Het uitzicht, hygiëne

Nu as fi crezut ca un hotel din Bulgaria ma poate surprinde atat de placut. Am luat ultima camera disponibila, care era Economy si nu aveam asteptari prea mari. Camera este foarte spatioasa si are chiar si vedere laterala la mare si balcon. Dealtfel, cred ca toate camerele au cel putin vedere laterala, nefiind camere pe spate. - CAMERA: foarte curata, pat si perne f confortabile, minibar inclus si reaprovizionat zilnic (multe hoteluri all-inclusive percep bani pe produsele din minibar, in timp ce ei nu), aparat de cafea cu capsule Lavazza, suficiente umerase, uscator de par puternic, uscator de rufe pe balcon. - HOTELUL este foarte curat si ofera multiple facilitati SPA, personalul de la receptie de nota 10+ - RESTAURANTUL ofera mancare foarte buna, se gateste curat, la vedere. Mancarea este destul de variata raportat la capacitatea hotelului (zilnic exista cel putin 1 tip de porc, unul de pui si unul de peste, plus uneori curcan, fructe de mare, etc plus diverse garnituri de cartofi, orez si alte legume pe plita sau la cuptor, o multime de salate proaspete, branzeturi, sosuri si o varietate mare de deserturi si fructe) - BAUTURA - calitativa raportat la alte hoteluri de 3 si 4 stele, dar nu top. Au bere buna si bauturi locale (Savoy si altele), sucuri la dozator (cola, fanta, sprite, apa tonica) dar bune, nediluate, dozator de sucuri naturale necarbogazoase, apa si cafea la discretie. Au si un vin spumant/prosecco destul de bun. Bautura pare mai buna in lobby. - PLAJA curata, cu nisip fin si intrare lina in apa, incepe imediat langa hotel si are suficiente sezlonguri la orice ora - 4 LIFTURI, f multe raportat la capacitatea hotelului - POLITICA 16+ se traduce intr-o medie de varsta de vreo 50 ani (jumatate fiind pensionari), insa vine totodata si cu liniste, curatenie si alta calitate a oamenilor (nu prea am vazut farfurii mormanite si risipa). Este ideal pentru persoanele care cauta liniste, insa te poti plictisi rapid - FOARTE APROAPE de Old Town Nessebar

Sugestii (a nu se considera recenzie negativa): - nu ar strica putina muzica (macar in surdina) la piscina - ar putea fi puse mai multe mese de 2 persoane pe terasa, predomina cele duble, pt grupuri, desi majoritatea sunt cupluri si ocupa mese mari 2 pers, valabil si pe terasa de la lobby

Every detail about the hotel was perfect. The food is very diverse, fresh and super delicious, for example in the evening we ate scallops or salmon. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel staff was very nice and gave us a better room than we originally booked. The beach is very large and clean, you can find free sunbeds at any time. We will definitely come back here very soon.

We chose the Biljana Hotel for its beach location, view, and indoor heated pool. We want to congratulate the hotel manager for training staff to keep the level of a high-class establishment. All of the staff members are professional, efficient kind and polite, always ready to go beyond their duty to help and solve problems. They knew the standards and followed the house rules carefully, with a smile. The all-inclusive meals are tasty and varied. One can always choose fish (marinated and/or cooked), pork, beef and chicken. The warm menu (including soups) differs every day, keeping the salad choice and dessert constant. It was astonishing the hotel managed to keep the variety of choices even if there were only a few guests in-house. The spa offers a good choice of service and the indoor pool (heated to 26°C) is better than you would imagine seeing the pictures. Its size allows you to swim 50 meters if you take the whole loop! The hotel is ON the beach, so the elevator gets you right there! The room we chose had a full view over the beach, sea and old town island so it was a dream! It is seldom that a hotel has a real fridge! I mean a fridge with compressor, very silent, that can provide 4°C or less! Great choice! As for the vicinity, there is a very good supermarket 3 minutes walk away, the old town can be reached half an hour on foot. Excellent.

The room air conditioner did not work on "heating". Because of the very cold month of May, it was rather chilly even indoors!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were brilliant and so attentive!

Location. Sea proximity. Fine sand .Room comfort. Cleanness .Food variety.Staff behavior.All at superlative.

Might be some dishes overcooked ( mainly fish and beef)

We had the pleasure to spend our vacation at Bilyana Beach Hotel. Our stay was very pleasant. We loved how spacious our room was, very clean & with a beautiful interior design. We also enjoyed the food, drinks & the entertainment programs each evening. The beach is very close and I loved the privacy thar it offers. I recommend to spend your vacation here.

There was one ingredient used more often, in many dishes, I think something like curry, which we didn‘t liked so much.

We will come back to this hotel because it is the best hotel we've stayed in, along the Bulgarian riviera. The adults only is a thing we enjoyed. The beach was so close, the beach bar offers drinks all day long. The personal at reception and restaurant very helpful. The only thing I had to do was to ask for shower gel, the cleaning lady did not replace. And one day in room429, she did not bring towels and our old mother had not towels.

I know it is a big problem, but cleaning people more profy would be better.
