Terminé en juin 2016. Cette belle maison face en cèdre blanc est à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de Rehoboth Ave et 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage. La maison a un plan d'étage ouvert comprenant une grande cuisine / salle à manger ouverte sur un nouveau salon de 22 'x 22 "avec une grande télévision à écran plat avec des plafonds voûtés. Le premier étage comprendra 3 chambres principales, dont une grande suite parentale privée de 18 'x 24' à l'arrière de la maison qui comprend un wet-bar, une laveuse / sécheuse et une entrée privée. La cuisine et la salle à manger ont une grande table à manger et un grand îlot de cuisine, des armoires personnalisées et un comptoir en granit.
La maison a un grand porche ouvert avec de la place pour se détendre et manger, il y a aussi un patio de cour latérale avec pergola, barbecue au propane et coin repas extérieur

We had a great week, spacious house and well located for both beach (can walk) and the main drag of Rehoboth. Comfortable space, great kitchen to cook for large groups. We were 13 people in total (5 kids) and the house worked very well for us.

Overall, great place for large families! Plenty of space for everyone to relax. We are a cooking family so worried a bit on kitchen tools but was pleasantly surprised to see everything we needed was already available.
My only minus, you have to bring everything or rent. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Not a show stopper but a pain for those traveling by air.
Will be back next year!

Our stay at the house was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better - a couple blocks from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants downtown. The listing was spot on; everything was as described. Clean house, comfortable spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms-perfect for our large extended family! David was a great host!

Great location, having a bathroom for each bedroom and 2 washers and dryers a real plus. Large dining table great for big family meals. Kitchen equipped for any type of meal we wanted to prepare. Two dishwashers. Two refrigerators was nice although neither one had filtered water dispenser. (Would have been nice if things like toilet paper, hand soaps, and kitchen and bath towels would have been provided) Overall, our family had a nice stay.

The house was gorgeous, plenty of room, and a great location. We could easily walk to the beach or the main strip. I highly recommend this place for a large group!

House was great and had plenty of room for us, our 3 kids and their families. We hung out on the front porch a lot - kitchen was well appointed with all the tools we needed to cook for the clan. Nobody had to wait for a bathroom and plenty of places for kids naps and adults. Easy walking to the boardwalk and around town. Only downside was that the gas grill was poorly maintained and basically not functional. Oven worked fine for our BBQ as a plan B.

This house is well laid out for family gatherings. Close to both boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue. The property manager is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

There were 12 in our party and we had all the space we needed to either gather on the cozy front porch, at the kitchen island or table. There was plenty of seating in the beautiful living room. The whole house is gorgeous! The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms modern. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. David is very helpful. No issues with checkin or checkout. Walking to every thing Rehoboth was a breeze! We are working on renting again next year!

We were in town for a long weekend for a family wedding. This house was the perfect setting for us to stay in. We had our graduate-school-age children and their significant others stay here with us, plus my sister and her husband, and there was much more than enough room for these four couples. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, making this an excellent set up for privacy and comfort.
The common areas were large and very comfortable. The house is beautiful, and as I said, very comfortable.
The location is perfect. It’s about two blocks to the beach, and one short block to the downtown shopping and dining area.
We had a few questions for the host, and he always responded to us within minutes.
We could not have picked a better place to stay, and if we are in town again, I would definitely look to stay here again.

This house was exactly what we needed! BIG and spacious with so many rooms and bathrooms! Large kitchen with tons of supplies for use! Place was great!!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to ring in the new year. It is perfect for large groups with 6 nicely sized bedrooms all with en-suite baths. The location is perfect—just steps to restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We came for the Rehoboth marathon and stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect! Very close proximity to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The house is exactly as advertised. We cooked one night and it has all the kitchen utensils needed. David, the manager was super responsive. We had a small issue with warm water and he came to check and fix right away. Great stay, highly recommend!

My extended family and 97 year old mother traveled to Rehoboth for the funeral of a family member. We were arriving on different days from different parts of the country. The house was perfect for ten adults, six bedrooms all with it's own bathroom and shower with three on the first floor, essential for my mother. A large kitchen, dining room table and living room were perfect for needed gatherings with the home occupants.
It was short notice and the property manager was nothing short of outstanding. I screwed up the date for towel and sheet delivery, he fixed it immediately and provided some towels to hold us over the first night and had the sheets delivered a day early. His compassion, responsiveness and accommodating attitude made a huge difference at a difficult time.

Our annual gathering of long-time friends was made even sweeter by staying in this beautiful home. Six bedrooms & six full baths - wow! Beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and seating. Enjoyed a marathon card game at the dining room table as well as several great meals. The location is fantastic - two fairly long blocks to the ocean. Only slight issue was some loud chatter from bar-goers on Saturday night. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots/pans and everything we needed. The knives could use a good sharpening - I should bring my own! It was really nice to have two full refrigerators and a wine frig. The front porch was a sweet place to gather and talk. Oh, and walk a short ways to the lake - beautiful fall colors and a great blue heron. A fantastic get away! Enjoy!!

Walkable to boardwalk, shops & restaurants. Every bedroom had its own bathroom- wonderful for multiple couples. Well stocked kitchen and very spacious. We would go there again.

Our family of 10 adults and 5 children had a wonderful stay in this spacious, well appointed, clean and convenient home. Every bedroom has en-suite bathrooms, modern updated fixtures. Front porch is a lovely bonus. David Clark, the landlord, could not be nicer, very easy to reach and quick to respond. This is our second stay. HIGHLY recommended!

This home had a lot of room to relax and hangout. We loved the front porch. The side porch was fine for grilling. The kitchen is very well stocked. If you’re looking to be close to shopping and restaurants and pubs, this is the spot! If you’re looking for quiet, not so much as it’s at a very busy intersection. We knew that ahead of booking, so we had no problem. David is great to work with. He responds quickly and is very helpful. One washing machine is not working, but even with our large family, we were fine with one. We would definitely book again, but our kiddos are growing and we need more bedrooms. Overall, it was a great experience! Thank you, David.

Three generation family vacation - great week for all! Especially appreciate the quick responses from the property manager. Would definitely recommend this property - well stocked (no whisk or mixer that we could find), but otherwise all was fantastic!!! We liked the location - close to Rehobeth Ave - lots of shopping and restaurant possibilities!

This was a great house for our extended family! So convenient having a bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen was great to cook in and it was outfitted very well. The front porch was so nice- a lot of us could comfortably sit out there.
The house is very close to the beach and to Rehoboth Ave.
We would love to stay again next year.

We’ve been staying in Rehoboth for one week in the summer for many years. This was our first time in this house. Would definitely book again. Having a bathroom in every single bedroom was a major bonus. Although it is a relatively busy intersection and a bit noisy we adjusted to that quickly. Short 2 block walk to the boardwalk, and close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere.

The house was in a very centralized location but on a very busy street. Loved that every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Front porch was also great. This was our first time renting in the area and we were surprised at how much we needed to supply ourselves. The house had no towels (we knew that), hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, nothing. Keurig did not work but there was another coffee maker. House had two washing machines but one did not work. Also a lot of flies, but lots of fly swatters. So all in all, fine house but come very prepared!

This house has great space. Everyone was able to have a nice room with a bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is amazing - easy access to beach, shops and restaurants.

The house and location are great! We loved the set-up and the ability to walk to everything in Rehoboth, including the beach. Plenty of space in the house and on the front porch for a big group to hang out.
However, with a big group comes the need for ample parking. We had 6 cars (our group drove in from all over) & the house only provided parking for 4 cars (2 in driveway & 2 on street). There was a 5th spot but the property manager/owner uses it himself. Our 2 additional cars had to each pay $36 per day to park on the street which added up over the 4 days we stayed. Wish we had known ahead of time so we could have planned better and saved $250+.
Otherwise, we had a really great stay and would recommend this house to other groups!

We had a large family gathering for a week and had a lovely stay. The house is very comfortably furnished, the kitchen was perfectly equipped and all the beds were comfy.
The location was just what we wanted, a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and close to town

With 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, two sets of washer/dryers, large kitchen/dining/living rooms this was a great house for our 12 adults. Being only 2 blocks from the beach this is a prime location that is close to all of the shops and resultants Downton.
It has a great front porch to relax on and a table outside on the side of the house, but is lacking the luxury of other places we have rented in this price range. I would also prefer that towels were included if we are forced to pay for a linen package.
Check-in and check-out were a breeze with great communication with the owner. He was very accommodating to my requests and on top of messages.

How refreshing! This home was absolutely delightful and exactly as presented. 4 adult couples each had a lovely bedroom with a private bathroom. The kitchen was the perfect setup with a large island. great appliances and even a wine cooler. The fireplace in the living room with the beautiful large windows made for a cozy getaway from the hurricane leftovers. David, the owner, was so kind and responsive. He let us know the house was ready and we could get in a little early. He also was quick to bring over the special light bulb for the one shower. We couldn't have asked for more. The location was close to the beach and in the heart of downtown shopping and restaurants.. Absolutely loved being able to walk everywhere. We are looking forward to a return visit.

This house was perfect for our weekend girls trip! We had 14 guests and it was still spacious enough that we never felt crowded. This house was in the perfect location. We loved how close we were to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The house was extremely clean and we are so happy we stayed here. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again in the future!

This is a beautiful house and the bedrooms are spacious and adjoining bathrooms are all extremely nice. This house is in the thick of it and at an intersection. Its peaceful enough but if youre looking for a tucked away escape, this may not be the ideal location for you. David is great and cant ask for someone more responsive!
