The location and check IN very convenient

The fridge, cutlery and other kitchen facilities were very dirty. The room floor was also dirty. Perhaps it looks like either the housekeeper didn’t have time to look into these things, and the basics were done, or it was just not cleaned at all. The kitchen looks like it has not been cleaned at all for some time, and it seems like has been used each time during the stay.

The location was fantastic, near to the cathedral, old town, restaurants and so on...

Peaceful, amazing location, clean, excellent value for money! Alba on reception was super lovely and accommodating, we even chose to stay an extra night, and she made that process super easy. Nothing was too much, we really owe a lot of our amazing time in Burgos to Alba and her kindness!

The apartment was clean and spacious.

Check in was at another hotel a few hundred meters away. Keys were to be collected and dropped off at this location. In general should not put someone off from staying here though.

Very convenient for city centre & cathedral. Quiet & comfortable

No electricity when we arrived so had to walk back to hotel gothica who quickly fixed it. One of the bed legs broke, so husband had to sleep on the bunk! Amusing rather than annoying

Fabulous location, very close to the cathedral. New appliances, clean. Underground parking very nearby

No view but not relevant as we were there for the location. A washing machine but no track to dry clothes, an ironing board but no iron. The key code for 2 nights lapsed after 1 night

The bathroom can be better clean. You can found hairs there. Looks like wosent clean after the last quest.

Location was good.

The electricity wasn’t on when we arrived. There was no toilet paper, so we had a rough start. Never got the AC to work so had the window open onto the square so it was quite noisy.

I explicitly requested a room for 3 adults and one child, and they gave us one room for the four of us as a family of four. The pictures in booking do not match what I requested. They didn't clean the room, according to their policy, that I didn't find, they only clean the room every 3 days. The desk personal is rude and does not help you at all. I strongly recommend you to look for another place. I booked a a room for my in law in a 4 start hotel for 100 euro cheaper than this place. Just do not spend time and money in here.
