Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur la plage, les eaux vives et la jetée depuis ce chalet chéri du début des années 1900. Récemment rénové avec une grande attention aux détails, vous adorerez vous détendre dans notre maison loin de chez vous. Chaque centimètre carré du chalet a été rénové avec des appareils ultramodernes, des vues depuis l'ensemble du salon principal et de la cuisine, et une grande salle de bains avec lavabo sur pied et un charmant combo baignoire / douche sur pattes. Beaucoup de stationnement hors rue, une grande terrasse sur laquelle vous pouvez admirer la vue et un patio avec foyer vous permettent de vivre confortablement à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Avec la plage à seulement un demi pâté de maisons, c'est littéralement votre arrière-cour! La maison est à 100 pieds de la plage!

Beautiful home. Great location. Very clean an fully supplied.We arrived on a Thursday Afternoon and were allowed to enter home Early 2:30. Woke up Friday to construction across the street. So we left for a bike ride. When we got home, they were gone😊

We spent a month in this rental and were totally pleased with our experience. I should mention that we have done this SEVERAL times, which speaks to our overall level of comfort and enjoyment. The location can’t be beat and Seven Sisters is easy to deal with.As always, the property was in great shape. This time we had a few special requests to make regarding our stay. Management was very supportive and helpful in every way. They responded quickly, pleasantly and thoroughly.We fully intend to continue renting this property.

This cottage is better than pictures can provide. It's a must stay for any couple or small family. One block from the Avila (strip) and beach, morning view of the ocean and every amenity you need to feel at home. We purchased fresh fish from Merseas 2 of the 4 nights and cooked. The kitchen is perfect and the view of the sunset deserves homecooked dinners with wine. No reason to go out. This little cottage has all of the offerings you need. If it's available for our next trip in, it will be booked.

The house & location are amazing!The management was organized & very responsive! The toilet was making an odd sound & they sent someone over straight away to take a look at it. They also sent someone to take the trash cans in/out for us - the owner’s rule book requires their guests to do that chore. The new “Owner’s Parking” spot in the driveway (making guests tandem park) is obnoxious & entitled. If the owner’s show up unannounced & park, they are all the way into the property which feels invasive & can easily see guests walking through to the laundry/bathroom, in parts of the outdoor space & inside the house bedrooms & showering when the windows are open. Doesn’t feel safe knowing unidentified people can show up anytime & be in your space. The house is darling & nicely equipped, with the exception of the sofa. It is oddly noisy when you sit or move around on it & doubly so when opened up for a bed.

54 San Luis Street is a great home—very updated, bright, cheery, and just steps from the Ocean and the shops at Avila Beach. Don't let the square footage concern you; this place never felt cramped due to the great layout and numerous windows that flood the home with light and fresh ocean breezes.

This was our second time staying at this place with the family. It is perfect for us with only 2 kids. Great views, well stocked with beach supplies and easy parking. The location is key and you are a short walk to the beach and all the shops. As of this review they have just broken ground on construction directly across the street. While we were there there wasn't a lot of activity but there was some early morning equipment moving around. Just something to consider. We will definitely be back here in the future.

My husband and son and I had a wonderful stay at the Cottage By The Sea. The house was cozy, comfortable, bright, and so well equipped with everything from kitchen to beach supplies. The proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops of Avila Beach was so convenient, but we loved the view of the ocean from the house and the fun fireplace deck seating so much that we often just stayed home. Exactly as in pictures, but the authentic, home-like feel in person was beyond expectations. Sparkling clean with excellent amenities - great use of small space with large kitchen, large bathroom, great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and state of the art laundry.

We stayed at 54 San Luis the entire month of October and loved every minute of it. Due to the length of our stay, it was easy for us to settle in and feel just like locals. Our morning beach walks were always pleasant and one day even rewarded us with whale watching from the shore. Of course, nothing beats watching the sun go down while sipping a glass of wine on the deck. This beach house is well furnished and stocked. It’s good to know in advance that we don’t need to bring certain necessities. We have stayed here for several years and continue to appreciate that every year there are always improvements being made. The owners obviously love this place.As always, the management team was quite attentive and courteous. I requested some additional utensils and batteries for remotes. It seemed like they were at the door (full of smiles and positivity) to deliver shortly after I hung up the phone. They were also very courteous and considerate in scheduling installation of a new dishwasher.We are repeat customers and intend to continue the trend.

Avila Beach Cottage Getaway
We were very pleased with this property. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk made it very convenient to enjoy the beach area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and pots and pans which made meal preparation much easier. The bedroom beds were very comfortable. Overall the place was very well appointed and included a awesome laundry room. The only thing I could say that would have made the experience even more delightful would be to have a more comfortable mattress on the sofa bed. All in all this was truly a five star experience.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was really clean, very cheerful and decorated nicely. I loved the location one block from the beach but private. The view of the backyard with ample seating and a fire pit was so fun and still private. We had a problem with the dishwasher and I called and Seven Sister sent the cleaning crew over to check the dishwasher and they cleaned all the dishes by hand and put them away. Very response to our call. The beds are very comfortable so we slept well. We also appreciated the well appointed bathroom with a great shower!! Couldn't find the hairdryer though. The parking is ample and convenient! The laundry room was so nice that I loved doing our laundry even on vacation! I would highly recommend this house and I would rent again for sure. The app to check in and out was so easy. Seven Sisters is very organized. Avila Beach has very few restaurants so if you want to walk to the restaurants make a reservation before you start your vacation.

This is an incredible cottage for your stay in Avila. Steps from the beach and the shops. Off street parking is very easy. The cottage had to many amenities to list. We really enjoyed having all the supplies for the beach at the cottage so that we didn't have to pack them. Will be renting this again for our next Avila family getaway.

Great location! Beautiful home! You won't be disappointed. The only thing missing was a comforter on the beds and a real bathroom cabinet. The pedal stool sinks are great but nonfunctional. I kept dropping all my bathroom stuff! The outside heat lamp would have been great cause the nights were cold. Didn't work and the house manual said it wouldn't. Kind of a tease. Seriously, folks, this place is great!!! Book it, Dano... Oh, don't forget your pillows, cause when they send them back to you they are the wrong ones. Look forward to going again!!
