Beautiful Pasadena Neighborhood- Detached Guest House with Garden
Un joli deux étages, une chambre avec cuisine, salon et salle de bain avec douche. Situé dans l'un des quartiers les plus beaux et les plus architecturaux de Pasadena. À distance de marche du théâtre, des films, des restaurants et des musées. Il y a un parking dans la rue avec un tarif de trois dollars par nuit.
L'unité a un patio et jardin adjacents, salle à manger en plein air et wifi et télévision par câble. Il est climatisé et chauffé et récemment rénové. Un espace frais, efficace et confortable, mais si vous êtes un joueur de football grand ou large, il pourrait vous sembler un peu trop charmant.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a long weekend to visit my mom who lives just two blocks away. I grew up in the area so for me it was very nostalgic to be in this adorable historic neighborhood!
Th unit is very cozy and comfortable. So well maintained and stocked with anything you might need! Or anything you might have forgotten. A lovely welcome basket with snacks was such a nice touch. Hope to stay again soon.

We loved this spot. Very thoughtful touches upon arrival - coffee and snacks waiting for us. Spotless place in a lovely neighborhood. Enjoyed communing with Rosy the labradoodle!

This was a great place to stay - I was doing research at the Huntington Library for a few days, and this was perfect for my needs. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is incredibly well stocked, there were snacks on the counter and wine (and half and half!) in the fridge - everything was truly lovely. Esmé was a great communicator and made sure everything went well. I would definitely stay here again and would give 6 stars if I could!
Note: the descriptions about the steep stairs and low ceilings are accurate. I'm fit and short (5'3") so it didn't matter at all.

Great location, very quiet, close to everything we wanted to see. If you are over 6 feet tall the shower will be a bit cramped, but it's a small concession for the calmness and simplicity you'll get here.

What a quant and comfortable place to stay. It meets and exceeds my needs to stay near old town Pasadena, Cal Tech and Huntington Gardens. I highly recommend staying here (except when I want stay here!).

I enjoy staying at this property. In fact I don’t want to leave after I get there.
The neighborhood is SAFE and the houses have lots of character.
Traders Joe’s, Starbucks, and Whole Foods are just a few that are close by.
I like staying In Pasadena (30-45 minutes to LA)
I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying in LA.

This little guest cottage is beautiful and very well-maintained. It is on a lovely piece of property and in a stunning neighborhood that is very relaxing and beautiful to walk around. The owners were fantastic, and communication was very easy. This is a great little place to stay if you are by yourself or perhaps a couple. It also has a beautiful little garden area. This is a wonderful property, and I would definitely stay there again!

I would totally stay here again!
This place has all the good things: great location in a quiet neighborhood, lovely yard, lovely art and books and well set up--so California, a very comfortable bed, and so many added items that were unexpected, like coffee, 1/2 & 1/2, wine, Trader Joes items...It is a wonderful place to stay!
The communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly.
I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Pasadena!

A delightful place to stay. Spotlessly clean place on a super quiet street in an attractive and very safe neighborhood of homes. Location was fine, about a 20 minute walk to restaurants, etc. Every possible amenity was provided and neatly and easily found. Sure, the shower is small, though bigger than anticipated and easily managed. Hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. Highly recommended!

The neighborhood was well kept up 100 year old houses. If I lived in the area I would walk constantly to enjoy the area.

This place is terrific! Esmé was wonderful to talk to & made sure that we had everything we could ask for. There were bananas in the kitchen, eggs in the fridge & pasta in the pantry. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Hope we were great guests as well.

Great place to stay. I was impressed by the attention to details, coffee service, and even some food for breakfast. We appreciated the Wine, the ambience, and the gracious hosts.
Very lovely to take a run or walk in Neiborhood. Good restaurants near by. I’d highly recommend this cute and well located place.

I loved staying here and hope to do so again. The unit was small-ish but very comfortable, with a lovely kitchen and bathroom, a separate living room on the ground floor and lovely outdoor space. It’s located a short walk to Colorado Blvd and Lake Street, so near all the good stuff to see. Everything was absolutely incredible. They had treats , wine, breakfast, ample towels and dishes. Property and neighborhood were amazing, parking was convenient and easy. Communication with property manager was great. The only complaints I would have are the overwhelming smell of an unpleasant cleaner that didn’t go away for at least 8 hours into my stay and the mattress seemed to have been worn and unstable on one side which did not bid for a comfortable rest for whomever slept on that side of the bed. Other than those two things, everything was exceptional.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 9 day stay. Host was gracious and accommodating. Place was comfortable, and had all the essential ingredients to make my stay very pleasant. Walking distance to downtown Pasadena. I want to return.

A great place to stay in Pasadena!
The cottage was great, and in a wonderful neighborhood. Phillip and his wife were very helpful and we will definitely stay here again when we are in Pasadena. Our only regret is that we did not get enough opportunity to play with their delightful dog.

Great Little Place
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here, we were able to get downtown easily, we walked the first evening then used Uber to get home. Property was clean and very quaint. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property - Great Neighborhood
This is a great rental for a single or couple looking for a reasonable cost option while staying in Pasadena. Have a friend or family member getting married at the Langham? This is a great, affordable option to one of the priciest hotels in the country. Attend all the events at the hotel and zip back and forth to Phil’s casita in mere moments.

Cozy cottage in very fine neighborhood.
Clean and cozy cottage in the lovely Madison Heights neighborhood. Be aware however that the ceilings in the bedroom are sloped in spots and therefore low. And the bathroom shower is small. If you are a big person, that might be a problem. It was not one for us.

Cute spot, very comfortable. Perfect for one or two people.
Shower is small and not easy to maneuver, but we are not tall people so it was fine. Host Very hospitable. We will definitely be back!
