early because everything that’s is wrote on the page for the place is a lie. Very shady handling of things made me pay them through PayPal to heat the pool for it not to work. Said nothing about additional fees in the description of the place.

THIS IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROPERTY I'VE EVER STAYED IN!!!! Upon arrival the house was DIRTY, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were sand, dirt and hair in all corners of the house, there were pubic hair still left in the toilets. Upstairs AC was turned off making the house 86 upon arrival. Shower drains were not attached to the shower floor, one of the shower door was broken and "fixed" with a plastic curtain. All the beds were uncomfortable and dented, Upstairs metal bed was broken, and we all had to wash the bed sheets because they were disgusting and smelled dirty. Also they do not offer you towels, only one TP per bathroom that is not new (you get what the previous person leaves for you) good luck! One paper towel, 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher tablets. But you CAN'T use the dishwasher because the door doesn't fully open due to the "great" location design (it hits the oven) Also don't plan on washing your clothes because the dryer doesn't work. OH!! and the pool? FORGET ABOUT IT!!! I guess you can call it a jungle because of the amount of overgrown weeds and dirty water, not to mention the broken pool net left out for you to look at while you are there. Also there is no grill if you an on BBQing. Now let's talk about the cockroaches that are going to enjoy the vacation with you, and savor all your meals. YES they are true, and are everywhere in the house. Internet didn't work, also there in no cable TV. The play room is the garage with NO AC, half on the pool balls are missing. This house needs MAJOR remodeling, besides feeling like it is stuck in early 2000's about 90% of furniture is either broken or stained. Fridge also has a broken glass piece and missing door basket. Also house smells like mold. Be prepared if you have allergies because they will be at a 100%. I did contact property manager and owner to fix some of the issues, but only had the broken piece of the metal bed cut off and they left the bed with the metal pieces on it, didn't even bother to clean after themselves. After that all communication stopped (I was gosted) IT'S AN OVERALL MESS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Good stay, dont like the 3 car limit but whatever

The pictures posted online do NOT accurately depict the property. The worst part was the fact that the pool area had multiple screens torn out or just torn. I did communicate this but nothing was done, except the pool was cleaned once... As a result we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the pool because there were bugs coming in. In addition they may want to take the time and treat the patio.... There were weeds overgrown in multiple areas of the patio. Pretty frustrating, especially since we spent an extra 180 to heat the pool....

The house was awesome my family really enjoyed it. Very clean and a comfortable feeling. Mattress and pillows was a little uncomfortable but very minor. Property was very secure want to thank MR.David the owner of the house for letting us enjoy one of this homes we communicated from start to finish..

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed our time. It is nice to come home after a day at the parks and go to a house with a private pool rather than a hotel. Here's a few of our notes. 1. We loved the pool. It was already warm when we got there, so we were able to swim right away. It was warm enough even I could swim (which I wasn't expecting). Hot tub warmed us FAST! (The jets all worked fine) 2. We had lots of space. Everyone had their own room. 3. House was clean and ready for us even a little bit early as we got to town early. 4. Beds/sheets/blankets all fine/comfortable. We had plenty of towels/washcloths. 5. Location was awesome. Close to the parks, shopping, & dining. 6. We liked that it was a gated community. Checking in to the neighborhood was simple. It was a quiet neighborhood. We didn't use the clubhouse, but we did go over to check it out, and it looked great. 7. There wasn't an alarm system for the house, which was ok, but we would have felt more comfortable if there would have been, since we were in an unfamiliar area. (but the community was gated, so this helped with our concern) 8. Kids loved the game room. It was nice that it had carpet actually. 9. Kitchen was equipped ok, and pots/pans/utensils/dinnerware ok, but it would have been nice to have Tupperware type storage containers too. 10. The owner/manager was very responsive throughout the process and easy to do business with. We had a great week, and would definitely recommend this house to others.

The Villa was great. Big, clean and convenient. The sliding door mentioned in a previous post was new and easy to open and the jets in the hot tub worked great. The house is great we were close to everything, especially Disney less than 5 min to World dr. The beds were exceptionally comfortable the owner was easy to interact with. There were plenty of towels and dishware. The vacation is now a fantastic memory to be cherished until next time. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Close to major attractions, but being in a gated community, when it was time to go home it was peaceful and quiet. We had an issue with the fire alarm chirping and when we called, there was someone there to fix it within minutes. There were only 2 negatives to the property, and according to the on-site manager, both were on the list for repair - 1) sliding door track worn out, making it difficult t open/close 2) jets in hot tub not working. Those 2 items are all that stand between this house and an excellent rating. I would definitely recommend this home for large families, especially with kids. They LOVE the pool and it works great to give the adults a break from entertaining!

The house handled our group of 11(6 adults, 1 teen, 4 kids 3-9)perfectly. 4 king beds were great. Pool/hot tub were used daily -very nice. Kids liked the rec room. There is a stroller and pack-in-play to use. Price was great. Owner is great to work with.

MOST IMPORTANT ITEM ABOUT THIS HOME --- the communication with the owner was great. He responded quickly and provided thorough answers to all our questions. If you need a larger vacation rental home, I highly recommend this Windsor Hills home. Our family felt very secure and safe with guards at the front gate 24/7 controlling access to the neighborhood. The website was accurate describing the condition of the home and it even has an ample supply of bath towels for a large group. Our family consists of 8 adults and 5 children - all 7 years old and younger. When the grandkids were not in the pool, you could usually find them in the game room. Having four bedrooms with a king size bed was a real plus for the adults. The whole family used the backyard pool extensively. It was nice to come back from a long day and hop in the the backyard screened in pool. It is such a plus not to eat in restaurants for every meal and shopping for groceries is convenient. This location is a quick drive to Disney's front door. Going to the Sea World is convenient too. One word of caution. We left a lot of money at the outlet mall (exit 68 on the way to Sea World). My daughters loved shopping there and they are still talking about how much money I saved. LOL If you are vacationing in Kissimmee, this is a great place to call home during your stay.

It was great to have a bedroom for everyone - 6 adult, 4 children. One of my grandsons has celiac disease (allergy to wheat), so it was nice to make breakfast and take along lunches. We did have some trouble with the pool. It was too hot (we had paid for heat). Also, the timer for the spa stuck on the 12 min. mark and the water wasn't circulating. Needed to call to have someone come out to correct. This is a great place for a large group.

Trying to please 11 people on a Disney vacation is challenging to say the least. However, I felt like the hero when everyone actually applauded for the choice of vacation homes! The kids loved the pool, gameroom, and cute themed bedrooms with twin beds and the adults loved the hot tub, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms with king-sized beds throughout. The location to the Disney parks, restaurants and Downtown Disney could not be beat. The runners on the trip enjoyed the resort area for their daily workouts. The owner could not have been easier to work with. He was friendly, efficient, and informative. What a first-rate experience!
