Cottage récemment rénové. Maison directement au bord de l'eau dans le secteur riverain le plus recherché de Madison. Quatre chambres, 2 complètes et une 1/2 salle de bain. 8 couchages. Rendez-vous à pied à l'hôtel Madison Beach et en ville ou le long de la magnifique côte de Madison. Faites du vélo jusqu'au parc d'état de Hammonaset le long du sentier du mile vert. Belle pelouse verte de votre terrasse au son de Long Island. Beaucoup d'espace pour se garer. Profitez de tout ce que Madison a à offrir depuis la meilleure vue de la ville. À quelques pas de Madison Beach Hotel pour les restaurants et le spa. De plus, à quelques pas du Madison Beach Club et du Madison Country Club, réservés aux membres.

All three generations thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Having grown up in Madison, it was fun to stay in one of the original beachhouses I remember from my childhood, and to show my grandchildren around town. The kids particularly loved swimming and exploring the rocks and tidal pools - just as my siblings and I did so many years ago!

Wonderful beach cottage. Close to Madison Beach hotel. Had everything you need for a stay with family. Window ac’s upstairs were great for sleeping. Sip your morning coffee and admire the view!

This house is located right on the water, nestled between two larger houses. There are three bedrooms on the second floor with the master directly overlooking the ocean. We stayed on one of the hottest weeks this year so the air conditioners worked overtime and despite fans, the house was toasty during the day. The owners were very responsive to Al of our questions and came over when we had any questions. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

What a lovely cottage on the water. Everything was perfect. Very clean with simple, classic decor. Close to town. We visit Madison every summer to see friends and family. This was by far the best Vrbo! Didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to staying again next year.

We had a fabulous time. The cottage is adorable and equipped with everything for a great stay. The house was comfortable, very user friendly and couldn’t be a better location.
We were lucky enough to get July 4th week with a spectacular view of the Madison fireworks!
Renée and Bryan were perfect hosts and extremely communicative and responsive. We had a great week and we’d love to rent the house again!

Property was exactly as pictured, incredibly cozy and perfect for a relaxing vacation on the water. Coffee in the morning or snacks/cocktails in the afternoon on the front porch was wonderful. Kids enjoyed playing in the yard, on the beach and on the rocks in the ocean. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. So close to town yet quiet and peaceful with our private view of LI Sound from the porch, the master and the kitchen. We had a family emergency and were still able to relax a bit by virtue of this gem of a home. Thank you!

Everything was great! - our second time renting this house with an amazing view of the sound from the porch; relaxing for the entire family. Construction on new home going on next-door was a little annoying, but that will end someday. Otherwise our family had a great time and the host Bryan was very organized and considerate.

We had the best weekend away at this cozy (and uber clean!) cottage with the most stunning view. The kids loved splashing in the water and we loved the peace and quiet.

Pristine cottage, beautiful views, very clean. The construction of a house next door made conversation challenging as they were cutting stone etc… I would consider renting again when construction is completed. The managers couldn’t have been nicer. Chaise for lawn would also be nice

We had a nice time in Madison. The location is truly gorgeous and everything you need is close by. Unfortunately construction next door significantly impacted our stay, which is the reason for 4 stars. Future VRBO renters can trust in all the 5 star reviews assuming the construction is complete.

We had an absolutely amazing stay (myself, Wife and 2 young children). The house was perfect - size, condition, etc... We loved the location. A couple minute drive to town and a short walk to all of the amenities at Surf Club public beach and park!

I wish I could say something negative to keep others away so it was always available for when we want it...but...I can't. Every aspect of our stay was perfect!!

Beautiful place, AC confusion and bedroom had washer/dryer
The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean! The hosts were very responsive. When we arrived, the house was very hot, in the 90s upstairs and there was no AC. It was unseasonably warm that week. The downstairs bedroom also is very small and has the washer and dryer in it. Unfortunately, we were not aware of that when we booked the house. The hosts brought AC units the next day for each bedroom upstairs and in the main living room but the small bedroom with the washer/dryer did not have any air conditioning. Overall, we loved the home, just wish we had known about the downstairs bedroom issue and the AC before booking.

Amazing location.
This is a quintessential New England beach house. The house and property look exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Owners very responsive. My kids had a blast playing around, especially at low tide. Can't beat the views.

Perfect cottage for cozy beach getaway. Location can't be beat. The property is totally fine for 3 adult couples. Unless your additional couples are super high maintenance, don't worry about the shared bathroom and smaller 2nd and 3rd rooms. Bryan was easy to work with, flexible and responsive. Our group is already agitating for a return next year!
