Newly remodeled - Beach Front, Ground Floor condo - Next door to Flora-bama
Belle 1 chambre (avec lit king), 1. 5 condo condo rez de chaussée. En outre, a un canapé-lit et un fauteuil-lit pour accueillir les enfants ou d'autres invités (dormira 5). Cuisine entièrement équipée pour cuisiner, mais aussi à quelques minutes à pied de quelques grands restaurants. Nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le condo afin que vous puissiez laver les vêtements si vous le souhaitez. Il y a tellement d'agréments à apprécier au condo tels que la piscine d'intérieur, la piscine extérieure, les cuves thermales, le sauna, le court de tennis, le terrain de racquetball et la salle de fitness. Bien sûr, vous avez également une belle vue sur l'eau du condo et vous êtes à quelques pas d'être sur la plage de sable. L'unité est située au rez-de-chaussée, juste entre la piscine et les courts de tennis, il y a donc une zone gazonnée dans laquelle vos enfants peuvent jouer. À quelques pas du patio est les fosses de barbecue qui sont situés juste à côté de la piscine. Si vous choisissez de vous asseoir dehors près de la piscine et des grillades pour manger il y a plusieurs tables pour le faire. Nous pensons que vous apprécierez certainement la commodité de ce condo avec la proximité des magasins, des restaurants, de la vie nocturne et bien sûr de la plage! De plus, profitez de tous les nombreux événements à côté au Flora-bama!

Super nice, clean unit! The communication was superb! This ground floor unit had very easy, convenient access to the pool/beach. Right next door to the FloraBama - a short walk. We loved everything about our experience and look forward to getting back asap!

Uncluttered and tastefully decorated, perfect for 2 people to enjoy the quiet patio, pretty views of green space, sea oats and gulf. Two very comfy sofas in living room to relax in the evening. I would book this condo again. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This condo was absolutely perfect!! The condo is on the first floor, so you can walk out the back door and be right at the pool, and only a few steps further to the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, and has everything you need. Flora-bama is right next door and their restaurants are across the street, so we walked to eat every night. The owners are a pleasure and communicate with you about all your trip details. We will definitely be back to stay at this awesome condo!

Communication was great! Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The condo was perfect for us. There were 4 of us and plenty of room. We enjoyed the beach and FloraBama. I highly recommend the condo and will stay again.

This 1st floor unit was beautiful and extremely clean and open and laid out well. It has every thing we could possible need. Loved how she had labels on lights and things so easy to know what to use. It was very modern and was on a great property and has a great location. It was a very busy weekend but the all the condo staff were very friendly and polite. I definitely plan to go back to this property in the future.

Clean, easy check in, love location on main level- don’t have to wait on elevator. Washer, dryer, kitchen full stocked. No beach chairs to use but you can rent them on the beach. Love the patio. Bed comfortable as well as pull out sofas.

The unit was very clean and the updates were impressive. It is definitely the nicest unit that we have ever had at Phoenix X over the years. Perfect for two or a family with small kids with easy access to the pool and beach.

This property is perfect for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay! Me and my husband visit the area every year and we have stayed at this condo more than once! Michelle is excellent at making sure everything we need is available and ready to go! 10/10 recommend and we will choose to stay here again in the future!

Second time staying here! You can’t beat staying on the ground floor, especially when you have a bunch of things for baby/kids to bring to the beach each day. No hassle of elevators.
There is a gate to get to the pool when you are staying in this unit, so if you have a little one running around (which there is a whole yard/sidewalk in front of this unit to do so!) you don’t have to worry about them falling in the pool.
And the location of this unit is such a quiet little corner!
We loved our stay once again, and we’ll be back for sure!

This was our second year renting this particular condo and it was wonderful! Having a ground level right near the pool was great for our girls and not having to deal with elevator rides is always a plus! Definitely plan on visiting again!

Clean. Nicely decorated and unit had been updated. Loved the wood floors throughout. Easy to maintain given environment we were in.
Great location within building. 1st floor walk out unit. 10 seconds to the pool and 2 minutes to the beach.
Common areas were clean and security was excellent. We were there during Easter week so a lot of families and made for a great atmosphere.
Michelle is a great communicator. Was always very prompt on questions I had.

Helped us with some food/entertainment options off resort property but we did use the kitchen every day and 3/4 x during evening

Wonderful condo, beautifully decorated & very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. We visited for spring break and the area was not crowded, so relaxing. Loved the ground floor. It was so convenient for coming & going to beach & pool. Wish the outdoor pool was heated-too cold to get in but it was such a pretty pool! We will definitely be saving this unit for future rentals. Flora Bama Yacht Club is our favorite dinner spot. We walked over twice during our stay. Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is wonderful in January! The place was perfect for my hubby and I to spend our 33rd Anniversary! We were in walking distance to Flora Bama and had easy access to to beach. We would love to stay here again in the future. Maybe next Anniversary!

Owner very responsive, condo as described. We had 4 sets of friends renting different condos on property. We are all football fanatics and looking forward to bowl games and being together. Only negative impact was Dish TV. Weather wasn’t great so the service was out a lot during bowl games.
