The personnel at the reception is polite and professional. The apartment was clean, air conditioning working properly, the kitchen was well equipped. We had an iron and ironing board, which was helpful. The apartment also had a washing machine and dishwasher. The balcony was very big and with enough furniture to spend some relaxing time in the evening for 6 persons. Great pools, even though the water was pretty cold.
We had some issues with ants entering the apartment from the balcony. Some of the bathroom stands had rust on it. Not having a couple of tablets for the dishwasher. There wasn't a bar near the swimming pools so we had to go out to get drinks. If you want to use the swimming pool with the gazebos around you had to pay. We did not like the pillows, they were too hard (some too hard, some too soft)

It was just as in pictures. Large rooms, great view to the man-made laguna. Staff very helpful, friendly and good English speakers (not too many English speakers in Nessebar restaurants amd supermarkets!). Close to the beach, 10 mins walk. Close tp some good restaurants. Definitelly will rerurn here.
I would have liked more fruits for breackfast.

Lovely and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.
Fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Staff were very accommodating with our requests and met all our needs above our expectations!

Everything! Great location with everything that a family with kids would need, great placement (away from the noisy area but close enough to the beach) and high quality services (private pools, restaurant, spa). Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent, you can’t show it on pictures or explain in words. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and big, every 3 days the rooms are cleaned and everything changed, the pools are crystal clear, staff is very nice and polite, the greenery is very beautifull and the staff is maintaining it everyday.
All in all, a very very nice experience and i would recommend everyone to go there

Excellent facilities, very clean throughout, great breakfast, staff were extremely friendly and could not have helped any more (they even allowed us to keep our room until late on our day of departure).
Nothing to add apart from maybe a snack bar and poolside bar would have been even better. Also if the reception was open until late or 24 hours (in case there were any issues).

The location is really good, close to the beach, stores and restaurants as well as bus station. Staff really friendly, the garden and the pools are amazing. The room is spacious, the terrace good size.
The breakfast was good but not diverse. The coffee was really bad, we had to make our own in our room. It would have been nice to have a pool bar so you don't have to carry everything with you or drink warm drinks.

Amazing garden, great pools. The family appartment was clean and big. Staff is extremely polite and accommodating.
Vip pool price too high. Breakfast should be improved, compared to everything else it failed to live up to the standard of the other amenities.

brilliant property, looks beautiful as well, great location lots of restaurants in walking distance, nice beaches and not to far from the Old Town

We liked almost everyrhing. The appartment was big with lots of space and it was nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. The appartment as well as all indoors and outdoors were very clean and well maintained. The pools are amazing, the kids absolutely loved them. Even though the location was sold out it did not feel crowded, we could find free sunbeds at almost any time of the day.
We had a really good time during our stay.
These are really small things compared to the overall excelent experience.
We did not like the pillows, they were too hard.
The water pressure in the bathroom was too high and sometimes hard to find the good spot between too hot and too cold.
But like I said, these are small things.

Privacy, big terrace balcony, the swimming pools, the fact that the complex did not permit outsiders to use the pools
The walls were very thin, you could hear everything from the neighbours. The mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced as it is very unconfortable.
