Cette maison de quatre chambres au bord du lac offre une vue magnifique sur l’eau et un emplacement paisible avec de magnifiques plantes et arbres poussant tout autour de la maison. Il y a une piscine partagée, un accès à trois plages, un golf sur place et un country club.
Il y a un grand salon avec une tél��vision à écran plat et la table à manger offre une vue sur le lac. La cuisine offre également une vue sur le lac. La terrasse avec son barbecue en plein air surplombe le lac et constitue un endroit idéal pour passer un après-midi de détente.

great location , close to Dunn court beach. love love the lake and the dock.
house is very dated, old kitchen cabinets,furniture etc. however it is very well stocked. tons of spices books and games. outdoor shower below was great. 2 bedrooms which were comfy. only 1.5 baths though. dont judge house by garage when ur pulling in driveway bc it looks like deliverance

Best part of the property is the location on the lake. However, the first impression driving in was off putting with the broken down car, boats, leaves, cobwebs and debris covering car ports, decks and steps. The worst part of the house side is the kitchen. The counter tops grout, floors, fridge, are all older and not clean. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived, the coffee pot had not been cleaned in a very long time. A pan was left in the oven filled with a large amount of grease from a prior rental. Large cutting board on the counter was very dirty. Not impressed with the older kitchen. The ignition switch on both BBQ did not work. Need to have your own lighter. One of the BBQ burners is out. Broken shades and stutters. The view of the lake is very nice, along with the family room area to all to hang out.
If it weren’t for the lake view and dock, I would have rated the house a 2. In general the property needs some love and care.

The location could not be better! Right on the lake which was lovely. The home is spacious and comfortable and perfect for your entire family. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. My only negative is the home is very dated many of the electrical outlets did not work and one side of the sink was not operational during our stay. We made it work and honestly would stay again. It would be nice if the owner would allow us to use their kayaks. I would have paid an additional fee for that convenience.

I wish this place was ours. A lakefront home on a sweet spot. Relaxing and spacious, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable king size bed. A few handyman projects here and there but nothing that spoiled the experience.

This house is a really nice place to spend time with your family, we hade great time, is a very quiet neighborhood the perfect place to get away from so many stress from the city, the house have everything that you need, you only need to bring your food they also have little seasoning in the kitchen dispenser

The location of the home is great. Fun having easy and private lake access. The house was open, comfortable and well stocked.
The issue is the management- several issues came up and it took over 24 hours for a non autogenerated response. Several issues still are unaddressed. One of the toilets was out, the dishwasher was broken, the stove top did not work, ants in the kitchen and bathroom and a few minor other issues.
The local maintenance person was helpful, but the management failed to contact him for the first 24 hours.
If the home was fixed and under different management I would be happy to stay there again as the setting was perfect.
However, I will never rent from a home managed by vacasa again. It’s unfortunate.
I would have loved to tell the owners this directly, I asked for their contact information, but was not given their contact- rather than public review.

They had 2 BBQs which was great.
Lots of cooking stuff, plates, cups and utensils.
Sleeping pads for Littles which was perfect.
My advice is to bring your own pans to cook in.

Flash light ( to walk the path at night to the dock)
If you like to fish Bring fishing poles.

-Kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING, all you need to bring is food. They even have basic spices & such and a dishwasher.
-Bedrooms are fully equipped as well with extra blankets, pillows, wall fans/heaters, foldout floor mattresses (littles to sleep next to you on the floor).
-TV has good apps for kids/adults to watch (internet goes in and out though)
-Plenty of board games/books in house for entertainment
-Market is right outside gate so if you forget anything, you don't have to drive far

-Downstairs part requires a separate key to get in/have to go outside and walk downstairs to get to bottom half of house
-Propane tank for BBQ was empty (had to wait for someone to bring another tank)/last guests didn't wash BBQ utensils and left them right there on the (not scrubbed down) BBQ grill

The lower level with separate entrance had 2 beds and a bathroom. The upper level kitchen had everything you can think of and a big dining area. The family room had games, large screen tv and access to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney, etc. The upper floor half bath flush did not work properly. The shower had lukewarm water, lower level has a small 20 inch tv…would have liked a big screen to as it was cutoff from the main level. We were told that parking was free for one car but were charged $40 entrance per car for all cars. Except for the minor issues, the place is wonderful and we love to go back someday. We had a very memorable stay at this lovely place.
