River Road villas sont situées sur la rivière Guadalupe, à 20 minutes du centre-ville de New Braunfels sur la route de la rivière entre les deuxième et troisième passages. Profitez de la falaise côté pittoresque et de belles 100 pieds plus de l'accès direct à la rivière juste à votre porte! Location de métro et un service de navette est assuré à côté. Vous pouvez entrer ici la rivière et la sortie à une variété d'endroits le long de la rivière et être retourné à la propriété. Cet endroit est parfait pour jouer dans la rivière ou simplement se détendre pendant que vous regardez d'autres flottent dans la rivière ci-dessous. Aussi, si vous aimez la musique en direct, la propriété est courte distance en voiture à River Road Ice House, & Gruene Hall. Si vous êtes un amateur d'antiquités, la maison se trouve à moins de 10 minutes de Gruene, qui fournissent des magasins d'antiquités, ainsi que de nombreuses boutiques uniques où les artisans vendent leurs marchandises. La maison est également proche de nombreux restaurants ainsi que plusieurs centres commerciaux. Si vous êtes fatigué de jouer dans la rivière, 'Schlitterbahn', un merveilleux parc aquatique est situé à New Braunfels.

Plenty of space and accommodations. Property wasn’t clean upon arrival. Floors were dirty and countertops were also.

Beautiful home and the perfect spot on the river. We were able to just relax and hang out on the river by the house. House was clean, had everything we needed. Enjoyed this stay.

Place was nice, has everything you would need. River is a very short walk with great location on river. Only thing was the car port space where you normally would have outdoor/kitchen was locked up and was being used for other purposes, so it discouraged me from Barbecuing more than I did, the kitchen upstairs is wonderful, but the stairs will catch up to you after a few trips, just to wash your hands. Heaven forbid you forget something, there will be some choice words going up those stairs again, LOL.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location! Felt like home! Very clean and comfortable! Felt like home! Highly recommend! Great location with little swimming hole even when the river wasn’t flowing well! Will definitely stay again!! Hosts are amazing and very prompt in responses!

Our family loves to stay in the houses located in this area. This house is in the perfect location with plenty of room for a large family. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more.

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay! My friends and I always need a big place for 13-15 people yearly! This house was located next door to the camp we used to stay in and tube. It was perfect location to tubing and entertainment on the water. It was fully stocked and had room for all. It had a private river entrance and gated subdivision. So we felt safe and comfortable. This home was as described in photos. The owners are very accommodating and there if you need anything. I hope to book this house again next year. We had a blast!

It was great. Really enjoyed the view from the back patio. House was good in size. Loved being right on the river and not that far of a walk. Can't beat it. Definitely will book again next year!

This is a very beautiful and comfortable home!! The river is just a short walk and perfect for hanging out . There is a tube rental right by the house and you can be dropped off and float right to the house. We loved everything about the house and there is so much to do in the area just a short drive from the house. Crystal was awesome and very easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone that wants to have a great vacation!!

Everything in this community was great. Important to note that you are around other rentals that may or may not have rowdy renters. We had some loud neighbors but knew what we were getting into when we rented. It was Labor Day weekend so lots of partying 20-30 yo renters.

I had family come in from all over the United States for a little family reunion. It was last minute but turned out amazing! The house was beautiful, in a beautiful area with nice water access. Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of linens and supplies. The little group of houses is a little wild with parties every night but it was a great getaway! Thank you!! I will be returning for sure.

Great house, VERY loud neighborhood
Clean and comfortable house with a great layout for a large group. It is very well stocked and close to the river. The only issue we had were the extremely loud street parties that went late into the night. If you’re a partier, then this is the place for you. If you have young ones, then it’s probably best to avoid booking for a weekend/holiday stay.

Home away from home
My family and I fell in love with this comfy riverhouse. Everything we needed was there, the scenery was beautiful and river access was awesome! Our host was so sweet and helpful with any questions I had and recommend some places to see and hangout at. We will definitely be back soon!

Fabulous Thanksgiving
The property was a great getaway for our family Thanksgiving. Fabulous location and we enjoyed our stay so much. The owner was friendly and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic home!
For our yearly friend group river float, we rented this home. It was phenomenal and the perfect set up for the number of people we had. The location is both beautiful and perfect for floating as there is a float company next door! We all agree that we have found a new place to rent every year.

House #14 was AMAZING! It faces the mountain side and we were able to see some goats at sunrise! The property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was within walking distance to the river and to the tube rental place. Krystal was very sweet and informative and was incredibly easy to get in contact with before, during and after our stay. We had an absolute blast and we will be back next summer!

The location can’t be beat for all things New Braunfels! We did Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Tx, and floated the Guadalupe. Super easy to walk right next door to Caps to float!
The owners of this home were available via phone and text and were very responsive when we had questions about anything.
Wonderful home for our group of 10 and had everything we needed.
Loved the neighborhood and access to the river. Kids loved the fireflies at night.
We will definitely recommend to all our friends and we will be back in the future!!
Tip: If you do go tubing for more than two hours, wear rashgaurds or take umbrellas because we all fried despite lots of sunscreen!

Amazing Home
This property is an amazing place to stay if you want to float the Guadalupe. It's extremely clean. A lot of indoor and outside space. We had a 12 person group of new grads and parents. We had a great time and definitely plan to stay again.

House is fine, neighborhood is loud
The house itself was clean and well stocked. The river is close and easily accessible. The neighborhood however, is really loud and the houses are very close together. This is not the most relaxing place as the neighbors like to listen to bad music loudly and whoop it up till late at night. If you're looking to party, this is a good spot. If not, you might be kept up at night.

Great house!
A group of 5 rented this home for a quick getaway. The house was larger than I expected and the deck was a great place to hang out after spending the day on the river. House was clean and everything seemed to be in good order. Kitchen was well equipped with all pots, pans and cooking utensils we could need. Downstairs had plenty of parking and also a place to hang out while we gilled with the very nice grill/smoker that was provided. It was very easy to walk down to the river entry or over to Caps Crossing and rent a tube and grab some supplies. The neighborhood is located right between caps crossing and mountain breeze so tubing options and entertainment (mountain breeze often has live music on weekends) are within walking distance. Less than 5 min up the road is one of our favorite places to eat, Lonestar floathouse, and the house is not far from Sattler or Koozies for any grocery store runs. Excellent location, great house, we will stay here again for sure!

Mini getaway
Beautiful home! There was 11 of us. 5 adults, 3 kids, 3 young adults. Plenty of room and very clean!! Beside the tv in magazine rack are folded throws while relaxing. Everything about this was perfect from check in to check out. River entrance behind the home. If you want quiet time at night this isn’t the place. Of course no where on the river would be. Definitely staying here again! 4th bedroom is downstairs outside of the home which I loved for the family with little ones lol..,
Love our 3 day vacation was sad to leave,
