Le premier étage dispose d'une grande cuisine d'étage ouvert, salle à manger et salon. La cuisine est équipée cuisinière à gaz Wolf, beaucoup d'armoires personnalisées et grand réfrigérateur côte à côte. Le salon a une cheminée à bois, TV écran plat et des portes-fenêtres qui ouvrent à la zone piscine. donnant également la piscine est une véranda grand pour manger en plein air. Il y a aussi une chambre principale au premier étage avec un lit King size.
Le deuxième étage a trois chambres dont une grande suite parentale avec un lit king double vasque, douche à l'italienne et baignoire. Il y a 2 chambres supplémentaires avec Jack & Jill bain, le premier a construit sur mesure dans des lits jumeaux avec lit gigogne double et l'autre chambre avec construit sur mesure en lits superposés et une coutume construite en lits jumeaux avec lit gigogne.
Le niveau inférieur a une grande salle familiale avec télévision à écran plat et encastrés personnalisés. Il y a également 2 chambres à ce niveau. Il y a une chambre avec lit queen size et l'autre avec deux lits taille lits superposés. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète avec douche à l'italienne.

More than enough room for everyone, and we loved the pool! Easy to walk to Rehoboth Ave and the beach. David was so helpful.

We rented this home for a weeklong vacation that included 6 adults and 4 small children. The space was exactly what we needed, and the kids loved the pool. The parking passes make it extremely easy to drive right up to the beach entrance, so don’t be concerned about the distance from the beach. The property manager is extremely responsive and friendly. Great stay and we plan to return!

My family and I (12 total - 8 adults / 3 kids / 1 infant) rented this property out in the middle of July and it was wonderful! David was extremely quick in answering any questions and was a pleasure to deal with. The listing is exactly as pictured and the pool was a lifesaver during that summer heat! The area around the house is very charming as well...great for some long evening walks. Would strongly recommend this house!

The property is in a great location and is well set up. The kitchen has everything you would need. The house is a good size but perhaps a little tired.

The house was a great fit for our family. David was responsive from booking, through our stay. The location allowed an easy walk to the quiet end of the beach but was still close enough to get to all the stores/restaurants on the main street. Absolutely would recommend!

Thoughtfully designed home with lots or room to spread out. Could use a bit of a refresh but would not stop us from renting again. The location is very good with easy walks to the beach and restaurants. David the property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

This is the first year everyone agreed this is a house we would come back to for our annual beach trip. We are eight adult woman who like to walk the town, eat out, play at the beach and have late night game nights. This house was perfect for us - great location, nice bedrooms for all, beautiful sun light, and enough room for us not to be on top of each other.

The house fit our needs beautifully. There were enough bedrooms to handle all of us and the bunk room was perfect for the little ones. We biked or walked to everything. Having a pool at the house was great! It was a wonderful time.

The house was absolutely beautiful and as pictured. Our host was incredibly responsive to any additional questions we had. Our entire family, a group of about 14 of us, ages 4-70+, had a nice time at the home and enjoyed the pool! Also an easy walk to Rehoboth Avenue with all the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The house was exactly as listed and perfect for our family’s needs. Loved the open concept with kitchen/dining area/living room. We could cook/talk and watch the little ones at the same time. Loved the outdoor shower and pool!! David (host) was very quick to respond with any concerns or questions. The house was a perfect distance from the beach and the boardwalk. This home is beautiful inside and out. Comfort level is great. We had 4 grands 6-9 and four adults and there was room to roam (and play) for everyone. Property Manager David was very accommodating and available for any questions. Short drive to the beach and walkable trips to modern playground too. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay in Rehoboth! We had a group of 8 adults and 6 kids and we fit easily in the house. The house is nicely renovated and had everything we needed. The property is within walking distance to the boardwalk and close to the Rehoboth attractions. We would love to stay again!

We all loved the house and the layout. Too cool to use the pool, however it was still running. We had a concern with the living room being two steps down, but it was not an issue. We all enjoyed our stay. We loved the Pines for location, as we walked to everything.

I am sure this house was at one time lovely but the wear and tear and poor maintenance made for a difficult visit for our family. Most importantly, it was not a safe environment for young children. The door leading to the pool had a broken lock which required us to barricade the door so our young children would not wander to the pool. The mold in the powder room was growing up the wall. Baited ant traps were on the floors and kitchen counters. Our family missed a whole day in the pool as we discovered it had no chlorine. Family room TV did not work. Mattress pad had blood stains. Carpets were all stained. Instructions at the house prohibited use of the beautifully pictured loft in the bunk room yet provided no way to remove the ladder.
Please note that house is on a main road and early road traffic will disturb guests sleeping in the first floor master. Shades in this room were inoperable so they had to remain down at all times.
I am sorry to be writing a poor review on this vacation home but am happy to say we have used VRBO in the past and have always had a great experiences.

We enjoyed our stay here. House was clean, modern and we all loved the heated pool. Only thing that was a little bothersome was that the pool heater kept turning off from apparently daily "brown outs" and it took several hours for it to kick back on. Overall, there was a lot of space and the location to downtown rehobeth was great and walkable.

This house is beautiful. We fit 4 families comfortably, 3 of which have young children. The open floor plan was inviting and comfortable. The pool and screened in back porch were a perfect place to hang out while the children took naps. The basement was a great place for the kids to play, the extra space was perfect. The house is a little far from the beach but absolutely doable- we walked 2 toddlers in a stroller every day but with a bike is quite enjoyable. It’s a quick walk to Starbucks, liquor store and convenience store. We loved our stay! David was always available and answered all
of our questions promptly. He was informative and kind. It was a great experience. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay here though you could tell that we arrived in the middle of high season. House could use a refresh before next summer of the linens (they used a service, but bedspreads, blankets, etc were also worn out.), carpet and kitchenware especially. (We were often short on forks, knives were dull.) The coffeemaker really needs replacing. (Shout out to Rise Up Coffee just down the street for their amazing coffee smoothie, which is not too sweet.) Unless you are very picky about cleanliness and supplies, I would not let this deter you from staying. The house is great for multi-gen families. The kids loved having the whole downstairs to themselves and enjoyed the plunge-sized pool out back. Ability to walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants in 15 min or less was fantastic.

Gorgeous house, great location
We had an amazing week at this fantastic high end home! David the property manager was easy to communicate with before and during the stay and graciously dealt with all of our last minute requests. The house was the perfect layout for our multi-generational family with plenty of beds and baths on separate leveled. We loved the proximity to the beach and to downtown while still being a relatively quiet area. 10/10 will absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic Family Beach Vacation
This property was perfect for our group of 11. Adults and kids. The space was perfect for hanging out and the pool was a great bonus! This was an easy 4 block walk to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants. Dave the property manager was so nice and helpful. He came by when checking in and once to see us mid week. We would definitely come back to Rehoboth beach!!
