We stayed here 2 years ago. Lots of fun, high on the hilltop, sheep abound as do 2 pups. Beautiful views. Room(s) were immaculate as always.

The apartment is very clean, well laid out, and with all the windows open bringing in fresh air the sleeping is great :) The sheep are fun and we enjoyed watching them and listening to their antics. Peggy and Todd are very kind people and very helpful in providing info about the surrounding area. Love their dogs :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were in the area to visit my mother in law in Hanover and for my husband and daughter to go skiing and for me to do a baking class at King Arthur Baking. This private entrance well-equipped apartment above the owners’ garage was a comfortable and cozy spot from which we could easily access all of our disparate activities.
Aside from a small snafu at check-in due to a misunderstanding between husband and wife about our arrival - everything was wonderful. Even the check-in situation was easily remedied as we only wanted to drop off our bags and come back later that evening for dinner.
The platform bed was bet comfortable in the bedroom with good lighting and side table lights. The living room pull out sofa with no springs waa also comfy and we had plenty of room to spread out. Given our back and forth to various activities we did not avail ourselves of the games or cook at all so we can’t speak to how the kitchen was equipped for meal preparation.
The morning views were gorgeous and the bucolic sheep a plus. We willl definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in the area (PS: the fact that King Arthur Baking Company with its extensive baked items and lunch takeout and eat in and coffee is just down the road 12 minutes is a HUGE bonus)

We had a great stay at Savage Hart Farm. The hosts were very welcoming and even pulled the sleds out so we could have some fun in the snow. I would recommend this comfortable apartment for a small family or couple to visit.

My husband and I needed a respite from our busy lives in Boston and booked Savage Hart Farm for 4 nights. The prosperity is absolutely stunning and the views are incredible. Todd and Peggy were super friendly and great hosts. The sheep were adorable and our dog Max really enjoyed the outdoor space. We are looking at dates to come back in the fall as this was a much needed trip to reset and reconnect. HIGHLY recommended if you’re looking for a tranquil/quiet place to unplug.

Todd and Peg are kind and gracious hosts. Communication was always quick and concise. During our stay Todd gave my wife a tour of their sheep operation and we had another nice chat in the driveway as we crossed paths with both of them. I mention this because I am a little leary of staying at properties which are connected to the host's residence. Todd and Peg have just the right balance of being available but not hovering. They are a very interesting couple with a great story of how they got to this place in their lives.
Even though the house is in a very quiet country setting you are just a short drive to lots of food options and sightseeing. The description and pictures on VRBO are very accurate for this quaint getaway.

What a fabulous place! We loved everything about it. On a hilltop with expansive views and a very well appointed one bedroom rental. Peggy, the owner, took us to feed the sheep on the farm and we loved every minute of her discourse on sheep and their care. Close to charming towns, hikes and restaurants!

Looks just like the photos. Stunning views; we lucked into a ridiculously gorgeous fall weekend with peak leaf colors (not our reason for the trip!) and I wish we’d had more time to just sit and enjoy the view of wander around the property. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable (good memory foam mattress, etc). We would definitely return to this great property next time we are in the Upper Valley.
We didn’t meet the owners due to scheduling but they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to buy one of their hilarious farm t-shirts, and also were flexible in making communication work when the VRBO app was acting up on my end!

Very special place indeed. Excellent private accommodations with easy access and a spectacular setting especially during the Fall season changing. Views in the front and back were as spectacular as anything I have seen in the area.

We needed to bring our dog with us on and I was delighted to find this lovely apartment! Lots of windows that let in natural light and a gorgeous view. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was very well stocked with utensils and dishes. It was a very comfortable and welcoming space to stay. I was able to take some pictures of the sheep and enjoyed getting a chance to meet them. Todd and Peggy were great hosts. Wish we could have stayed longer, we hope to stay again !

We (3 adults) stayed at Todd & Peggy's apartment and were so happy we did. The apartment had a great living room, kitchen space, full bathroom, and master bedroom. The property is stunning, on top of a little hill with an incredible panoramic view of rolling hills and trees. It was quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay here again in any season.

This one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and me during a long weekend of events for a family wedding in Norwich. In between family parties, Savage Hart Farm was lovely for some quiet, beautiful surroundings, and everything we could possibly need (full kitchen, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, comfy bed, sitting area, TV for a bit of Wimbledon) to have breakfast, dress up, and recover.

Really great place to stay - clean, super comfortable beds, everything you could need and beautiful views- sunrises and sunsets. Hosts were helpful when asked and were very accommodating of a few extra requests we had. We hope to come back in the next year or so. Sheep and lambs were adorable and beautiful place to sit outside and/or have a picnic dinner.

My son was participating in a Darthmouth College activity and we decided to stay at this nice farm instead of a typical hotel. The awesome landscape and farm spirit was really a great retreat out of the busy city. The apartment was well equipped and had even more than we needed. We can absolutely recommend staying here.
