Condo comprend 2 places de parking dans sécurisé, garage fermé. Le condo est directement sur l'ascenseur du garage, situé sur une extrémité privée et calme de la cour.
Le condo dispose de trois chambres à coucher privées: La suite principale (lit king) avec salle de bain privée; chambre 2 (lit queen); et le grenier. Dans le loft est un lit queen, 2 jumeaux et 1 canapé-lit double. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen. Le nombre total de lits est de 7. Peut accueillir 11 invités. 2 salles de bains en bas.

My sister comes to the US only every 3 to 4 yrs to visit our family and our parents. This year our parents will be celebrating 56 years married and as they are in their 80’s we planned a family trip to Avila Beach with everyone. Our stay could not have been more lively than it was. The location and the house was perfect all around . It was beautifully decorated, restful, clean. Everything we could have hoped for. It was the best spot to create memories.

We have been coming to this property for years but this was the first time staying at this unit. The furniture and decor were top notch. We loved the spacious living room and kitchen area. The stairs were a bit steep and slippery in socks, but overall perfect stay!

Beautiful townhouse, furnished tastefully and comfortably. Location is really wonderful - so close to the beach and the restaurants. Road noise was not an issue, plenty of parking (in a parking garage below the building). We arrived very late and unfortunately our front door lock decided it didn't want to work. Management was able to send someone out within 15 minutes to fix the lock and get us in and also bring us beach towels! The office is in the same building complex as the townhouse. Plenty of space inside with lots of beds. Might not be the best layout for little kids though. Beds are up in a loft at the top of a spiral staircase. 2nd bedroom has a door to the outside. Nicely outfitted big kitchen with table. Master bedroom has lots of room. Definitely would stay here again.

My husband and I met both of our son and daughter's families for an end-of-the-summer getaway! Six adults and five kiddos ranging in age from 12-3, I was unsure if this unit would give enough room and it was perfect. Only wished we had a third bathroom but we all managed well. Perfect location, the condo was very clean and well maintained. Spent time on the patio in the evenings playing cards while using the grill. Lovely time!

Perfect Property
This property worked perfectly for my 2 adult daughters and their families for my birthday celebration weekend. Location was fantastic - everything was an easy walk away. The property itself is beautifully decorated and appointed. We had everything we needed to cook in with plenty of space for all. We enjoyed our weekend so much we intend to make it an annual event.

I would highly recommend Surf In Surf Out for a getaway to the Central Coast and Avila Beach! The property was very clean, upgraded and so close to downtown and beach. You are literally a half block to the beach. There is a wine tasting room right outside the courtyard! This is a great location for a family reunion. We were in Surf In Surf Out and also Beach Happy. Both places were super comfortable and everyone had there own space. I'm telling all my friends! We will definitely be back!

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our extended family in beautiful Avila Beach. The lovely condo was perfect for this as it accomodated the younger ones up in the loft while the adults stayed downstairs. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the well equiped kitchen, all ate together at the extra long table and the jigsaw puzzles fit on the living room table perfectly. The beach was steps away, the restaurants overlooking the beach were great and we were all very happy.

Very nice. Missed having an ocean view, but we needed 4 separate beds for 4 adult sisters, so had to rent a larger house. Appreciated it is a no pets, no smoking house. Only item we would have liked in the kitchen was a pitcher for water or iced tea!

Exactly as advertised: easy check in & check out process, provided two parking spaces, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and super friendly staff to aide me with operating the ceiling fans!!! Surf In Surf Out is the perfect beach home to stay in for families. It is roomy and luxurious, but very comfortable at the same time. The patio, table, and weber grill are perfect additions for outdoor dinning. It is important to note that the upper floor, although spacious, is a loft without doors and it does not have a bathroom. The stairs are quite steep but fine for children older then 5. It is important to also know that there are other rentals that share the courtyard so privacy is limited. It is just steps away from the beach and restaurants. Seven sisters are always available and gracious. I would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful home again.

The unit was perfect. We loved the location. It was so easy to pick up food and bring it back to our unit without getting in the car. The bathrooms and kitchen were all updated.
