Su Casa est situé dans un emplacement idéal! Ce charmant cottage de plage est situé directement sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Il suffit de regarder par la fenêtre pour vous rappeler que vous êtes en vacances au paradis!
Notre maison charmante et colorée au bord du golfe est équipée de 5 chambres à coucher et de 3 salles de bain. La maison principale dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains et un chalet supplémentaire 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain. Le chalet est situé dans la cour près de la maison principale. (Le chalet est une annexe avec 2 chambres et salle de bain partagée et n'a pas de salon ni de cuisine)
Le chalet et la maison peuvent accueillir un total de 12 personnes.
Avec un décor pittoresque de la Floride tout au long de la mise en page est parfait! Nous avons la maison principale qui offre 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Avec différents espaces de vie, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et le meilleur de tous la plage!
La maison principale offre un petit espace de vie composé de 2 lits jumeaux. La première chambre offre un lit king size, la deuxième chambre offre 2 lits jumeaux. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bains avec une douche. La troisième chambre a un lit king size. Il y a une deuxième salle de bain avec une douche. Le chalet dispose d'un lit Queen dans la quatrième chambre et d'un lit Queen dans la cinquième chambre. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bains avec couloir offrant une combinaison baignoire / douche.
La maison principale dispose de 3 espaces de vie. En entrant dans la maison, vous verrez le premier espace de vie doté de 2 lits jumeaux avec une télévision. La cuisine vient ensuite et il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner à la maison. Le salon principal a des sièges confortables et une télévision. Le grand porche blindé a été fermé et cette véranda fait face à la plage. La véranda vous permet de contempler chaque jour les vues de la plage et les couchers de soleil captivants. Juste à l'extérieur de la salle de soleil, vous pouvez sortir sur l'une des plus belles plages que vous verrez jamais!
La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et le comptoir de la cuisine peut accueillir 3 personnes supplémentaires. Il y a une autre table près de la véranda pouvant accueillir 4 personnes supplémentaires.
Cette maison de plage rénovée de 1937 dispose de hauts plafonds, de la climatisation centrale et de ventilateurs de plafond. Le Su Casa est joliment décoré avec du rotin vintage, des tissus rétro et des articles sur le thème de la plage. Tout cela procure la chaleur et la sensation d'un vrai cottage de plage.
La zone arrière est magnifique, elle propose des chaises longues, une terrasse, un barbecue et de nombreuses places assises.

This was the cutest house, so many eclectic decorations and charm. It was much larger than we expected, it fit 10 of us comfortably (4 were in the garage suite). Location was perfect, it was on a quiet side street, walking distance to ice cream shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and we rode the trolley to clearwater and John’s pass easily, it was ocean front (we saw manatees and dolphins both up swimming next to people right behind our house), we spent a lot of time on the back patio playing corn hole, and in the 90° ocean water. It was filled with all the amenities we needed: Beach towels and bath towels, sand toys, beach floats, etc. We would stay here again!

We loved being so close to the beach. The cottage was older but had charm. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. We really appreciated the extra beach stuff, chairs, wagon, and umbrellas in the garage. We found lots of shells on the beach. The cottage stayed cool with the air conditioners even when it was so hot outside.

As mentioned, the location of this house was absolutely perfect for us and the reason we chose it. From this perspective it did not dissappoint. The beach and ocean are literally the back yard. So perfect!
It's an older home but fairly well kept and no issues with that. I would say it was pretty clean, but maybe a more frequent deepcleaning would useful.

Our Christmas family getaway at Su Casa was an absolute delight! The location is very convenient to shopping and dining. The main residence and cottage were incredibly roomy, easily accommodating our group of 10. We didn't have to worry about bringing anything beyond our personal belongings, as the house came fully equipped with bath and beach towels, a well-stocked kitchen, BBQ grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, a convenient wagon to pull everything to the beach, and even an assortment of kids' beach toys. AND THE BEACH is steps away from the homes spacious, furnished patio. Joanie, our check in Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. She stopped by on our check in day to make sure we had everything we needed. I will recommend to friends, and we will most definitely be back!

This is in a beautiful location, very spacious. Nice to have the unattached garage for bedrooms. We love the deck and how big it. We love the short walk to the beach. The price is very for the space and location. It is older and needs some updates.I would recommend putting a hot tub on the deck.

Overall we had a great expereince. The beach was literally our back yard, there was plenty of room for everyone in and outside the house, and the property manager kept in contact and even came to help me figure out thebparking situation which was really appreciated. Overall being that close to the beach is where it is at and i would highly recommend this vacation spot to anyone, especially those with little kids because of its location. We would most definitely stay in this location again. Thanks for everything.

This was a return to Su Casa for our family, having had a family reunion here ten years ago. The house remains one of our favorites, with plenty of room for our family of 12 to spread out. It’s a very comfortable old Florida-style cottage which, as native Floridians of four generations, is just up our alley. That said, the cottage in back needs some attention. It’s very damp and musty. We, unfortunately, experienced a sudden temperature drop into the low forties and the two rooms there were bitterly cold. Management sent a space heater and we found another in a closet in the main house. We got thru it, but perhaps the heaters might have been placed there in the ready for a December rental. And to our dismay, the oven in the kitchen didn’t work; the coil was burned out. Unfortunately we didn’t discover this until Christmas Eve and there we were with a 10 lb roast and no oven. A grandson renting a condo down the road came to our rescue. Management again sent a repairman to fix the oven after Christmas. If I could make one more suggestion, it would be to place a grab bar in the showers. Always a good thing, especially for the elderly. All in all, Su Casa, despite a few glitches, was a delightful place for a large family such as ours. Everything you need in the kitchen is there and the place was immaculate. There is so much to see and do in the vicinity it is easy to see why this is such a popular place.

We love Indian Rocks and this place was close to everything. The access/view of the Beach was great and just what we wanted. There are a few things that need attention. The furniture is very old and uncomfortable, we knew that from the pictures but the Beach and outdoors was our goal! Basic Beach supplies need to be replaced: Both Boogie Boards were broke, both sand umbrella's were broke. Plenty of chairs for the beach and deck. The cushions on the recliners are all stained and moldy. The garage with the extra rooms spells of mildew/mold. Some basic amenities like spices would be nice, we did find salt and pepper after buying more. There was no blow dryer in the house and I never carry one any more because all VRBO's we have stayed at supply this.
I would recommend this place if you are looking for the outdoors and beach! If you plan on spending alot of time indoors it may not be the right choice.

This was a great getaway for a family of 5. The home was clean and just like the pictures described and right on the beach! The only cons were the second space is not like I thought. It is basically 2 rooms next to each other. And there is apparently an insect problem in the home, in the kitchen. We had to use the spray that was under the counter. Once we sprayed they were gone, but it would have been nice to know, and the price should reflect that issue until it is corrected. Communication was great with the property manager, she gave great places for us to go since we did not have a car. We could walk right to a restaurant in front of the property. Also there is a grocery store a few minutes up the road. The beach was never crowded, clean and really nice. I would stay again.

Son moved to Tampa last year so we decided to spend his first Christmas in Florida with him.

The house was roomy and open.
The location was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go!
The beach access was perfect for morning snd evening walks.
The check in and communication with the Rental property couldn’t have been easier.
We didn’t use the separate house with the rooms, as there was plenty of room in the main house.

The beach house was exactly as advertised. Older beach house on an excellent beach. Cozy interior with lots of seating and gathering places. We had 7 adults and used the dining room table and the outdoor tables for dining. Low key and comfortable lodging at a reasonable price! Win/Win! We would stay at this location again.

Had a great time visiting Su Casa! The location right on the beach was amazing and so great with little kids. The house had everything we would need for the beach, including beach canopy, chairs, and even a kiddie pool! Hugh deck facing the beach. Fully furnished kitchen. We ended up eating most of our meals on the deck and watching the sun set over the water. Plenty of parking space for 2 cars. There were a few small maintence issues but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our beach vacation on the white sands of Florida's gulf coast.

Walk down a short sandy path and you're right on the beach. House is a little outdated but very nice all the same.
Doesn't tell you but 2 rooms are out in part of the garage. Parking area is not that great , so if you have people driving from other places..... good luck finding parking.

It's Perfect
We loved staying at Su Casa. The house is right on the beach with an expansive deck that allowed us to feel private even with the beach right over the dunes.
This is an old house, full of charm, with eclectic and funky decor. Everything you need is there, and you immediately feel at home. I would stay there again and am already planning my next visit!

Su Casa Beach House
Overall our family had a great time at the Beach House. Walking out the back door and being on the beach was very nice. Was disappointed with a few things. The website advertised that ALL the properties had pools. There was no pool at our property. Also Beach House owners had a sign on A/C unit not to turn below 78 degrees because it may damage the unit. For the price we paid I refused to be miserable when inside because they want to save a few dollars on their electric bill. The property was well maintained and everything worked. Parking is a little tight but not bad for a couple vehicles. I would recommend the property
