White Sands à Rosemary Beach dispose de 2 grandes chambres avec salles de bains et terrasses; l'étage supérieur a une cheminée; 1 chambre queen a pont avec lit de repos; 1 chambre avec lits superposés parfaite pour les enfants avec une terrasse; total 4 ponts (1 avec lit de repos; 1 avec écran, 1 grand / ouvert pour se détendre, 1 petit hors bas maître). Au nord du nord de 30 Une maison de taille normale, un grand terrain et une intimité (les maisons ne se superposent pas), avec une nouvelle terrasse arrière avec des coins salon et salle à manger avec un tout nouveau grill Téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre. Cuisine complète, douche extérieure, parking pour 3-4 voitures. Couches dans la salle familiale tirer pour lits doubles et de la reine, si nécessaire. Près de piscines intérieure et extérieure, nouveau St. Augustine Green Park pour les enfants et les chiens, village (5 minutes) et courte promenade (7-10 minutes) de la plage à travers la ville. Livré avec des poussettes de plage pratiques pour prendre des chaises, des glacières, des parapluies et des jouets (tous fournis) à la plage! Le côté nord de 30A a 2 piscines (une intérieure / extérieure, une extérieure; les deux à 5 minutes de la maison), également à 5 minutes du studio de gym / yoga et des courts de tennis. Côté sud a 2 piscines supplémentaires et la plage, bien sûr.

Great location. Comfortable, clean and well appointed

Great stay at the property. Had some issues with Wifi and the coffee maker, but owners were very responsive and they were fixed. Wished there were dressers in the bedrooms. We just lived out of our suitcases for the week. Location is fantastic and the value for the amount of space and location was great. Will try to rent again if we have the same number of people!

We had a wonderful time! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space for everyone. Great yard and porch spaces as well. The location can’t be beat. It took us 7 1/2 minutes to walk to the beach and we loved being so close to all that Rosemary has to offer.

This house was absolutely fantastic! The pictures don’t do it justice. The property has been updated since those last pictures. The location was perfect! Everything was just perfect. The house was well stocked with everything you need. Will definitely go back!

We loved our stay at Erin’s house! My family and I went for fall break with two adults and four teens. We hardly spent any time in the house because we were at the beach so much but the beds are super comfortable, there’s a nice backyard and we had all of the kitchen items we needed (not food supplies but pots/pans/etc.) The master bedroom suite is really nice and there was always hot water for a shower. I love this part of Florida and can’t wait to go back!

Great pet friendly place to stay. Very clean. Well stocked with beach needs. 8 Beach chairs in great condition. 2 boogie boards, beach umbrella and blanket. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Gas grill works great. This was our second visit at this location and we will rent here again.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our stay at this wonderful property in Rosemary Beach. It was clean, and had plenty of room for my wife and the kids. There is a cart with beach toys, chairs and boogie boards (Nice Touch), a nice patio in the back and parking off street for your vehicle. The property was pet friendly and just overall perfect for us. Our host was responsive and answered all our questions. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again!

This was our first time to Rosemary beach and we loved it! Erinn’s place was just as described and a great space for our family for the week, even with 4 young children. Beds were comfy, everything was very clean and the kitchen was stocked. Loved having chairs and a buggy available for use. She was super easy to get ahold of when we had questions. Being at the back of Rosemary, the walk to the beach was just far enough that it made us think twice about going back and forth in a day, but that’s also because our children are small. Overall great stay!

We stay at Rosemary Beach a few times a year and decided to try this property with the back yard. It was great! The whole inside of the house was newly painted with new bedding and accessories. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rent again!

We had a great stay at this property. The home was beautiful and very functional for our party which included our family of 4 (with 2 teen/tweens), my parents, and an uncle. There was plenty of space for all. The kitchen was well appointed and had ample supplies. The beds, linens, and towels were all high quality. The backyard is huge for a Rosemary property which made it feel very private. There are many backpack style beach chairs, a wagon, and a large umbrella- we brought our own but never needed to even take them out of our car. There are multiple porches for added areas to gather. There is a gravel driveway that provides ample parking. We have stayed in numerous homes in Rosemary Beach from 2010 to today and this was a favorite. We plan to rent again and highly recommend.

Very relaxing! Just as it shows with booking. Beds very comfortable! Great yard for dogs! Not fenced on driveway if you are worried about dogs running away. Our dogs stay close so no problem for us! Liked the location in the back of Rosemary because it made it peaceful! The walk to the beach was nice and the wagons made it easy. Best place for us In Rosemary to stay. Even our dogs were at peace after long walks , we kenneled the dogs and left for the beach! All had a great time!

Everyone enjoyed the stay. The location is very convenient for the Rosemary Beach restaurants. We had an issue with the fire alarm system. An electrician was dispatched that night and it was resolved in a few hours. We'd be happy to stay there again.

This house was perfect for us and our dogs. The kitchen was well-equipped with nice appliances. There was more than enough room, a nice big back yard, and a wonderful location! We will definitely stay here again.

This house has a great layout for multiple adults and children. Tons of beach toys and chairs are provided, big backyard, working fireplace if its cold (and it was chilly during our stay), kitchen appliances are really nice, and beds are super comfortable. We travel to Rosemary Beach every year and really enjoyed our trip!

Loved the community…beach was gorgeous… only suggestion would be blinds on windows as the sun rises mighty early.

The home was very accommodating. Everyone slept comfortably. Park and forget about driving again. Everything is within walking distance…food, shops, pools and beach.

beach chairs were full of sand and one of the guest beds had a half empty bottle of water in the sheets. Other than that, we had a great stay and would stay there again-owner was very responsive!

Seabreeze getaway
was very impressed with the property, ameneties, cleanliness, decor and space the house provided. It was close walking distance to the beach and shops. The rooms looked exactly like it did online so I was very pleased. It was an amazing vacation stay!
